detail about every option available and what would be best for my daily use of my car, while not pressuring me to choose the most expensive one and offering all details about the cheaper options that were also good choices. I went with black panther and it has been life changing. The job was done exponentially well. I have a couple of "car" people in the family and they were all very impressed with the workmanship done on my car. Love it. I then later went back to have paint protection applied on the same car, and Yugi was there again and same as always, talked me through all the options for protection ensuring I knew everything there was to know about paint protection and using examples that a non-car person would understand. I chose the Graphene elite X protection, and OMG when I thought that my brand new car looked fabulous before hand, it looks even better now, plus added protection with a lifetime warranty. With a lifetime warranty on all their products at Tint a car Joondalup, you are guaranteed both amazing work, and a lifetime warranty if anything was to go wrong. Absolutely recommend Tint a car Joondalup, as they have serviced my whole family with no problems and now my car with gorgeous results. I noticed multiple poor reviews on other Tint a car shops, so if you are considering Tint a car as a service for your car, if you are local, use the one in Winton Loop Joondalup, as they are amazing, offering top of the range work. I booked about 7 weeks in advance to have a clear wrap applied to my bonnet and front bar at Devonport Tint A Car. The options given were half bonnet or full bonnet with advice that you may see a line with half bonnet. So I chose full bonnet and front bar and was quoted a price. bonnet and bar, and I corrected that and said no full bonnet and bar and the price quoted. I left and about 2 hours later received a phone call to say they had insufficient product to do the job. They said that Burnie Tint A Car had taken all their supplies and there wasn’t any in the state. I returned to a mumbled I’m sorry, took my key and left with a brief comment on their lack of professionalism, and with no plan to rebook after receiving this terrible customer service. I did wonder in retrospect whether they knew that they didn’t have enough and that’s why they suggested I had booked the half bonnet.

What a fantastic result! I have been putting up with bubbles in my rear window for years and tint a car replaced the tint for a very good price. They matched my exciting tint perfectly using the Octane tint. My car looks brand new. Wonderful staff at the Hobart office were great to deal with. Highly recommended.

near the beach and from sand..absolute crock of [Content Removed] and the fact I was then told to go to bunnings and get a little blade and try and fix it myself! Spoke to many in the auto industry and this is all [Content Removed],not to mention my partner and everyone I know in the area does not have this issue with their car. Lifetime warranty hey,well it's a bad job I'm an unhappy customer left with the mess! Shame on you coffs harbour tiny a car trying to pull one over a woman! expectations; in fact, it was far below acceptable standards. The protective film was applied with visible cuts, uneven edges, and an overall poor appearance. The photos really do speak for themselves.
Despite my attempts to resolve the issue with the owner, I was refused a refund. The owners was extremely rude and would not help in any way.
The worst part is they actually think they did a good job.
I feel the appearance of my new car is ruined and the value of my vehicle has been affected.
I escalated to the state manager of tintacar , and received no meaningful support. He simply did not care.
I also reached out to Tintacar Australia (head office) for assistance, but they refused to take responsibility for what their franchise did to my vehicle and ignored my requests for a refund under Australian Consumer Law.
As a result, I filed a claim in the Magistrates Court of WA, and the court ruled in my favor - however Tintacar still refuses to refund me.
I am sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision.
If there was an option for zero stars I would give that as a review.
I recommend that anyone considering Tintacar Rockingham—or any Tintacar location—do their own research before committing to a service so they don’t end up in the same situation as me.

