So happy with the Rise Bed Frame (Walnut). It's a beautiful colour, love the shelf behind the headboard, so handy. The bedframe was so easy to put together, took less than 10 minutes with 2 people. The assembly instructions come printed on a large one page poster with pictures, which I found so helpful! (Not some 5 page instruction manual thats… Read more · 1
hard to follow with tiny font/pictures).
There is felt on the back headboard to prevent bumping the wall, which I didn't see mentioned on the website which is a good feature. So far (1 month) the frame has had no creaks whatsoever and is super sturdy.
I purchased the "ecosa mattress" and it fits great, no gap either side, but still super easy to put on a mattress protector and fitted sheets.
I got the king sized frame and it comes in 3 seperate packages. One thing to consider after assembling, is that there is a lot of large cardboard and foam to recycle. Howver, easily sorted by packing down into your recycling bin over a few weeks.
I haven't disassembled the bed, but I'm confident it will be just as easy as assembling it.
Delivery was super easy to set up and had flexibility to change date/time of delivery. It arrived quickly and updates were well communicated by the delivery partner.
Very happy with the bed frame and the whole experience from purchasing, delivery all the way to ease of assembly. Hope this review helps anyone on the fence!
I purchased the Ecosa bed frame recently and while I’m happy with the solid hardwood quality, the assembly process was very disappointing. For the price, I expected a smoother experience. When I tried to set up the bed, three of the locks would not engage properly. I contacted Ecosa with videos of the issue, and while their customer service was… Read more · 1
polite and responsive, the suggested fixes (using a rubber mallet or loosening and re-tightening brackets) felt more like temporary workarounds than a long-term solution.
Once assembled, the bed does feel sturdy, but the amount of effort and trial-and-error required to get there really took away from the overall experience. I think Ecosa could improve the design of the locking system to better match the quality of the materials.
What a beautiful solid bed. Timber frame , rise bed, with a hidden back shelf. I chose walnut colour. Made from America ash wood. Very sturdy and classy. It came with optional extra legs. That I ended up removing as my floor was uneven. And bed strong enough not to need them. Great investment with long warranty. They sure take pride in there… Read more · 1
products. So much I bought the whole bed set. Bed, mattress, linen and doona. All environmentally friendly. They ticked all the boxes for me. Has improved my sleeping☺️
Great bed and easy process – We ordered early evening one day and the bed arrived late afternoon the following day. It was so easy to assemble and looks fantastic. Show details · 1
New Rise bed frame – Online service was very good and the guys that delivered the bed frame were friendly and put it where I asked them to. Bed frame was extremely well packaged and was easy to assemble. My only comment would be the amount of packaging, it is a enormous amount of cardboard and especially foam. I understand the bed comes from overseas but it took me… Read more · 1
two hours just to cut it up for disposal, the foam filled 3 large garbage bags, only one would fit into my wheely bin at a time. Perhaps Ecosa could offer a packging disposal service. Apart from that I am extremely happy with the bed frame.
I have purchased the Rise bed frame in both Walnut and Ash, along with pure mattresses in two orders. The bed frames are fine - hence I got two, however, I needed a rubber mallet to hammer the frame to make it lock properly. This happened to both bedframes I purchased, which was a bit disappointing. The delivery crew also dragged the boxes along… Read more
my floor before I could ask them to just put them down, which made a few very noticeable scratches in my foyer.
The bedframe comes in 3 cardboard boxes and the mattress comes in a cardboard box with metal hinged wheels (not good for wooden floor!)
The delivery crew was trying to be helpful to put the boxes in a corner but it would have been better to just leave it where they were without dragging them across the floor.
The bedframes and mattress were also quite heavy. Ecosa does not deliver directly to bedrooms (in this case, its on the second floor for me), so something to keep in mind if you have the move them upstairs.

