to Bob Jane, Morely to see if they could rectify the situation. Upon inspection the store representative discovered that the drivers side front tyre had not been seated correctly, resulting the tyre and weights being off centre. The staff at Bob Jane , Morley were very accommodating in rectifying our situation thus resulting in our safe journey to Geraldton. A big thank you to the crew at Bob Jane T-Mart, Morley. You saved the day. I rang the Vic Park store on Friday morning and mentioned to the supervisor what had happened, he stated that he had seen that the tyre wasn't seated correctly and mentioned this to the tyre fitter but he didn't follow up to see if the tyre had been reseated. I also might add, that whilst we were waiting for our vehicle at the Vic Park store, I observed that 4 cans of 4X beer or similar taken from the fridge in the eating room and taken out into the workshop area, prior to the store closing, not a good look from a customer point of view.

I visited here because I had a torn tire. I went without making a booking, but they checked the car relatively quickly and said I couldn't use the wheels again so I have to change wheels. When I hesitated about the high price, he introduced me to used wheels and replaced them in the best way. By the end they were so kind and the car was fixed satisfactorily. I recommend them. workshop, but the team went above and beyond. They met me roadside, personally removed my rim and tyre, took it back to the workshop to fit the new tyre, and then returned to refit it so I could safely drive to the store. Once there, they efficiently fitted and balanced the remaining three tyres.
Every single person I dealt with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. A huge shout-out to Jimmy, who came to my rescue on a hot Friday afternoon during school pick-up time in a school zone — truly going the extra mile.

Purchased 4 x Michelin Pilot Sport 4S for my Renault Megane RS. Prospect offered a fantastic price which upon checking my records is the exactly the same that I paid back in 2018. How often does that happen these days? Luke the store manager was friendly, efficient and gave fantastic customer service and advice. He was also very accomodating when significant life circumstances intervened and I was unable to get the car in promptly for the fitting. I chose this Bob Jane’s on a recommendation from a neighbour based on their reports of great prices and service. was informed that the incorrect stud pattern had been ordered for my vehicle. After some delay, the correct wheels were eventually sourced and fitted with the 35-inch tyres I supplied.
When I later attempted to install the wheels on my vehicle, I noticed that several balancing weights had already fallen off. A test drive confirmed significant steering wheel vibration consistent with improper balancing. I made a follow-up appointment to have the issue rectified. On arrival, the manager refused to address the problem, stating that the tyres were an illegal fitment. After discussion, he agreed to rebalance them only if I returned with the wheels transported on a trailer.
I went home, refitted my original wheels, and returned with the set on a trailer. On my return, I was told I had taken too long and that the matter would not be addressed until the following day. This wasted my only day off work. I ultimately chose to have the wheels rebalanced at a local independent tyre shop.
Separately, at the Highpoint branch, I previously had a wheel fitted that was missing a bolt. This is a fundamental safety issue. A missing wheel bolt is not a minor oversight — it represents a serious lapse in quality control and final inspection procedures.
In both cases, the issues relate to basic workmanship and quality assurance rather than complex technical problems. My concern is not just the inconvenience, but the apparent lack of systematic checks to ensure work is completed safely and to standard.
Based on my experiences, I would advise prospective customers to carefully consider alternatives, particularly where safety-critical components such as wheels and tyres are involved.
Follow-up · I was sent a generic message by Bob Jane To marts asking me to email their customer service to initiate the review process but they never responded. No further options discussed. No refund offered. No contact from the manager.

Follow-up · Large choice of tyres in all budgets. They explained everything, including the pros and cons of cheap vs expensive tyres depending on your vehicle and how you travel etc. The area is small but clean and tidy. About 6 chairs, TV to watch if you choose plus coffee/tea making available. Many people choose to check out nearby shops or go to the Belconnen Westfield Mall just up the road while your work is done.

I went home and looked at YOKOHAMA's website - the size is available. I also received a quote from Tyrepower $1332. for Conti's. When I returned for my appointment, the whole process was quick and thorough. I sat at the bench area doing some work while they replaced my tyres and completed the wheel alignment. What really impressed me was their honesty and professionalism — no unnecessary upselling, no pressure, and no checking my car for things I didn’t need. Just good, straightforward service.

I was not expecting to have my car even looked at until my booked time, and because they took it in straight after I arrived I actually got away from there at the time my car would have only just being started.
Competent and efficient turn over of cars in their shop, no one had to wait very long for their car. And very good deals on tyres the usual buy 3 get 1 free, all up it cost me $433.00 whereas another quote I got from someone else wanted to charge me double that.
Service with a smile and quick responses to emails and phone enquiries and they went above and beyond. After such a pleasant transaction they are my one stop shop now for Rego checks, car services and of course new Tyres, they are conveniently located so I drop my car off and walk to town centre shopping mall in under 5 minutes, can’t ask for anymore convenience than that. They also offer AfterPay.

Follow-up · It’s been great, all of the above was part of the Tyre service and I have been back again since the Tyre fittings for my car rego check and can’t fault them, they are so efficient and competent, it’s a really busy place and they still run on time.
Extremely disappointing experience. I placed a phone order during a Black Friday sale for tyres that were not in stock and was clearly told a refund would be available if I needed to replace my tyres while waiting. From that point on, obtaining a refund became a prolonged and stressful process. Over more than a month, I was given constantly changing and contradictory information — asked for bank details, then told refunds must be done in store; told no refund was possible because the tyres weren’t in stock; later told a refund would only be possible once stock arrived; and finally refused a refund in store due to technicalities, despite the original payment being taken over the phone.
The store manager, [Name Removed], was dismissive and rude in his interactions, ignored follow-ups, and repeatedly shifted responsibility onto the customer. The lack of professionalism and accountability was very frustrating.
I would strongly caution others when dealing with this store, particularly for phone orders or items that are not in stock.
