I recently received my photobooks of a trip I did with my wife to West Australia to see the Kimberley and Pilbara regions. The scenery was magnificent and I tried to capture the memories with our photos and our PhotobookShop photobooks. art. We spent a day in a place called Marble Bar in north west West Australia and saw the magnificent jasper reef which is a rocky outcrop which crosses the river near the town. I took lots of photos but decided to also use one of the photos on the front cover to give it an abstract art look and the result was very pleasing. I can recommend this type of cover design where you can use simple patterns from nature to get nice results particularly when you are finding it difficult to decide what to put onto a photobook cover. I have just received our five 30 cm x 30 cm lay flat hard cover photobooks back from PhotobookShop which are our memories of our recent trip to Greece and Türkiye. number of each book down to a maximum of 40 pages per book as I feel this is the ideal number of pages when doing photobooks of big trips. Rather than have two 100 page photobooks I feel the result is much better with thinner books. Attached are a couple of photos of the books. I'm very happy with the results. Robbie.

I have purchased many 100 page HD Layflat books from PBS. They are my gold standard supplier as I want to stick to a certain size and shape book in my collection. However, the last few years the ordered books came with washed out pages, more yellowish than true greens, and each time PBS would review and send a re-print. PBS books, same page, highlighting how bad it got with the old printers, inks or set up. The good news the bottom book in the photo was printed on their new printers in April 2025 - Perfect. The sunset photos are now real and colours now matching the originals and reality. So I am very happy that PBS are making an effort to improve, learn and ensure us customers are satisfied. Thank-you for your service, professional communications and attention when things go wrong, and I look forward to the next "perfect" book!
I have been using Photobook Shop since 2011. I have made 23 Photobooks as memories of our travels. I have also made 3 sets of Calendars for the last 5 years for personal use and family gifts. Loving my PicTiles! Super easy to install and are so light weight making it quick and easy to create my space. We ordered a set of 12 Pic Tiles and can easily change the configuration on the wall to see what looks best! So easy and convenient to order online and they arrived super quick! Customer Support is incompetent and consistently wastes my time, ignores my requests, ignores the facts I have provided (changed the subject line to refer to a different Voucher code). Continually causes me frustration and does NOT resolve the customer issues (your PhotoBookShop system is also failing by constantly defaulting to the higher priced… Read more

Critical information I provided by email is completely ignored, my subject line changed to incorrectly refer to another voucher code (refer to my file 'Voucher WAXXXXXXX...pdf). Their incompetent support has now referred to a previous issue in November 2025 rather than to the current issue provided in December 2025 while adding email pages of irrelevant information relating to November 2025. The same incompetent person seems to be the main cause and I have asked for that person not to deal / assigned to my issues in future.
Support did not spend more than two seconds reviewing my email dated 27/12/25 1:19am because they have ignored the attached file, ignored the full evidence provided, changed my subject line to refer to the wrong voucher code (from my original 25/12/25 WAXXXXX to one that was used in November being Voucher WAXXXXXXX) and ignored my points of dissatisfaction which is unprofessional and lacked due diligence. My experience has been completely unsatisfactory as I do not provide evidence, screen dumps and files just for them to be ignored.
Issues 1.The screen dumps and attached files were removed and ignored by support causing them to provide irrelevant information and an incorrect assumption and incorrect solution. 2. Their system will not accept their own voucher code and they do not read emails in its entirety which would be beneficial and assist them in making a fully informed and correct resolution. 3. My points of dissatisfaction have been totally ignored for a second time in the last 30 days so I will be warning others through social media. 4. I will be writing an official complaint directly to the manager at Photobookshop as my requests for escalations have been ignored once again. 5. Pick-up of the first set of calendars in November 2025 (or early Dec 2025), it was found that a calendar was incorrectly packaged with damaged corners which I could not provide as a gift and required a reprint to be picked up again in a future date, wasting my time. 6. Support incorrectly replaces the subject line with irrelevant information not related to the issue(s) raised, creating further confusion and time wastage. 7. Support have incompetently continually wasted my time by providing an answer relating to a previous issue (Nov 2025) after I escalated the Nov 2025 issue 2 - 3 times because critical evidence was ignored and due diligence not exercised by giving me an incorrect solution in Nov 2025 for a separate issue. 8. PhotoBookShop system seems to have an issue with accepting a voucher code that was purchased from PhotoBookShop and provided by PhotoBookShop. 10. How is PhotoBookShop going to compensate me for my wasted time and effort and all the problems I have encountered?

