showroom to have a look, buy online and arrange delivery. The bed is gorgeous! The grey colour is nicer than it appears in the pictures online (it's more of a true grey and not as yellow as online). It was easy to install and doesn't squeak. I would buy from them again.

Assembly was straightforward thanks to the clear instructions, though the couch is quite heavy — it’s definitely easier with an extra pair of hands. It took us 20 minutes to set it up.

The quality is impressive, and it’s very comfortable to sit on. The back cushions once it's puffed up(from the packaging) , it can be bit bulky and can take up some seat space, so I usually place them on the sides like armrests, which works well for me.

My cat has already started scratching the couch, but so far it’s holding up nicely!

fundamentally flawed.

The base constantly slides away from the backrest. Every time you sit or lean back, the back cushions slip, pushing the whole structure apart. It’s not a one-off — it happens every single time, making it a frustrating daily experience. I’m constantly getting up to push the couch back together.

As a bed, it’s even worse. The gap between sections becomes obvious and widens as you sleep, so you end up stuck in the middle, squished between the cushions. It’s uncomfortable and impractical.

I’ve had it for 4–5 months, and I’m already looking for a replacement. My mother-in-law bought the same one at the same time, and she’s having the exact same issues.

This isn’t a one-off defect — it’s a clear design flaw. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
