was required, and surprisingly, was not on any of the teeth they had suggested.

They also referred me to an oral surgeon who was clearly giving them kickbacks with the absolute absurd prices they quoted for a simple wisdom tooth removal.

Will not return and have taken our business elsewhere. Avoid at any possible cost.

I did not get/ hear from the other Dental Clinic. That's when I decided, that I will proceed my dental treatment with Smile Solutions instead of the other one. But the professionalism and excellent customer service did not end there. I would say, from the beginning, I am really happy with Smile Solutions team ,from the Treatment Coordinator - Bianca Elbaba, the Collins Specialist Centre Manager - Liliana Gajic , the Dental assistant - Ashley. And of course the CEO himself of Smile Solutions - Dr. Kia Pajouhesh who gave his time, effort and advise and all the possible and best solutions for me so that I can have my best dental treatment with them. With Dr. Kia you can tell that he is passionate in what he is doing. He will go extra mile to help you, even if you are an ordinary person like me. And one thing I like about him, is that, it is not all about money. For him, it is more of how he can help other people when it comes to dental issues and concerns. He is really a Dentist with a heart ❤️

Amazing!! – I consulted with Dr Ryan Sherry for a set of veneers, and from my first visit he displayed the utmost care and attention to detail. Once we decided on a plan, Greg, the ceramicist was brought in to help with fine tuning and choosing the best colour. End result, I couldn’t be happier with my new veneers! Ryan and Greg did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone seeking to improve their smile.

My new dentist – Visited Smile Solutions for the first time and I was blown away by the building, service and phenomenal dentist and my hygienist that I saw were so friendly and knowledgeable.

More accurate review after years of being a customer! – Have to update this after being with Smile solutions for years now. They tend to charge me way more than what they have quoted. Smile solution is def not the best when it comes to follow up and emergency situation and they will never let you speak with your dentist over the phone even for emergency! Bridge back in but the COST was OTT – [Name Removed] reinstalled a bridge for me - 20 minutes work and the charge was $575 using my old bridge - my healthcover which is usually very generous only covered $100 so I get the feeling I was very overcharged. I failed to question the cost quoted to me at the time whilst sitting in the chair, as I was keen to look OK again, what was I going to do, stand up and walk out plus I was confident I had the healthcover behind me for bridges, etc, but given this experience I am not sure I will go back again. Be careful of [Name Removed] in general dental, pushes for additional work that you don't need – I've had to visit quite a few dentists due to medical reason and because I have to travel frequently. have to re-do a filling on another tooth as well if we went ahead which would bring the cost to $500. After this she kept pushing to get more expensive filing material which I never had before which would cost $1300! She also kept referring to my existing resin fillings as 'plastic fillings' which I've never had a dentist do before, in an attempt to get me to get the more expensive ones, saying that they would last only a few years (I have resin fillings which are over 15 years old without any issues). After some back and forth we settled with normal fillings. [Name Removed] also took some xrays and said I needed fillings on several other teeth as well. (My last visit with my usual dentist was just 2 months ago, they said my teeth were fine except this one tooth, couldn't book an appointment with them because they were quarantining).

I just said I'll do them another time in the future since I just visited my regular dentist anyway (she still tried to book appointments for these at the end as well, which I just refused at the reception). The final bill ended up being higher than her $500 total quote as well (excluding checkup costs). On top of this there was another $50 charge for a tooth pulp check (where they poke your tooth with a cold rod and check if you have any pain... which other dentists have done several times, but this is the first time I've been charged for it). I'm not sure if this person was in debt or this is how they usually treat patients, but it just made me not trust the business as a whole. It also made me question if the second tooth filling was actually necessary or if I just needed the regular $300 filling on 1 tooth)

Also take some of these 5-star reviews with a grain of salt, several of them are from people with only 1 review on their account making them questionable(You can click their usernames and check). There were several similar warnings about [Name Removed] in google reviews, but they seem to have been removed, which is why I'm posting here.

Amazing experience not your average dentist – Since moving to other side of Melbourne I was apprehensive about using another dentist. Have had 2 crowns done and wish I has found these guys earlier. What an amazing experience, not only the skill and professionalism from Dr Sherry but the entire team, very accommodating and their follow up to ensure no further issues. Could not rate Smile Solutions higher would recommend anyone in a heartbeat.

Always Great Service – We have been with Smile Solutions since 2005, when we moved to Melbourne. The dental clinic is clean and modern with art deco throughout all levels. Front waiting area is beautiful art deco, comfortable lounge and magazines to read. Admin staff are polite and efficient. Dental staff are prompt and informative. Paediatric dental staff are also great with our son and we are supported by staff throughout the visit.

Have been going here for 15 years and still amazing service and care! – Yasmin my dentist and Sam my hygienist, are always caring, informative about my checkups/treatments and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Amazing practice and the best in the business. They also have an extensive network of other providers to see and I have recommended family and friends to visit.

Always get professional treatment – Long term customer of Smile Solutions. Have always received excellent advice, care and treatment from Hygienist, Dentist and Surgeon. Have had root canals, crowns and now an implant. Great place for the long term.

Teeth Whitening – The whitening was largely ineffective due to antibiotics that had been given to me as a youngster. I thought they could have told me of this prior to completing whitening.

Great service, very organised – Very good dental service. I now am on a regular cleaning and check up schedule which I always found difficult before. Extremely efficient and organised. Central CBD location is great.

Awesome place and appropriate diagnosis – The place is well organized and the doctors are concerned about the root causes of the issue before getting on with any treatment. The cost may be on the higher side but it's worth the treatment.
