Beware of these scammers. Had a young punk [Name Removed] in van 18 test drive my ford territory and blew my gearbox in it costing me $4000. I got charged nearly $500 just for oil change. Rang their office to complain and they said nothing they can do. Well, 9 months on and im starting legal proceedings on Trent. I have recently found information on [Name Removed]. Recently had one of my single can utes serviced for just over $700 which is in my opinion pretty expensive but the work seemed to be decent so I had the same guy do a service on another ute in my fleet which is the exact same Ute and model, less work was done than the first ute but they tried to charge me $1100 for the same service with less work!… Read more
I never received a quote before the works were done, never received updates for any extras just got billed. $400 extra for a service on the exact same car with less work was a joke. No doubt they do decent work but definitely took advantage of me with the pricing and wouldn’t use them again for this price! Definitely feel like I was ripped off here

because I queried why he hadn’t. He also said that he can tell everything by pressing on the accelerator. If he had have done a road test he would have heard the noise coming from my back brakes. In his report he listed 2.5k worth of products and work he would like to do but nothing about the back brakes. I was so disgusted with his attempt at rorting me that I walked back inside and shut the door. Way too much over the top to be believable which then cast doubt about anything he recommended. Told him to just do the service but I have my doubts that a service was even performed. He was finished in 20 mins. (Name: Colen Mobile Code-U39). I will never use Lube Mobile again!

Three Failed Repair Attempts: Lube Mobile attended three separate times but couldn't complete repairs because they "didn't have the parts" My car remained undriveable for an extended period due to this.
Additional Issues:
- Mechanic used a removed wheel from my vehicle as a step ladder whilst car was on jack stands to look into the engine bay - Also placed the wheel in my garden bed crushing my plants - Vehicle panel damage, incorrectly jacked up the car and broke several panel clips and popped the panel from its flush position - Extended loss of vehicle use
Company Response: After the loose axle nuts and three failed repair visits, they offered a "free yearly service" as compensation. I declined and raised formal concerns because who wants the same mechanics to continue to work on their car after this?
Their response: scheduled an "inspection," and then performed unauthorised work without permission, then claimed "all reasonable obligations have been met" with zero acknowledgement of the safety failure.
Bottom Line: Loose axle nuts on both wheels after a clutch service is inexcusable. Three visits with missing parts to fix their own dangerous mistake is unacceptable. Their dismissive response to legitimate safety concerns shows complete failure of professional standards and a lack of accountability.
Will never use Lube Mobile again. Strongly caution others before trusting them with your families safety and the maintenance of your vehicle.

I asked if someone could come have a look at my timing chain, the guy comes and says he doesn't think it is that, so he will need to diagnose.. $500 later he says he doesn't know still, the van needs to go to there garage where he tells me the timing chain is out but its still not running… Read more
rite, and that's another $500. So im $1000 down and they have no idea what's wrong with it. So i refused to pay the second $500. They then returned the van like this.. Sensors unplugged, air intake in peices, fan belt removed, covers left off And sent the invoice again..
So they think I should give them $1000 for them to make my van go from running to NOT running and in peices!?@
Im still waiting to be told I got punkt.
What a joke hopefully they get what they deserve before more people get displeasure of there service.

Booked a mechanic in Perth, WA the mechanic came out, shot a video of the issue and left without saying anything. immediately had to cut the call short because he had another call and couldn't reach him again for hours. Eventually he said they'll need to tow it to their workshop and spend 3 hours diagnosing the issue but another day went by and nothing from the tow truck or the mechanic. I ran out of patience and texted the mechanic to cancel the tow as he was no longer answering calls. Emailed their customer support again to let them know I was going to just tow it to my own mechanic. They must have got the message since the tow never arrived but they didn't bother replying. At least (so far) they haven't had the nerve to try and charge me their minimum fee but yeah very disappointing. I had used them years ago and they were fine. I'm guessing their mechanics are sub-contracters or franchisees of some kind so it seems like a lucky dip whether you get a good one or not. Just seemed like they're willing to accept jobs even when they're too busy to get to them in a reasonable time frame.
We were stranded and had to be trucked NRMA from Boorowa to Canberra including our caravan. Our car breakdown was serious it was recommended we call Lube Mobile well we did and could not be happier with our service Caleb reviewed our situation ordered parts and completed our job with a smile all along keeping us informed on what was happening. So VERY HAPPY will recommend Lube Mobile to family and friends.

