Jai was exceptional at answering questions promptly and making the process as stress-free as possible. The workmanship and build quality of the home met our expectations, and the tradespeople were professional and respectful throughout the build. Any issues or minor items we identified during construction or at handover were addressed quickly and without any hassle by the supervisor and team. One of the things we appreciated most was that the final cost remained in line with the original estimate, with no unexpected additional costs once construction commenced. Samantha was amazing from start to finish. She guided us through what is a huge process, answered our many questions (even when we asked the same ones more than once!), and helped us make decisions when it all felt a bit overwhelming. Her patience, knowledge and gentle guidance made such a difference.

Today we completed our final appointment, being electrical, and met with Jack. We came in a little more organised this time, colourful plans and all , and Jack made sense of everything. He took the time to answer all our questions and explain what was needed in a way that made the process so much easier.

property, we received all the warranty booklets and handover packs with the new home, everything was organized and the documentation thorough. We had a couple of things we wanted help with on the maintenance front and were surprised that the owner himself called and helped with these issues the owner Adam was so helpful and we had no issues in resolving the maintenance items that needed to be fixed.

Colour selection During our colours appointment we had a fantastic consultant who showed us our options and was honest with recommendations. Although she was not always able to give us a direct cost of some items she quickly followed up.

We had an issue with variation costs with Beaumont where they miss calculated the cost. This did take a bit of back and forth with Beaumont but was rectified eventually.

Build The build process was smooth and well explained at each stage. Our Site Manager ([Name Removed]) was very receptive whenever we reached out with questions or concerns. Showed us around the build whenever we asked and appeared to keep things running smoothly.

Post build We had the few general issues such as marks on walls, misaligned hand rail, marks on the carpet. Most of these were identified during the handover process and have been rectified. A few issues arose after handover including a faulty light switch and faulty built in microwave. After reaching out to [Name Removed] these were addressed quickly.

In all we are very happy with our new home, we found Clarendon good to deal with and feel very fortunate to have a great Site Manager.

after handover and sought advice from the project manager who assisted me greatly with sound advice how to go about it and loosely fit the skirting boards for later removal. I also looked after the gardens myself. The building was longer than I hoped due to the Christmas break. The whole process ran smoothly with weekly updates knowing in advance what was happening so I always felt I knew what was next. The web site customer portal was great full of information and updated regularly. I can’t really fault the whole process. I have built twice before over the past 50 years but the modern process is far more detailed with more feedback which makes you feel confident. Would I recommend them, yes certainly with confidence. Was I lucky to have good site manager, maybe. Would I build agin, sorry I am a bit too advanced in years to do it again but recommend to anyone to build rather than buy someone else’s problems.

The team has been fantastic throughout the journey. Our sales consultant and pre-site team were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the process much easier to navigate.