Fantastic solar tinting on my home windows by Brayden from Tint a Car Coffs Harbour. I had 20 windows tinted in Manhattan 64 solar tint and 1 window in Vinyl Film. Brayden was highly professional from start (the quote) to finish (the installation). Great communication, efficient service and the tinting looks amazing, and is doing everything I needed it to do. happened day 1 and the worker did not tell the owner, why was this dudes work not checked after the first damaged door card, he was allowed to continue and damage the second one, the owner consulted my mental health did not validate how I felt. He agreed to replace the door cards, however they will take 5 to 6 months to get hear I said I can't wait that long I wanted compassion so I can replace the car which is much quicker I have never had a bew car before the dealership said they would change the car but about 5k to do so. This guy kept telling me its not a big deal and I have to wait. I am so scared there is more damage I didn't even collect my car. This guy was only worried about himself, why should I have to drive a brand new car straight from the showroom floor that is now damaged, my anxiety is thru the roof and im physically sick. Beware the non-disclosed quality standards for this company – Probably best that you are aware that the quality control standard for this company is 7-10 air bubbles per window. Yes that means if you get a hatchback or SUV tinted with this company up to 70 air bubbles across the 7 windows is deemed acceptable. the documentation you are provided - basically its a secret they keep until you question the number of air bubbles in your tint! And just to clarify this is the air bubbles that have not disappeared a month after application - so likely they are never going away!
Would not have used this company had they been transparent with their quality policy.
How can you get almost flawless tint applied on cars at a dealership, yet a business who tints for a living feels up to 70 air bubbles is an acceptable standard on a car, is beyond me.

unintelligible conversation (heavy accent) from the other person, they hung up! Throughout the conversation, she was hostile and antagonistic. I eventually spoke with a gentleman who apologized for the text message and deleted an references to my phone number. ‘Grumpy’ (I don’t know her name as she refused to give it) is not a good front-runner for this business, if a Tint a Car representative reads my review, I would suggest they have a serious conversation with Grumpy

Poor service, will not use again. Buyer beware – Tint a Car Niddrie/Essendon. Left clear fault in rear windscreen on new tint and blamed me for the car having a rear parcel shelf. is taking just over $1000 and suppling a product NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE! Why did they think I wanted a product that was going to make my car paint worse? That was the opposite to what I wanted. Tint a Car can tell me its my fault for not reading the T & C's but they are supposed to be the professionals, and they are taking advantage with this product use on unsuitable cars for the cash grab. Just be honest with customers with cars over 5 years old and tell them this product it is not suitable and not under any warranty! The reason they don't is no one would buy it.
Left a sticky adhesive – I had ceramic coating and window tint done at Caroline Springs. The job was great except that the sticker they put to prevent rolling the windows down for a couple of days left some sticky adhesive that was so difficult to remove.

The window tinting had a bubble on the front passenger window and upon contacting the staff said , they can’t do anything as the window tinting is done on space exposed to foreign particles. As I disagree with them, they promised a replacement if I leave the car with them for two days and will be fixed when they have spare time. [Name Removed] @ Maddington Tint a Car. Paid $1490 for the package. All those review in their website are influenced and they are not easy to deal with. They show the real face when things go wrong. Stay away from Maddington Tint a car.

good tint. but car was left with lolly wrapper and floor got messy – thank you for the job well done. my husband is happy. our car looks new. I only have one thing, there was a lolly wrap left on the window pocket inside the car, pineapple coconut lolly. then twas really so messy on the floor, after you’ve done the tint. next time pls clean it dnt left it that way pls. Tint A Car - Spectre 20% window film Mazda CX-5 Maxx – Tint A Car - Holden Hill Adelaide South Australia. 2023 Mazda CX-5 Maxx - Had all the dealership window tinting rear of B pillar stripped and replaced with Spectre 20% tint. Vehicle was completed within an hour. A little disappointed that interior had drip marks on doors and there was adhesive on external paintwork. BUT it was rectified. Just the guys who tint need to clean up after the job. Still very happy. Would recommend. Show reply

