from the original RAW format image, so I was confident that it should turn out well (although, with a different motif ordered through their competitor I wasn't that thrilled). The panoramic canvas had to be printed straight from my jpeg file, as I had lost the RAW image. It still turned out okay; it's sharp and only a tad too dark, which is likely to blame on my lack of adjustments.

Both prints very very well wrapped and packaged - well beyond my expectation! I used to own a wholesale business and thus I have fairly high standards when I judge packaging.

Overall: I will return with more orders (once I can find more hanging space on our walls).

False advertising of measurements – I ordered a canvas to fit perfectly on my wall space according to the centimetre measurements they provided. There were also inches measurements and these were not converted properly on their website so I ordered purely based on the centimetre guide because that’s our main unit of measurement in Australia. nearly 2cm higher so therefore doesn’t fit the wall space I have. When I emailed about this discrepancy, canvas factory led me to the terms and conditions which says that the ‘cm measurements are only a guide’, however this was mentioned nowhere along the process when ordering the canvas and the cm measurements were incorrect and therefore misleading. Customer service did nothing to rectify this and just referred me to the fine print that they don’t need to replace the canvas as the centimetres reference is a guide, even though customers would purely be referring to this guide to order.

The order also took over a month to be delivered and when delivered I was not notified of it, it was by chance that I checked the tracking number as it was so delayed. They also did not leave the parcel in the correct place as per instructions and it was left in full street view.

Great service, quality product – Prior to covid I travelled aboard the ill fated Ruby Princess and while on board I fell for the most unbelievable metal prints of scenes that I had not seen before. get my own photos done on metal backings that had the same quality of finish as the ones I had purchased (which came from the USA). After much searching and purchasing so called other metal prints from retail suppliers etc. I came across the Canvas Factory. Not only are they by far the best I have purchased, but the quality is exactly the same as the expensive ones I purchased on my cruise. The finished product is in short fabulous, the service was exceptional, the delivery was prompt and the price was not that bad especially for the quality they provided. Can't recommend them enough, far and away the premier supplier of these prints. Yes, these sort of prints are more expensive than a regular Officeworks/Harvey Norman print, but quality is definitely worth the extra cost.

I would thoroughly recommend the canvas factory. The print quality is excellent as was the advice about getting the correct size and quality of the pixels from my photos.the ordering process was good and the delivery was faster than I expected. They arrived in perfect condition. I also had a credit from 3 years ago which they honoured and had on file, which made the process even better.

One part of the order arrived fairly quick. The second part still hasn’t arrived. Postage extremely slow resulting in the parcel not arriving for Christmas, which is very disappointing. Asked to change address as it hadn’t been posted and wasn’t followed through.

You get what you pay for. Cheaper than some other options, but the quality is not high. The ink is thick and smooth/glossy, kind of defeating the purpose of printing on canvas. saving compared to more professional printers IMO. This print doesn't even compare to the professional prints I have. It's worth spending more if you are serious about your images.

deliver on promise – i ordered an item with a express delivery from canvas factory, they charged me for express delivery but then said sorry we dont control delivery, i was told to talk to courier to chase delivery..item was delayed beyond the delivery timeframe..very disappointing service. they promise a timeframe and dont honour.. Show details

Initial hiccup, but very happy outcome – Initial canvas was not a quality product, however they were quick to offer a replacement which was processed same day and despite a holiday weekend the replacement arrived in under 4 days. Excellent product and great service – Purchased 2 framed canvas prints - 75x100cm and 100x 50cm. I paid for the designer review service and they emailed saying the files were too small so would poor resolution. (The photos were taken on a phone then cropped). Had them done anyway and happy with the results. On canvas so detail not so critical.
