they were able to resolve our concerns and provided good customer service in the end. We do have an Ecosa mattress that we love - second time we’ve purchased on and are more than happy with it

First time buying from Ecosa. I got the double size cove bedhead and base. I must say I was really impressed at how easy it was to drop into the showroom to have a look, buy online and arrange delivery. The bed is gorgeous! The grey colour is nicer than it appears in the pictures online (it's more of a true grey and not as yellow as online). It was easy to install and doesn't squeak. I would buy from them again. Very happy with this sturdy, easy to put together bedbase. No screws or fiddly bits. Pretty much like a lego set where everything snaps together. The metal rod in the middle keeps everything firm. Bed base is surprisingly light and doesn't creak. Show details · 1
I purchased a King Breeze Storage Bed Frame, and ultimately, I’m not happy with it and regret my purchase. It is *much* longer, and a bit wider, than the king mattress we purchased separately (which is a standard size king). The website photo showing a snugly fitting bed are misleading. Warning - you will not be able to use a different bed head with this frame - there is too much gap at the head of the bed. They also make it seem like most of their “bed heads” can be used with this frame (this is literally an FAQ on their website), except they don’t sell them separately!! Really disappointed.

Pleasently surprised – Very sturdy frame and so so easy to put together. Good quality finishings and after two months still going strong. If using on wooden floors I'd put something a bit grippy on the bottom of the legs as it does slide a bit Show details · 1
Poor customer service – I love the bed now it’s finally sorted. Originally they sent the wrong size bed head, this was replaced with the correct size however frustrating the o my way to talk to someone is by online chat. No phone number. The 2nd. cushion was showing as hadn’t be sewn up all the way across. I messaged 3 times and was told they were out of stock and they had no idea when a replacement would be available and I would have to take to be repaired! Not getting anywhere on the chat, I logged on to the website and the bed head was still available . It’s only when I questioned this they agreed to replace. 3rd time lucky I’m happy with the bed. Shouldn’t have taken so much time and resistance from Ecosa to sort this. poor customer service.
Great structurally but colour difference to website – The base itself is great however the colour on the website and what we actually got were very different. I ordered the alabaster and it looks like it was light with flicks of grey but what I got was a bright cream base. Not exactly what I was going for. Show details

There are gaps between the outer walls of the frame and the wooden perpendicular base that you lie inside of it. Not crucial, but looks a bit weird

Was incredibly easy to set up! Did this all by myself. I have hard wood floors so had to buy non slip stickers to put on legs but a simple and inexpensive fix. Show reply
