We ordered the Nimble sofa bed. It has been 6 weeks since we ordered and we have received no updates, no shipping date, no information other than our order was received. It is very hard to contact the company. Emails dont get answered and the chatbot is unhelpful. I would not recommend ordering from this company. Show details

Delivery took weeks longer than advertised. Its essentially an expensive rock there is no give in the foam whatsoever. The most uncomfortable thing i have ever sat or laid on. Show details

Cancelled order 3 weeks after Ecosa taking my order/ $'s on a 1-7 day delivery promise - courier txt on day of cancellation saying they had 2 out of 4 packages but couldn't advise when 'complete' delivery could be made. I'll NEVER order from Ecosa again. Horrible 'service'! Show details

Firm but comfortable. As a bed/mattress, definitely on the firm side but I slept on it and feel pretty good about offering it as a place for guests to sleep. The entire mattress part is separate from the base, so you can easily use a fitted mattress protector and sheet all the way around. Excellent quality great design easy to put together and comfy to sleep on, when it’s in the seated position the back slopes back a bit so need pillows. Overall I would highly recommend this product and the delivery was the next day AMAZING! Show reply

is firm but not as exaggerated as some of the other comments. We did not need a mattress topper but its an option if some people prefer softer mattresses. One thing i would say is we thankfully purchased a 3 seater which is the same size as our other 2.5 seater so definitely take not of the measurements before purchasing. If i had gone ahead with the double (like originally planned) it would of been small.

Promising but underwhelming – Quick order, easy set up - Yes. The downside is the wood you feel from the frame of the couch when its layed out as a bed and the constantly having to readjust the seat as it slips forward and sags. Show details

Nice couch, fast delivery – Couch is nice and reasonably comfortable. Have not yet had anyone sleep on the sofa bed to test it out. Super fast delivery was great. Only challenge was trying to put it together with my son - it is extremely heave so whilst simple to put together it was difficult. Also a lot of cardboard packaging to get rid of. Love my Rio – This is my second Rio sofa bed. I find them very comfortable to sit on and are a great and comfortable spare bed when needed. dimensions are different in that the new one is shorter in width by a ruler length. Have looked at other sofa beds in furniture shops - those with comfortable mattresses very expensive. The Rio is a great price (I got it on sale), arrives quickly and easily assembled by one person.
