footprint. Due to being handled through more than a dozen postal centres, the parcel arrived mangled and open/unsealed. Luckily the bubble wrap protected it just enough that the prints weren't damaged. Also due to not being locally made as advertised, postal times were long. Give them at least 1-2 months if you're planning on using for gifts and want them in time. Postage was significantly more than the actual products so take that into account. Frames are a nice style and compliment the print but VERY cheaply made and not well finished. Overall, it IS probably worth buying from them when they're having sales or discount codes, if you don't have time constraints as the printing itself is good and the finished product does look nice up on the wall.
I was fooled into thinking this was an australian company, i believe the u.p.s set up with fake delivery resceduling is a scam connected as well, dont let them take your money, you dont have any options to actually rescedule the delivery as i believe there never was one and in fact i still havnt recieved my canvas,
I'm amazed they sent the picture to me with a straight face, I'd be embarrassed to send out such rubbish workmanship. suitable why the heck did they go and print it anyway??? The only half nice thing I have to say is it was "relatively" cheap but the picture is so terrible it wouldn't matter if it was free. MyPicture fails to provide a print outline indicator on their upload screen. white. If your print contains white edges - THERE IS NO HUMAN WAY to correctly size and place your image. I put stickers on my monitor to indicate the edges (which I worked out by moving a coloured image in the upload box) in an attempt to size and place my print. Two messages to the company produced a rude and unhelpful reply where they said "just check it" and I said "how when its white on white with no outline" and they responded with word for word their exact same previous reponse of "just check it". They are HALF THE PRICE of everyone else, and they cannot be used unless your image has no white outline.
Unhappy – Photos was great, unfortunately wrong frames , ordered Oak Vintage on 7 , and Black on 3 Got all black unfortunately.. they got delivered and the most of the photos was out of there frames, im glad they wasn’t damaged.. not happy with how they came ..

Instead of issuing an appropriate refund, they offered a voucher as compensation—essentially forcing me to spend more money on a service that had already disappointed me.
What’s worse is that the company hides behind legal jargon, specifically referencing the German Civil Code, to avoid taking responsibility. This behavior not only undermines customer trust but also makes it clear they are more interested in dodging accountability than delivering on their promises.
Their so-called “customer service” is nothing more than a smokescreen for unethical practices. Emails are polite yet unhelpful, and every step of the process feels designed to wear the customer down until they give up on their rightful claim.
In my opinion, this company operates like a scam—taking your money and then refusing to deliver either quality products or proper compensation. Don’t fall for their marketing. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that value their customers and stand behind their products.
Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this one. They simply cannot be trusted.

A good experience – The Web site was helpful when ordering as it shows how much of the photo will fit into the different size canvas and if the pixel quality is good enough. I didn't realise my canvasses were coming from the US, but they were well packaged and I'm really happy with them.

I ordered an acrylic print which I am very happy with, but on their website it stated it came with a hanging system. This was not the case at all. When I queried them about this, they were prompt, but didn’t care at all with no solutions, but too bad. Very disappointing!
Is a .com.au website but operates out of Germany. How is this allowed?? Makes the shipping time ridiculous. I made the mistake of ordering a canvas in their mother's day sale, but it won't get here until at least two weeks after. My fault for not reading every page of the website I guess, but again, it's .com.au so why would I assume it's not Australian?

in about a week, which is nothing like 24 hours and then had to travel from Germany. They missed Christmas and were unable to be given as gifts.
Then when they arrived, the jigsaws were just flat in a ziplock bag with no box. Totally inappropriate for a gift. I would not recommend.

I have now asked to cancel the order since it's not been printed yet and I need the canvases within 2wks. Still no reply. At this stage I doubt I will get my $330 back but will take this as the price of a lesson to check a company's background before ordering. I have re-ordered with my local Vistaprint.

Misleading advertising – Ordered two custom puzzles of personal photos as gifts. Puzzles arrived mixed up in one zip lock bag with no Boxes included, making them impossible to use as gifts as intended. Upon query, was told that puzzles that smaller sizes did not come with a box. This was not made clear during ordering and i consider it to be false advertising. Refuse to provide refund after pointing this out, product unfortunately binned.

dark art prints have completely white edge borders. I email back for help as they say they are "passionate" about printing and they accuse me that the white edge border comes from my print data?!!! That's the whole point of a stretch border...you stretch it! Especially if the artwork is a dark image. Not only that, some of the white edge is on the front of the print so it looks like they can't even stretch the canvas or use a stapler properly. If you can't be bothered why go into the printing business?!!! German Company, Attach Own String – Quality of the canvas is excellent, however you have to attach your own string/hooks (provided) to the back (see photo) and the package came from Germany, not Australia as the website leads you to believe (mypicture.com.au). Rip off – bought 12 pictures plus one large - site doesn’t allow you to put any discount or loyalty code in at checkout - also doesn’t tell you if yr pics are too pixelated to use and therefore worthless

website delivery status shows it is yet to be dispatched. Round and around we go. I foresee that I will never see the finished product. I don't know how their rating is quite so high here as I note many other reviews are equally scathing about deliveries. Avoid at all costs.
Order has not arrived – I placed an order 4 weeks ago. Nothing has arrived. My order doesn't appear with any details on courier tracking page. MyPicture have declined to provide refund. I have placed order with another company. I do not recommend MyPicture. Poor service.