From start to finish this bed has been a dream. It was to upgrade my son from a King Single into a more young adult aesthetic. The walnut colour is fabulous and the bed itself was a breeze to put together. It’s sturdy, doesn’t move and very stylish (even when there are a flotilla of teenagers on there lounging around). The small shelf at the back… Read more · 1
is enough to fit a water glass and lean some paintings against (without providing a clutter attracting shelf!) Quality, price and delivery were spot on. Thinking of buying another one for our holiday home when we renovate it next year. Highly recommend (although admittedly getting our 17 yo out of bed is now significantly harder!!).
We are really happy with the whole package! I like the style of the bed and love that I can vacuum under it. It’s the perfect height. We did have a few problems assembling it, nothing that a gentle tap of a hammer didn’t solve. The bed doesn’t creak and the mattress fits beads Show details · 1
I bought the Ecosa Rise Bed Frame in the walnut colour and could not be happier. The solid American oak makes the frame feel luxury and sturdy. The shelf behind the bedhead is such a nice touch. I stuck an LED strip on it for soft lighting behind my head, replacing the table lamps we used to have that blinded us if we peeked into the lamp shade. We use the shelf to hold our phones and TV remote. Show reply

Disappointing purchase. Firstly, the colour of the wood is *significantly* lighter than the pictures appear. Secondly, assembling the frame was not easy at all and appears to be a recurring problem with the manufacturing. In the videos, the frame simply locks into place. However, for our model it wasn’t even close to fitting together. As there… Read more
wasn’t a phone number to call we used the chat service that then had to email us instructions days later. In the meantime we did some research and found other people had the same problem and had posted the instructions from Ecosa. When we received an email it contained the exact same instructions and photos so it’s clearly an ongoing problem with the design/manufacturing.
We had to use so much force on the frame that we bent the metal attached to the frame and were just told to keep trying until it fit together. It finally got there after we had to use a rubber mallet and screw driver but I’m worried that the bent metal will make it hard to disassemble/reassemble in the future.
For a product at this price point I wouldn’t expect to have obviously recurring issues with design and manufacturing to the point we were told to use significant force just to assemble.

For the price, I expected a solid bed frame that would last for years. Six months in and I’m already carrying out repairs. From the start, one of the locks wouldn’t slot in properly—the connections just don’t line up. The bed squeaked and groaned from day one, which I later discovered was because several brackets were missing the rubber grips… Read more
needed to stop metal-on-metal contact.
I’ve had to bend metal brackets back into shape more than once. The supporting legs are made of thin metal and constantly shift out of position, so they also need regular bending back. On top of that, the whole frame relies on the headboard being pressed against the wall. Any movement makes the headboard knock into the wall—sorry kids.
Overall, this bed frame feels flimsy and poorly made. Definitely not worth the money.

The build quality seems really good and solid. Only let down is the “walnut” colour is very dark and not what I’d call walnut at all. If a return was possible I would. Show details

I am very happy with this bed frame. It doesn't creak and is very solidy made. My son assembled it when I wasn't home but he told me that it had been easy to put together. My only problem at the start was forgetting that I now had a bed frame instead of an ensemble and tripping on one of the legs. I eventually trained myself to take a wider berth. Show details · 1
Overall excellent bed frame- sturdy, doesn’t creak and easy to assemble. Extremely heavy despite being in three boxes but was prepared for this. Four stars because there were a few scratches on an otherwise beautiful frame. Show details · 1
Unlike IKEA, even my Missus could assemble it. Excellent modern-looking timber frame, and you can clean / robot vacuum underneath to maintain dust dust-free environment. Show details · 1

Delivery was super quick. The bed was easy to assemble and made with high quality wood with a nice soft ash colour. I took a gamble buying this online but it was worth it. Show details · 1
Fantastic - so easy to assemble looks great and picture of the colour/tone of the wood are spot on. Show reply
The bed frame is fine, looks good and is solid. However the mattress arrived a full week later in a separate shipment. A follow-up query to customer service was never answered, and this was actually about ordering another product. I am left with the feeling you'd be on your own if you had a problem or had to make a warranty claim. Overall, I would order elsewhere if I had to do it again. Show details

Build quality appears good, easy to build as advertised. Although the description of the bed is that it doesn't squeak, there's still quite a lot of sound coming from the bed during seggsy time. The sound is a dull thunking sound which I think is coming from the bed slats hitting against the metal beam that it sits on located in the middle of the bed.