Worst I Ever Ever Experienced – If I could give no stars I would- took my brand new 2023 Land Cruiser troop carrier to TintaCar Maroochydore he is a list of what they did. 1. Incomplete rustproofing, with missed areas and residue left behind. They also left tint off cuts throughout the vehicle and walk black rustproofing on their shoes and stained a fair bit of my back floor… Read more
mat. Scratched paint on my roof soon as I walked in I pointed it out to them they tried to buff it out. Redid the whole rustproofing again just sprayed over dirt and road grime and not just touched up missed spots .
2. Poor application of clear coat rustproofing under the bonnet. Thought my bonnet at a scratch in it after they applied ceramic paint took it back it was glue from from bonnet plastic sheet when new so they never clay bar or treat car properly before applying ceramic. 3. Overspray on the engine, fan, and radiator. They could only clean up so much. 4. Glue residue on the driver's window, causing squeaking during rainy conditions. 5. Improper tint application, resulting in a cut rubber quarter glass. They had to replace. 6. Rustproofing on my entire stainless muffler, which should not have been done. Tried to clean it with chemicals and caused more damage. 7. Stained mud flaps from chemicals they replaced and failure to cover new ones in recent works. 8. Bumper damage from buffing. They replaced it. 9. Replacement of window tint due to scratches and subsequent bubbling, not once but most back windows replaced twice now. 10. Overspray on lower panels and wheels, which I had to clean myself. 11. Patch of ceramic paint not properly rubbed in. Manager said yep they will fix it asked about it on pickup they played the there was nothing there but buffed it in. 12. Ceramic paint residue on back door black hinges around black indicators and Land Cruiser badge background. I had to get them to rebuff spots the missed. 13. Swirl marks in paint 14. Don’t cover your brand new car when rust proofing as I asked them they wash it which causes further swirl mark damage to paint. 15. Took my number plate off to do ceramic paint protection under it then screwed number plate back on so tight it left 2 gouge scratch marks in paint. ( great protection) 16. The biggest issue is my rustproofing falling off in front of the manager he told me rocks must have it ha ha well only been driving on the actual road. The rust proofing is so soft it’s like butter in sections everything sticks to it. I have had it on previous trucks and know how it show be.
17. As of the very last appointment to redo windows tint AGAIN left off cuts of tint in my truck AGAIN and stained more of my floor mat AGAIN! and left black spots of rust proofing all over my seat.
18. When I dropped truck back to rectify a few issues they had a courtesy car as I was given the keys I was told top up what ever fuel I use. 19. The main office where calls go to the lady told me they must have not got the memo not to rustproof the factory sound deadening as it never sets- she said it can be gurnied off so they did try that and made and absolutely mess and cracking a plastic part and push on a welded part underneath causing a bubble inside on my wheel arch which was inspected by Toyota. I have had 2 other professional inspection and both couldn’t believe the workmanship both said it was terrible. Dropping my car to and from TintaCar and Toyota for repairs and recertification should just never happen if they took the care to start with . It $4500 to get rustproofing removed TintaCar said they will refund me but I needed costs to repair it they refunded me $1000 and play the victim that I harassed and bullied them as they don’t know what a firm conversation is when a customer expresses their disappointment with the work carried out. Fair trading didn’t look at the workmanship they just say they went over and above on the refund TintaCar knows how to play that game makes them look good in the eyes of fair trading. Wouldn’t be the first time. And it’s funny they told me they have bent over backwards for me ha ha far out none of this would have happened if I didn’t come to TintaCar. They are not professional at what they do steer clear of any products at TintaCar anywhere on the Sunshine Coast especially Maroochydore. I’m looking at legal advice just for the fact to right a wrong . Very disappointed and have never experienced anything like it on my other trucks over there years. I’m most likely going pay the repairs myself for ordinary, Rustproofing. But I just want others with brand-new vehicles to steer clear of TintaCar MAROOCHYDORE, as it could save you a whole lot of trauma and headaches.

Dissatisfied – Be aware if getting the paint protection on older vehicles. Yes, I was told there is no guarantee on older cars. Petty theives – Did good job on my car no complaints But they stole my valve caps and went through my gym bag how do i know this bag was open and towel left on back seat i put it down behind passendger seat when i left it with them things were moved around in my car rang them up said they would ring me back in other words they can take what they want from you

Stay away – Poor workmanship have bubbles over every window. Bought car in Perth and done tints there. Warranty was meant to cover all Australia and now sydney doesn't want to repair as they are scared it will ruin my rear windows demister. Warranty is useless. Never use

perfect for privacy, spectre has much better heat resistance and black panther has the best of both worlds. I’m not a tint expert but that’s pretty much what I walked away with. Spectre is still dark but not dark dark. Anthony and Matthew were both patient and helpful and they do have a car for $25 for the hours they are working on your car. Be sure to book ahead for this. Great team - workmanship was perfect. If I had to do it again I’d probably save a bit for the black panther but that’s not to say I’m unhappy with the spectre but I like dark tints but not as much as I like heat reduction. Very happy customer
