Received my order of my daughter's wedding photos framed and was so disappointed with the quality of the pictures. They were all blurry and looked like they came out of an old photo copy machine. How can they ship this to a customer and expect satisfaction?? I will never use them again.

experience with was mind-blowing. Handing over the job of printing your business cards to them felt like entrusting the work to a family member and asking that person to carefully watch every detail during the printing process. That same satisfaction I felt when I handed over my card-printing job to them.

Now the real story begins. When I received the cards, because of my own mistake, one alphabet was missing from my company’s website. While sending them the card design I wanted, I had not done proper proofreading. I shared this with them and clearly told them that I could not afford a replacement. One has to earn respect by being truly honest and genuine, even if their situation may be different from other customers. Even if they had offered me another set for free, I would not have expected it, because a company is not there to work at a loss. Nothing should be only about my benefit; it is always a two-way street. Every company has its own policies and reviews before deciding.

In my case, they created another lot of 500 cards free of cost, matching the same specifications. The quality of the print was exceptional from start to finish. The people working there felt more like family than a business team.

There is only one company that I can genuinely call five-star, and that is this one, in Canada and elsewhere.

When I contacted customer service, I was explicitly assured that the replacement order would arrive by 17 December 2025. That date came and went with no delivery. When I followed up, I was then told that the promised date was a “miscommunication” and that the earliest they could now deliver was 12 January 2026 - just five days before my wedding on 17 January.

They refused to expedite the order, provided no reasonable explanation as to why this was not possible, and expected me to simply trust yet another delivery date after already being misled once. Given the stakes and their repeated failures, I had zero confidence the order would arrive on time and demanded a full refund.

This experience was stressful, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable - especially for something as time-sensitive as a wedding. Vistaprint showed poor communication, unreliable delivery promises, and a total lack of accountability.

Don’t waste your time or risk important events on this company.

I had a very pleasant experience with Vistaprint. Printed some double sided postcards and came out as we expected. Delivered on time. Their platform was easy to use so it was easy end-to-end. I was also able to get a 40% discount because of a sale that was taking place.

First time I've ever used the service. I designed my own business cards and they came out looking exactly how they did on the preview. The printed colour was subtle and sophisicated. The linen is lovely. And love the rounded corners. Couldn't be happier.

Zero Stars. Absolute waste of time. The chat/call centre is useless and cant even answer a basic question after explaining it in different ways over a 40 minute chat. The consultant would not refer my inquiry/complaint to the team leader, but rather ended the chat. All I wanted was to order one simple A1 foam print. Good luck!

Life's too short to deal with incompetence. Trying to simply get a couple of printed shirts to a Post Office, either direct or by a locker. The amount of work it takes to do so, you'd be better off doing it yourself. Zero stars

Vistaprint can't really improve - ordered a couple of pull up banners and the quality is fine however I realised they had charged bulky item charge on it. This shows up as a until the end of ordering stage which is deceiving - I ordered it in a hurry and didn't notice it while ordering which was my fault otherwise I wouldn't have used Vista for anything

Really deceiving and dodgy business to charge extra money from customers.

Stay away from Vistaprint- there are many other providers our there who are not DODGY like vistaprint

I ordered my item 3 weeks in advance. It was estimated to arrive a week later. It still hadn’t arrived by the time it was needed as a gift after 3 weeks. When I enquired they said it was still in production. This is the second time this has happened. The item still hasn’t arrived.

Worked with designer Michael S. today.. patient, pleasant, professional… heard every word I said and found solutions to resolve. I’ve used Vista print for years, always good but Michael S. was old time great CUSTOMER SERVICE. A dying ART. Thanks Michael, I hope your employer see’s this and promotes you to teach other members of staff the art of customer service. Thank you!

I spent hours designing a wedding album for printing, only for the quality to be awful when it arrived. Yes it’s cheap, but for the quality I received I still paid too much. The colour in the pictures is terrible. This was meant to be an anniversary gift for my husband, but I’m so disappointed in how it turned out.

I ordered a box from them for my business. They made my order wrong twice and did not notify me that the parcel had been shipped or delivered. The first time I ordered the box, it was printed wrong and when I let them know, they said it wasn’t. I thought maybe I had lined it up wrong on their online 3D platform. Nope. the same box and design, I recorded myself preparing the order. I was right the first time - their system had messed with how I lined it up. I received two wrong boxes.

On top of that, the second box I ordered was through express shipping - I did not receive any communication from them until two weeks later that it was “On its way”. When I clicked the tracking link, it had been sitting in the post office for two weeks! They never sent me the notification it was shipped or delivered and I wasted $20 on express.

I will never order from them again.

Very, very disappointing. I bought a customised mug and in the design process I choose a mug which was pink inside and had photos both on the front and the back. But for some reason it was changed between the design prompts and the order completion to a white mug with only the front photo. I only realised that when I opened the box and saw the mug… Read more

without more than half of the design I wanted - then it was too late to make another one to be gifted.

Also, the quality of the photo printed is not good at all. Seems blurred and the colours are weird.

I ordered 30 stickers with a QR code attached, the QR code worked on the picture i uploaded, when I rceieved my stickers none of the QRs works. The stickiness of the stickers are extremely bad. This stickers are a rip off and not worth

I have used VistaPrint many times and have again been bitten with my order of a teardrop flag. I ordered back in mid February alongside with other items. i have repeatedly asked Vistaprint to stop spamming my inbox with their advertising but they refuse. it took numerous emails and numerous phone calls to even get them to understand the issue - their operators wanted to stay on 'script' rather than actually listen to what i was saying. Disgusting product. The writing on the business cards is so small that you can’t read read my contact details. Same on polo shirt and hoodie. Can’t read or see it properly. Also writing on pen is pathetic. Don’t your staff check this before sending products out. Horrendous quality. DONT use this mob

Absolutely Fantastic Quality. Ordered a pull up banner, made special individual invitations and so very very pleased with the quality and service. Thankyou vistaprint, our event is off to a great start.

Printing of my banner was excellent, however they only offered 2 card thicknesses .. a matte which was thin and a gloss which was the thickness I wanted. The area where the banner was to be placed, was not suited to gloss, so I selected the smaller gsm and ended up gluing it onto some stray card which I had laying about. Really happy with the photo printing for my calendar, it looks amazing ! But the calendar itself is badly designed... the hole is not strong enough to support the weight of the calendar and the corners of the calendar are bending so it isn't really suitable to be on display. Really disappointed as it would have been a lovely way to display holiday photographs.
