after care team and they would let me know soon. It has been nearly 2 weeks and I still haven’t heard anything. As this is really bad customer service. I ended up paying $90 for a handyman to come and fix it which took them 10 minutes to do. I am so furious with this company and would never buy from koala product again. If this is the way they treat their customers. Clearly lack of quality inspections on products and no approval process.

Had purchased sofa bed for a relative who was staying with us for 2 weeks. She said she slept very comfortably so we are happy with the purchase. Easy to build and light enough to easily move around the room. Would recommend.

of utmost importance. I have purchased the koala Balmain bed from the second home and it blends perfectly with this piece.

I’ve had people stay over and use the mattress feature of this furniture and I haven’t had any complaints of it. It’s comfortable and firm, and could do with a mattress topper to soften the bed. There is space for you to be able to tuck sheets in to use it as a regular bed, if you’re tight for space.

Could do fantastic with the ottoman piece. Would help with extra storage and elevate the comfort experience

Arrived very quick, very easy to assemble. I love this couch, it looks good and its so comfy to sit on, and perfect as a spare bed too. Who knew something so comfy could come out of a box.

Have not used the bed yet but the sofa is quite uncomfortable. Added to that the delivery process was terrible and I’d say save yourself the stress. Just buy a lounge from someone else. Cheaper, better and less hassle. Show details

Unfortunately as a bed it's hard as a rock – I bought the Koala Sofa Bed 2.5 seater in Riverbank colour. Whilst the customer service was good, and the lounge itself is pretty good, there is no way I could have guests over to sleep on it because it's rock hard. it's so quick and easy to convert to a bed but I find it surprising that other customers seem to say it's comfortable as a bed.

No delivery… – I’m hoping this will trigger the team to respond. After following up on my delivery, I was promised a delivery slot between 11-2pm. The product was in stock and was delivered very quickly. It matched the details online and is not only comfortable to sit on but to sleep on too. Nice and easy to assemble and disassemble if it needs to be moved to another location. Would recommend this product.

Absolutely love this sofabed which was bought 2yrs ago. Son & wife sleep on it when visiting interstate & I sleep on it whenever my husband's snoring awakens me a couple of times a week. Only issue is having to put the topper on it each time when the newer ones are builtin. Otherwise its a dream! Show details

comfortable. It fits Queen size sheets. When folded out it creates a comfortable pad to play on with the kids. It is comfortable to sit on - I did read some reviews about it sloping towards the front but have not had the issue myself. After a few weeks I bought the Ottoman so I can lie my legs on it when watching TV. I'm 1.8m and can lie on it comfortably. I have added some cushions for the corners.

Very comfortable – This chair is extremely comfortable, both as a chair and a bed. Primarily used as a guest bed, and almost every guest has commented on how comfortable it is.

Great sofa bed with a few things to consider – A great multi-purpose lounge and bed! Guests who have slept on it report it is comfy with the pillow top. I will say though - buy king not queen sheets. We bought queen sheets for it as it's a "queen" sofa but the sheets tore first use when putting them on the bed with the pillow top. Also, the pillow top, while completely necessary is a bit of a pain to store as it is quite bulky and cannot be left on the lounge when it gets folded back up. Show details

Met all expectations – The Koala Sofa bed was chosen after researching several different options. It has met all my expectations. The bed was easy to put together with just one person and its simplicity continues in its change from sofa to bed back to sofa. As a bed it is firm and comfortable.
