Ordered a product, and was told it would be delivered by the end of the week. When we called to ask where it was, Jefferson from the call centre, who gave very poor service, told us they had put the wrong address on the item and they would email us after a month if we hadn't queried the item. He said while they say the delivery will be ANOTHER 8 days, it should leave with the courier in 2-3 days. NOT GOOD ENOUGH 4WD SUPERSTORE.

tell us you have to drive the 2 hours and 160km back here tomorrow to get the exchange......they say that it's not that we don't believe you, it's just due process that says "we don't believe you". Kings can't send the new one out you have to drive the 2 hours and 160km to get it. Kings say the ACCC says they don't have to exchange it or compensate us for all the fuel and time. A further worry now, while standing for 40mins waiting to sort out the jump pack.... we also bought a kings 60ltr fridge, I saw 3 Kings fridges being returned as faulty. If you return anything not havibg confidence in the product......they say NO CASH BACK ONLY STORE CREDIT.

"thinned" patches have appeared in the canopy after only seven days of use. I should imagine after a while the whole thing would be completely useless.
Safety Concerns: We were forced to cut our trip short and pack up early because the frame was no longer structurally sound.
4WD Supacentre has: Ignored my legal rights: They refused a refund and tried to force a replacement on me.
They refused to refund my original shipping, yet offered to pay for a courier to collect the broken unit and ship a new one, a cost that far exceeds the refund I asked for. This approach is financially reckless, environmentally wasteful, and logistically absurd. It serves no purpose other than to obstruct and stonewall a loyal customer’s legal right to a refund for a major product failure.
I told them I did not accept that. And so they closed my claim without my consent, and then sent a notification that my replacement is ready for collection in Dandenong, VIC!! ...... I live in Tasmania!
I have now lodged a dispute with my bank and a formal complaint with CBOS Tasmania. Save yourself the stress—shop elsewhere.

I only used this gazebo twice for a stall, and the rest of the time it was kept in storage. After laying garden pavers, I set it up in the backyard in a sheltered area next to the garage wall, well secured. Within just one month—with only occasional rain and no strong winds—it completely collapsed. The metal tubes are as thin as paper. I tried to make a claim, but it was rejected. Very poor quality. Called back and asked for the screws to please just be shipped to me so I can use the drawers. They said they cannot ship just the screws out and to try another hardware store. still have not recieved a refund or pickup of the old drawers. Calls go through to an [Content Removed] call centre and they truly dont give a thing about you, just reading a script. Was finally offered $50 store credit to buy more their junk instead of a full refund. Was charged $635 for the two and they mask a lot of their margin through freight which they refuse to refund, meaning that if you request a refund they will only refund the invoice amount which was $435. then some and put it all in my car. There was some sort of big manager there who made a fuss of all I had bought and they took a pic of me and the salesman standing there with all I had purchased. Long story short the wiring harness was NOT plug and play. In fact far from it. So I went back to the store. Near in mind I had already installed the lights and most of the wiring etc. I spoke to a salesman who told me yeah that happens a lot. Just go to Jaycar and get the harness patch. Hang on I’ve just spent a lot of money with you guys and now I’m told that what I bought isn’t right even though I was advised it was. I asked for the manager. She told me the same. “We get this a lot” then went on to say that the harness fits “most” cars. Hang on if it happens a lot then it doesn’t fit “most” then does it? I also got recommended to Mitsubishi dealership and Supercheap. After 2 hours of running around and on the phone, low and behold no one had this harness patch I required. So I’ve had to get an auto electrician to sort it for me. More cost that I should never have had to fork out. I’m bloody annoyed. Spent a fortune and got treated like cr#p. Over the years I’ve spent a lot of money with Kings or 4wd supercentres. They have received the last penny from me. Never again.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Four Wheel Drive Superstore. I purchased a battery and battery box, and from the beginning the battery wasn’t lasting anywhere near as long as it should have. Instead of offering a simple solution or replacement, I was told I had to physically bring it into a store. That meant travelling to drop it… Read more
off, leaving it there for days, and then travelling all the way back again to collect it — only to be told there was essentially nothing they were going to do. No real explanation, no meaningful solution, despite how unhappy I was with the product’s performance.
To make matters worse, when I got home I realised they hadn’t returned all of the parts. I’m now unable to connect my charger with ring terminals, which makes the battery setup basically unusable.
Since then, I’ve sent around 16 emails, spent a significant amount of time on the phone, and filled in their frustrating claim forms multiple times. At one point they attempted to send me a replacement part — but it was completely unrelated to what was missing. Since then? Radio silence.
I’ve been left with a product I can’t use and a company that seems unwilling to properly resolve the issue. The lack of communication and accountability has been incredibly frustrating. I expected much better customer service.
I won’t be shopping here again.

exceptionally rude and nasty on the phone. After being pushed around and sent back to the store and passed from person to person over the phone for the best part of a week my claim for a refund was denied. The store manager agreed I had been misadvised and that the tent was not fit for purpose. The claims departed still refused to refund me and made up every excuse to keep my money. The way I was spoken to on the phone was rude and belittling. I also have looked online for reviews and it’s clear when looking on mass that the store is creating fake reviews en mass across social media. Having spoke to other experts in the industry they advised that they see people like me (missold on their purchases from 4WD Supacentre) all the time. Do not buy from them!!
