Easy to put together. Was hesitant about the colour but it's really, really nice. Seems well made, does not creak, and isn't too heavy for my 93-year-old father to move around to make the bed, clean, etc. Show details ·  1

We bought this bed 8 weeks ago. After we received the bed and assembled it we realised the bed creaked badly. We got in touch with Ecosa to advise this was the case. We received various requests from them for videos and photos of the bed, asking us to measure all the planks, video them squeaking, measure the length of the centre support pole. … Read more

Each request required us to take off the mattress and replaced. They kept coming back to us asking for more of this which we did whilst also reminding them it was their product so they should know these details. We kept getting AI type responses to our requests which were very infuriating as we had already provided information to them. They did after much hassling provide new slats, side rails and centre beam but the creak continued. We have now given up any hope of a refund and just want to advise that quality of customer service and the product itself is very poor

I received a faulty bed frame and was unable to assemble it until the replacement part arrived from China. Ecosa has not offered any compensation for the inconvenience and distress this caused, not to mention the poor product quality. boxes underneath, which wastes valuable space. I do not recommend this product, as both its quality and design are extremely poor and disappointing.

I'd love to properly review this, but I still haven't received it. It said it would arrive in 5-7 days, that was 5 weeks ago and i still don't even know when it will arrive. Support sent me a link to "tracking" that doesn't have any details. Guest tracking doesn't work. Realloy poor experience all round. Show details

Never got the frame, since i was told i ordered a product that was out of stock. what should have been delivered in 1-2 days, took over 2 weeks and my emails were ignored. Finally they said the product is out of stock. Nice way to earn interest on other people's money.
