they are definitely not worth it as they take your money and don't give it back

today i got an email saying they were updating there processes and ill need to contact bank to get refund so they aren't shut down business they are just updating

locate anyone to see if I could access to my files, so I could possibly consider treatment elsewhere?

This experience has been so very disappointing and frustrating. I can’t believe that as a client in the middle of the alignment process, I was not notified - although I tried 7 times to contact them!!!

Six months later, I still have not had a discussion, let alone a response from any representative!!!! I am sure I am not the only Wondersmile client in this situation.

I started my program in late April 2022, and found out, only by on-line searching in September 2022, that Wondersmile closed their doors in July 2022. This timeline suggests to me that Wondersmile Australia knew when they happily took my cash that there was a risk they would not be able to deliver full service to the client???

clients of Wondersmile. I have lost over $2,000 to this company and have no recourse it would seem. My daughter is still using the aligners but is unhappy with how her teeth are looking and I am not able to get any support. You would be a fool to give them your business.

been in constant communication with the customer service team for months now and I still have not had a resolution! The aligners were supposed to arrive in 5 weeks. It is now over 5 months! I keep getting the same response saying it's a "management transition". I also have $250 of credit with them for my retainers (3 sets of them) which I had wished to be sent after the correction aligners. They sent through one retainer (even though I never asked for it to be sent out), and the bottom doesn't even fit. The aligner its based off fits perfectly. I have tried everything including the chewies. Again, contacted the customer service team and did not receive a response to the issue. I was very happy with the service up until this point. Wishing I had never gone with this company and instead spent a bit more with Smile Direct or Byte and gotten better service!

Started out great, finish terribly – The initial process was really good. Easy and seamless to receive the treatment plan. Towards the end of the treatment the company changed administration and disregarded any previous deals on retainers. Instead, the price increased a lot and their communication became very poor. I asked them to revise the quote and was given a 15% discount for only my bottom set - extortion don't you think? Had I just gotten a quote for my bottom set, I probably would have been given a cheaper quote.

Apparently, they've had a change of management, and that has caused the delay in the production and distribution of products. Very unhappy and would not recommend.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – I have started my treatment 3.5 months ago, with a prescribed treatment of 3.5 months for my lower teeth and 4.5 for my upper teeth. Guess what? Nothing moved!!! answers my emails when they feel like it. Didn’t even gave me the option to send me an impression kit at home to get that sorted quickly. Didn’t get any explanation on why all the clinics suddenly closed down. Basically, since I paid for my treatment, I didn’t have any answers to any of my call/emails. Not really worth it – I used WonderSmile from start to finish about a year ago. It worked ok, I had pretty crooked teeth and just hoped it would straighten them enough that I would have more confidence without spending too much. They definitely moved around however the treatment plan simply caused my teeth to move around and add in gaps that previously weren’t there… Read more

and none of my teeth were remotely straight at the end (granted, slightly better than I had gone in with). I wish I had just gone with normal braces or a more reputable company that cared how my teeth were at the end. I couldn’t contact this company for anything and never heard from them even after my treatment finished. Not great and not worth it. A year on, my teeth have basically reverted back to original and I’m now looking at correcting them using a proper orthodontist like I should have in the beginning. Feels like a total waste of money.

Have gone into receivership – I have ben trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks now via various means. I received an off email today - poor English and not well written asking me for my details to look me up in the system. I have two stages to go - and I need my retainers for maintenance, I assume I will not be getting those! Multiple issues with wondersmile – Everything was great until I ordered my retainers. When they arrived, they were the wrong stages. This happened twice.. then I got a call from them telling me I didn’t have 17 stages, only 16 top and 14 bottom. I had to send them photos of all 17 stages. established, they suggested I rescan and start again. I thought great because I now have a bite alignment issue. Scan came back, new 5 top stages and 7 bottom recommend. Plus 6 retainers (3 of which I had paid for 6 months ago) and two teeth whitening kits. Fantastic! Only no, since then no communication. I went to their Auckland office, they moved out 2/3 weeks ago. Gone into receivership I’m told. So I have nothing, I’ve been wearing stages 17 (yes 17, not 16 and 14) since January and both a now cracked but I have nothing else to move too. I am so heartbroken and devastated. I’m going to have to spend more money correcting the misalignment and getting retainers.

arent open at this time would recommend you see your local dentist who can help with achieving your desired smile".

I said to them does this mean you won't open for a while? If this is the case I would like a refund on my deposit. They replied back "In relation to your enquiry we will need to offer you a refund at this time. Please contact your bank or card issuer and request a chargeback. In most instances, this should get processed within 14 days".

So I would highly recommend either emailing that email address above or speak to your bank about a chargeback (I'm currently on hold with my bank as we speak!).