They are brilliant! The phone team doing the bookings are lovely. Michael my Mechanic was awesome. The car I had serviced belonged to my beloved late Mother. I wanted to make sure it was road worthy. It now is. Michael was polite, professional and friendly. He communicated clearly what he was doing and why. Thank you Lube Mobile.
Follow-up · The booking process was seemless, very easy and the people are polite and lovely to speak with. The call out fee is just that, there may be extra charges depending on what is needed. My vehicle is 21 years old. It was my Mother's. There are other services needed for the vehicle such as new tyres and yes, the Mechanic was very helpful in suggesting services near by to assist.
Try to get a online quote for my car won't tell me what they are doing as part of the log book service just simply put * Replacement of parts and fluids as specified in your logbook that meet or exceed manufacturer specifications. ( that will be $865 thanks ) so 800 plust for what...

This was single handedly the worst mechanical experience I have ever experienced the guy knew nothing ive got a head gasket problem and the bloke Adam squeezes my coolant lines which were rock hard and boiling and recommended I “keep driving it and see what happens” then completely overlooked an oil leak and overcharged me from the quote
had a globe replacement on my Mercedes was quoted around $130 to $140 but the mechanic said my headlights had been changed to an upmarket type (they were standard not upmarket) anyway he replaced the globe and billed me over $299 and said the new globe was expensive so thats the price, I got pulled over for a breath test (passed)but the Officer… Read more
said my headlight was out on the side lube mobile installed, he said he could defect the car but he said get it sorted out tomorrow. So called Lube mobile and requested Mario who found the globe was installed incorrectly and was hanging out and had broken so Mario went off and purchased a new correct globe and installed it no charge. Lube mobile should wrap Mario in cotton wool as I have found on a few occasions to be an excellent mechanic and could teach the other guy to do his job properly and dont tell porkies to the customer. them to come and replace it. It's not even a 5-year-old car. They should be able to give me something even a ballpark figure without having to pay for it. At the end of the chat, they refused to send me a transcript until I verified my email. It's an absolute joke and a scam.

I called this mobile mechanic for a transmission issue and clearly explained the problem on the phone. Their ad also says they provide same-day service. However, when the mechanic arrived, he said they couldn’t do the transmission service because they didn’t have the required equipment and would need to come back the next day. This made the $97 call-out fee feel like a waste since the issue I mentioned beforehand wasn’t addressed.
Had a clutch replaced on my Nissan 370z. I supplied the clutch kit they did the fitting. $1260. 7 months later clutch failed in traffic almost causing a serious accident. $1260 until I connected consumer affairs. And then they decided to fix my car. Case still on going. I would give zero stars if I could. 12months/20000km warranty means nothing if you supply the parts. If anything fails they just blame the parts supplier for shonky work.

going through dpf exhaust as is was scheduled to be cleaned When lube mobile arrived I got a call saying that he refused to work on the van if he couldn’t start it and diagnose the problem I told him that I had it diagnosed and I just wanted parts fitted , we couldn’t agree as he was adamant that he was right and clearly I was the id*ot customer I requested to speak to a manager and I got a call from the manager who was equally as arrogant stating that the engine needed to be started I said I would sign a waiver taking all responsibility He then said he would send me a quote because it was most likely the engine would disintegrate according to them I then received a quote for labor only for $1740 I obviously declined the offer as it borders on illogical I then proceeded to fit the parts myself 8 bolts a few hoses to disconnect and 2 hours labor I would not use lube mobile again and regret having used them in past
Had these guys out to do a carbon clean ,no arguments about punctuality and very friendly but for the price and work done I could have gone to st^pid cheap and bought the same products for a 1/4 of price.
