disappointed... placed my order 3 March.. Proof approval on 4 March... following up on 13 March to find out they will dispatch after 18 March.. that's more than 2 weeks.. Their website says 2 working days dispatch after proof approval... but on their tax invoice, 8 working days after approval and unfortunate for me seeing 2 working days… Read more

that you ordered a larger order quantity on this order, it was not a direct re-print. Even if it was, we do still reserve the right as outlined above to print using any method of our choosing unless you specially request otherwise and we will quote accordingly" DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - They offer a to fix the error by charging you again with a tiny discount so you loose out.

We ordered stickers but we were informed that the stickers would be printed in a different format, after many emails back and forth the amazing team there were able to print the stickers in the format that better suited us - GREAT STICKERS, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUICK TURN AROUND Show reply

The process was seamless (and the price much more competitive than the several other quotes we received). We paid extra for them to proof and check our prints (which we are glad we did, as they quickly able to fix an issue with the provided artwork). Very happy with the customer service, speed of delivery and product quality offered by CMYK. Highly recommended. Not so happy with StarTrack courier who really mishandled the product boxes - some of these turned up torn and squashed. Lucky no products were damaged. Show reply

CMYK online. They had no record of the shipment. I immediately emailed CMYK online and they told me they would look into it. Then 2 days later they tell me that there was no suburb and postcode combination that I had given them when actually I have been living at the same location for 13 years and have never had a problem. They told me they would work on it and that it had been dispatched.. A few days later, I asked them for a tracking number and then I got a reply that my order had actually been lost and they need to reprint it!! It's three weeks since I ordered the products and they still has not been printed and have no idea when/if they will come. Choose another printer!!!

simple alteration) and he says he can't help??? After I have kept them in the loop with job progress and even changed my artwork to suit them. Its quite obvious he realises he has misquoted and now doesn't wish to deal with me. Terrible customer service and has just left us high and dry. Worst printer I have ever dealt with in my twenty plus years. Do not trust these guys.

No customer support – Very had to deal with if you are a mum and dad business. They do not offer any phone support so if you are on a deadline it makes it super difficult to get things done quickly as all their support is via email and is not monitored so it could take all day to get a reply. Very frustrating

CMYK is the best. Prices are realistic, quality is consistently good, delivery is quick. I run an amateur theatre group and we have used CMYK for many years to print outdoor banners, flyers and posters. Always good. The most important thing, however, is that if there is an issue they quickly respond and get it sorted. Happy and confident to recommend this company. Show reply

there is at least a two week turnaround but there has been times it has been stuck in production, dispatch or have been dispatched and has been sitting at a depot. This has had jobs getting to my customers later than expected. May not be a fault on their end but more so dispatch, but it has had me in a pickle with clients a few times. Once I email to check the order status staff are always onto it and inform me the progress straight away. Again.. Again, service is brilliant!

Excellent Printing and Service as Usual – I have used CMYK on several occasions. They have always been excellent but this time they were outstanding. I ordered my printing on Tuesday and it was delivered to Brisbane on Friday. I know they can’t always do this but they excelled themselves this time.
