and I could leave the car with them, along with getting a hire car. However, a day before the hire car was meant to arrive, I was told it couldn’t be provided. When I contacted Sheen, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. After waiting this long, I feel they should have been more proactive earlier. This was just my experience.

$2500 to buy it back. To support this type "sheen panel bayswater [Content Removed]" on YouTube for full recorded phone calls keeping me on hold and lying consistently claiming vehicle was moved. They just keep finding excuses to stall, do not deal with them ever. If your car is there run and get it now. They stole my belongings left in the car and even switched my battery and 2 new tyres replaced.

Poor communication processes – My Car was booked for repairs on the 27th of November. We arranged a drop off at 7:00 am with the premise of a curtosy car to be provided. My concern is with the front desk communication procedures. I would have been happy to bring the car on another day with a prior phone call to say, " we are not able to provide a replacement car on the 27th and we need to reschedule the drop off date." But, to let me know at drop off time and making me get to my work late is unacceptable. For this reason, you have lost my business and with that $8,500 for minor 3 scratches. Somone else derseves my business not Mr Sheen at Eltham!!

Sheen tow truck – Tow 057 Sits in the right hand lane for 15km straight probably longer cars finally got around him , on penlink dropping and gaining speeds , sitting next to someone in the left hand lane the whole time , probably mostly in there blind spot, .and Banking up cars for kms in the fast lane,

I’ve had cars repaired at different shops over the years but Sheens were way above the others in regards to quality of work. I’ve done a bit of repair work myself in the past so l know good workmanship when l see it and l can be fussy. Highly recommend. Show reply

I travelled over 300km from East Gippsland to get my car fixed by Sheen Croydon. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. The calm professional team, ably led to Kosta, did an outstanding job , within the time I had, and budget. having airbag light on and temperature issue after a front bumper placement – After I had a front bumper replacement at one of your shop. unsure why the warning lights were on. When I reiterated that my car had no issues prior to the service, the response remained the same.

-I returned to the shop on June 12th to collect my car and inquired again about the cause of the problem, but the staff could not provide an explanation.

-I have since had my mechanic inspect the vehicle on June 13th, who confirmed that the issues need to be addressed by your service.

I am not feeling comfortable to deal with the shop who did the job on my car, felt I was brushed off because I am a female and do not anything better about the car. It is very disappointing that I have to deal with it and also can't believe that it wasn't taken seriously when it comes with safety issue about car.

Small dint in bumper - they are claiming $23,000 in repairs/car hire – This is a [Content Removed]. Catch you with promise of no excess + no negative affect on your insurance rating. Fact is, they grossly over charge and trump up costs to make money off ppls insurance. This is a [Content Removed] practice that needs to be investigated by someone. Surly this cant be legal.

Terrible service. I felt awful – Wouldn’t even give me a proper quote. Estimate only which was way over priced. He barely had time for me. Not an insurance job so I guess that didn’t suit Sheen. Made me feel terrible.
