We recently purchased the Ecosa Nimble sofa bed and I’m seriously impressed by its value for money, comfort and looks! Easy to assemble and also quick to change from a sofa to a bed. A very versatile and nice looking piece of furniture! Show details · 1
Brilliant! I slept on this for a week straight and slept 7-8 hours straight without an issue. Has now been assembled into the couch formation and is perfect in our boys play room. Show details
Bought the nimble sofa (queen bed size) for our study as a spare guest bed. We have two kids so love that this sofa bed is modular and gives us the option to have one high single or two low single beds for friend sleep overs, or joint to make a queen for adults. The mattress is nice and firm and really like the colour too! Added bonus is that you can unzip and remove covers to wash/clean them - great design! Show details · 1

Absolutely Beautiful. The quality is truly amazing. Comfortable…. Better than my own bed Show details
Super comfortable, super convenient to use. This is the best “fold out”, it fixes all the problems with normal sofa beds. Not only that but it’s wildly comfortable as a couch too, can’t recommend it enough! Show reply
Comfy, looks great and so easy to adjust to different options! Show details · 1
Super comfy. Easy to assemble. Great looking. Very happy with the look, quality and functionality. Show reply
I recently purchased a sofa bed from Ecosa, expecting a premium product and a smooth customer experience. Unfortunately, what followed has been disappointing and highlights a broader issue with how some companies handle product faults. The sofa bed was delivered and found to be faulty immediately. This was not a wear and tear issue. The seat… Read more
cushion was visibly sagging on day one, making the product not fit for purpose. After raising the issue with Ecosa, I provided clear photos showing the defect. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, I was asked to go through additional steps including removing covers and re measuring the cushion to “verify” the fault. This is where the experience falls short. Under Australian Consumer Law, a product that arrives faulty is considered a major failure. In these cases, the customer is entitled to a remedy without delay. This is not a situation that should require extended assessment processes for a brand new item. The expectation is simple: Replace the faulty product Arrange collection of the defective item Instead, the process has felt unnecessarily drawn out and procedural, placing the burden back on the customer rather than resolving the issue efficiently. At this stage, the concern is not just the product quality but the approach to customer service. A premium brand should stand behind its products and act quickly when something goes wrong on delivery. I am sharing this experience so others can make informed decisions and so Ecosa has the opportunity to improve how these situations are handled.

Would give 5 stars for Nimble Sofa, was relatively easy to setup, even for an elderly female. Nice colour, comfortable and quite stylish. HOWEVER, the delivery was very bad. I live in regional coastal NSW . Delivery driver insisted on leaving… Read more · 1
the 3 large 85 kg in total boxes at my back door, but I shamed him into bringing them through the door into my laundry, and I managed to shuffle all the boxes to my loungeroom. But during delivery of boxes the driver smashed one of my outdoor tiles with his pallet trolley!!! Then, as a further annoyance he left the wooden pallet behind and it is apparently my responsibility to get rid of it. This is crazy service. Not.
I contacted E M Freight regarding this matter but have received no response from them. I then contacted the actual delivery company, Shoreline Freighters by email with attached photos but once again, no response.
So, the result of this episode is that I paid for my Nimble Sofa but now I have to pay a handyman to come and replace the smashed tile at my back door and also to remove the wooden pallet left by driver.
I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. I will not be referring any of my friends or family to purchase from Ecosa mainly due to their sub-standard delivery contractor.
UPDATE: I can happily report that Ecosa have responded very promptly to my complaint and offered a generous solution, which I have accepted. This response was far and above what I was expecting and for that, I thank them sincerely. So, combined with the quality and ease of setup of the Nimble Sofa and the wonderful and prompt response from Ecosa.... this is definitely a 5* product. Thank you Ecosa.
Follow-up · It is now nearly 2 months since the setup of my new Nimble Sofa from Ecosa. And I am very happy with my sofa. It is stylish, extremely comfortable and very versatile. I had family visit over the Xmas to New Year period and they gave it 10/10 for comfort as a king size bed overnight and during the day they used it as a conversation pit watching… Read more

Nice and comfy and easy to assemble. the wooden edges come out a little if you are not careful but it looks good and the fabric is cosy (though it does collect crumbs if you eat on it!) Show reply
Very comfortable and stylish. Easy to setup, and the king size really is king size! Love the modularity and the simple nature of having no mechanical parts that might fail over time. Simple. Comfortable. Good value. Show details · 1
Overall we’re really happy with the Ecosa Nimble Sofa Bed. From delivery to packaging and the overall customer experience, everything was smooth and well handled. It felt worth buying here even though there are cheaper options elsewhere. We chose this mainly because of the design. The wooden backrest and armrest give it a really nice aesthetic,… Read more · 1
and the fabric quality is great. We also like that the covers are removable so they can be washed in the washing machine.
The bed setup is also very practical. The base layer and second layer of the mattress are separate, and you just zip them together when converting it into a bed. What’s great is we can also use them as two separate beds when we have visitors.
The mattress is very comfortable as a bed. In fact, we’ve probably used it more as a bed than a sofa since we got it! It’s also perfect for relaxing while watching TV in the living room.

Honestly, too small and uncomfortable. The armrest are too thick and take too much space to the point I barely fit and need to bend my knees. Also, if you are big you have to be careful of how you move as the base keeps moving around at the slightest preassure.
The sleeper couch is comfortable and I love its versatility. It is very easy to put together. It does look a little like 2 mattresses stacked on each other, though, so is not the most aesthetically pleasing couch. In a tv room or a family room it’s fab. However, I don’t love the feel of the fabric. Show details · 1
Super comfy and spacious haven’t had any guests sleep on it yet but I fell asleep on it on several occasions and found it very comfortable. I ordered the sofa in burned orange it’s a very nice warm colour not too bright at all Show details · 1
Bought this for guests to sleep on but as a couch for us as well. I find it comfy to sit on but as my partner is larger and the sofa is not up against a wall the wooden panels shift backwards when he sits on it and the whole sofa then slides around which is super annoying. Could be fixed by working out a way to attach the wood panels to the sofa parts. On the plus side, it’s really comfy to sleep on. Show reply
We purchased the Ecosa Nimble as our main lounge, with the bonus of having two single beds when guests stay over. It’s been great. I’ve slept on it for a couple of nights and while it’s not quite the same as a permanent bed, it’s very comfortable and perfect for short stays. Show details · 1
Product arrived without parts to finish the installation, parts took over 1 and half months to arrive as extremely poor customer service. Product wasn’t able to be fully used during this time. First purchase and will be the last.

I have mixed feelings about this sofa. On the positive side, it is extremely confortable and looks great in the room. However, I was disappointed with the build quality. The wood-look finish is a laminate that has already peeling off. I expected it to be a bit more durable for the price. Show details · 1