I ordered a premium 100-page HD Layflat photobook on 23 October. As of today (26 November) it still shows as “In Production.” Their website promises 2–7 working days production plus shipping. emails, including a stressed call and an “escalation” a week before delivery should have occurred, resulted in no real help and no follow-up. Communication has been abysmal and filled with excuses.
I am still waiting on two emails sent this week that remain unanswered.
They offered a $50 gift card as “compensation,” which is meaningless once the occasion has passed and unrealistic to suggest I would place another order after this experience.
Appalling service and very little feedback when things have clearly gone wrong.
If you’re considering an HD Layflat book, be aware that real turnaround times may be weeks, not days.
This is a warning, plain and simple.

I’ve purchased many 100 page A4 hard cover books and always had great service and quality. Thank you. My complaint is really about the advertising of great specials. I always check them out and find it is not very often when infact a special is any different to the every day price. Disappointing and false advertising. Show reply
Excellent service, the website was very easy to navigate and the communication was great !! we had 2 photobooks made, one for our Europe trip and one for our Vietnam trip, and we were extremely happy with the end product. is well past the stated average delivery date. I also received a photobook last year where the title was slightly skewed on the page (it’s not, on the original), which is a real shame but I just live with it. When I finally get my January photobook, I will probably look elsewhere, quality is OK but software is nowhere near as good or easy to use as Memento’s was.

for whatever reason, if you order the large A3 layflat premium book then that takes weeks since they wait until they get enough to do a run of them. Needless to say, as much as i liked their books and software, I moved my custom elsewhere and have found comparable quality, better service and prompt filling of orders. I wish Photoshop all the best as they navigate their way through whatever hardships have caused them to disappoint customers.

disappointed by them over the last 3 or 4 years.
Positives- The program is still great to use - Prices are still ok
Negatives - The pro lay flat books have definitely dropped in quality both the paper and the photo quality. The prints are just much darker now when they used to be so vibrant. Often even though it's meant to be a lay flat book when you lay it flat the pages come apart. - Their claim on production and delivery time is a flat out LIE and has been again since covid times. At first they'd tell me one printer was broken (I got that response for about 2 years) or that they had run out of the pro book paper. Then they stopped bothering making excuses and just said it wasn't done yet. Both the books I made in 2024 and 2025 which were for Christmas gifts did not arrive on time. The one just done was shipped on the 5th of Jan 2026 and I placed the order on the 11th of November 2025! It was about the same length of time for the previous order the year before too. - The production time is simply not good enough and they just don't care. The customer service person kept telling me they were chasing the warehouse to find out where it was but they never bothered to get back to me and instead just closed the ticket.
I am very disappointed to say that after being a customer for 10 years I'm absolutely done with them and will be making my photobooks elsewhere

Very excited to receive my last four books from our last adventure including Switzerland, Italy, Uk and 56 day cruise. Good job, Photoshop. The poster came out well, it was posted in a very skinny cardboard box, so lying flat when arrived. Unfortunately, a tiny bit bent due to movement in the box. Not a big deal though, it was easily rectified and now looks perfect in its frame Show reply

photos over time were really appreciated. Re-ordering was easy with staff at Photobook Shop and can’t fault them as well as delivery. I have made various items over the years and always happy as were the various people I made them for. I would definitely recommend Photobook Shop and I’m sure you would be happy yourself.
Have used Photobookshop for a number of years. Have just ordered a calendar which I was happy with as was good quality and reasonably quick delivery. I do dislike that when you make a photobook you have to choose what style eg Travel Classic or Kids etc and then can NOT access the different backgrounds, frames and scrapbooking items available in the other styles Show reply

some options are automatically filled in, so that if you don't check carefully, you could make a mistake. My email enquiry (sent the same day as the order) was whether the Velcro order could be changed to a normal hanger since I had unintentionally made this mistake.
