headboard shortens the length of the bed as mattress is fighting for the extra space that padded headboard needs. I’m currently in contact with Ecosa to see how they can assist me with this issue. Even a different headboard would not help me as the bed fitting into frame is so snug that I can’t tuck fitted sheet

Absolutely gorgeous bed. It took a while to assemble , couldn’t do it on my own but owning a drill helps a lot. No creaks. Solid bed . Love the way the tracks are made. Doesn’t slide around . 10/10 Show details · 1

crumpled and warped as the cushion inserts are substantially larger than the cushion cases - see the photos provided. Even when you tuck it well into the corners it buckles and causes the cushions to be misshapen and as a result lumpy, ugly and uncomfortable. The cushion insert is around 80x93cm while the space available within the cushion cover itself is around 68x80cm. An extra 1-2cm is understandable to ensure plumpness but this over-the-top difference causes issues. I contacted Ecosa support and after much too-ing and fro-ing, new cushion inserts were sent through to me. What I was sent were again too big as seen in the photos - at least 10cm bigger than required. Unfortunately, the issue has not been fixed as promised and I am really disappointed to be writing this review. Instead of loving my new bed I look at the cushions and just hate what I see - what would have been a 5 star review is now a two. Had the website shown what the cushions look like I would not have purchased in the first place. Disappointed.
Follow-up · After being contacted by Ecosa and sending yet more photos as requested of the inserts and their measurements I have heard zero back - I was told 'we want to ensure they fit correctly for you' but no help has been forth coming. Love this bed. I wanted to upgrade from my queen size to a king. I saw online Ecosa, read reviews and spoke to a friend who I knew had a bed. The feedback was all good and I can confirm the bed is great, clear instructions on how to put it together and it looks fantastic. When paired with the CoolComfort mattress and bamboo sheets ... It’s quite easy to assemble, I managed to assemble it just by my own! The quality is good, it’s also surprisingly sturdy although no screws are used. It was little bit tricky to estimate the distance between each wooden planks tho. Show details · 1
Love the ease of set up. Was concerned about my mattress fitting. But there was no problem. The pillows are great for reading. And Fabric is super soft. I wish that I had gone for the storage underneath bed but next time, as I will buy again from Ecosa. Show details · 1
I cannot fault the whole process of purchasing our new bed frame. Communication was great, the ridiculously quick delivery was fantastic and of course the quality of the bed frame is awesome. Know better, choose better.
The headboard does not fit with our Eva mattress which is higher than the Ecosa mattress so it pushes the cushions of the headboard up so they stick out in front of the mattress. chasing them have received an email asking for more videos and photos of the issue!!! Customer Service have also said that the Sierra bedhead is intended only for the Ecosa mattress BUT this information is NOT on the website when purchasing. It has been a big expense upgrading to a King bed and I am very disappointed and will be pursuing this with NSW Fair Trading.
