Product is good, was damaged in transit and was missing screws – Product is good however the product arrived damaged and was missing parts for screwing the couch together. Customer service was okay and sent the missing screws and gave us a small amount of compensation for the damage but for a $1400 couch you'd expect no damage and all parts to be within the package. Had to talk to customer service on chat and waited a week for the parts to arrive which is pretty inconvenient. Show details
