old Dell computer and produced a brilliant computer much better then I had, with Windows 11 installed. I now have absolutely trust in that man Ben, he had some difficulties trying to save data but stuck with it and work everything out to my satisfaction. Ben has a great personality, always on time, sticks to his quoted price, highly ethical tecknition with advanced computer skills and knowledge. I highly recommend Ben and Super Geek. I do not recommend Dell computers. They are to expensive to replace parts and not compatible with other parts. Must be Dell parts only which restricts you when it comes to repairs. under their diligent care with our computers now for several years and we know with all our hearts that Ben is an honest and trustworthy extension to the already brilliant team. What a close-knit family we have in Aaron's SuperGeeks to call on in our time of need. Amazing!
Ben is clearly confident in his own competent skills, vast knowledge and many year's experience, and together with his beautiful, trusting nature, means that it is very easy to leave him to his own devices to do what he has to do to get the job done.
Ben, obviously with the endorsement of Aaron, also doesn't count the minutes spent on the job, especially with all our talking in between ;). We have found the whole team to be most generous with their charging for time spent on the job and cannot think of one single element relating to their care towards us that doesn't deserve a five-star rating.
Funny, we love Ben, Aaron and the whole team so much that whenever they come to fix our computers, we always feel as though we have family visiting and never want them to leave hahahah ;D.
Poor service. Feeling extorted – Our experience with supergeek has been terrible. Contacted them to retrieve data, they told us they would need to repair the unit before they attempt that (we didn't want it repaired) They were unable to retrieve data so they just removed HDD and sent it to a specialist who retrieved it in a day, supergeek had it for almost 4 weeks. told us they would be in constant communication, we were the ones who needed to continually call for an update and when we did the contact centre said the technician is unavailable and will get back to us, this was also a day or two later.
After we received the laptop back, the settings that the technician put on the laptop wouldn't allow us to install anything so we needed to waste another day reinstalling the OS. More problems follow as now the laptop randomly shuts down and restarts and the screen glitches out with all black marks. We have contacted them via email so they have images and a reference to what is happening, a week later we have yet to receive a response from them. So all in all, for the money that we paid to have this laptop repaired despite not actually asking to have it repaired. Our experience has been less than satisfactory now that we are having more issues despite being told it has been "fixed". So we have now paid $500 to get our data back (which was achieved by someone else) and another $500 to get back what essentially seems to be a broken laptop.

Punctual. Friendly. Got to the crux of the problem quickly. Restored the files to original state quietly and without fuss. I am impressed. The only thing I would mention besides the revue is I was offered a 10% age pensioner relief, I would leave that to the office to look at? Show reply
David arrived promptly after my phone call. He determined that my printer cable was at fault and suggested replacing the cable. I purchased a new one same day and every thing is working fine.
My technician Garrett, was very patient and super helpful. He was polite and explained everything to me in a way I understood. I will certainly call SuperGeek in the future should I require their assistance and their fee was very reasonable.

Tech turned up, but never supplied my technicians report – Technicians was booked for wednesday 13th october. Technician turned up, inspected my monitor and said that I'd receive the report and an invoice by the end of the week. It's now october 31 and I have received nothing. Can't say as that I'm too impressed by this oversight.
Cancelled appointment – Had appointment for 3.30 with Supergeek tech. At 3.23 received an email to advise my appointment has been changed to Thursday next. Main issues are I didn't see email until after appointment time was overdue Thursday was unsuitable Changed my day to suit appointment so day wasted I consider that poor service
Have been contacted by Aaron from Supergeek. Couldn't be more helpful in resolving the issue. Very happy with the subsequent assistance
They gave us a false quote then overcharged us – We were quoted $500 to repair our computer. They then charged us $539. They were rude when I questioned it. Please be aware they will rip you off. What they say is not what you get.

I needed help setting up a new 3D printer. I booked an appointment with Ben. He was great. He was very knowledgeable and finished correctly setting up the 3D printer. He then talked me through the printing process step by step. He also explained how to use all the accessories that came with the printer. He left and my son hasn't stopped using the printer! Will definitely book Ben again if I need more help.
I had a scam attack last week, my bank accounts were closed by my bank, the BoQ. I needed a technician to fix the issue and give me a report to present to the bank. All was completed satisfactorily by Kas. Everything is now OK, thanks to Supergeek!

The technician who came today was Nilssen. He arrived early, he is very friendly and extremely helpful. The laptop which needed attention proved to be difficult to trace the fault. Kas, came out to do the work. We had some missing connection wires and he was willing to use his own. Process took longer than planned. He had the patience to wait. He came in the next day to complete the work. There were still errors in the system and he fixed them. I will use Super Geek again and will ask for Kas.

Supergeek, Ben came yesrday afternoon, as he said he would regardless of the horrific traffic holdups. He explained everything to do with a new computer I bought with his help. He even made the screen and the icons on it look the same as my old one. I am very grateful for his customer service.
One of my new printers would not print from the desk top. I tried everything I knew and everything I could get from chatbots and other people. It appeared that there was no solution. I was able to cancel a one hour booking for the next day as David had done all the work. I tried many IT repair and support services before finding SuperGeek which is better and more affordable.
Daniel was excellent and very patient considering there were a few issues namely slow internet whilst doing his job. I really appreciated the effort he went to to get my new laptop up and running.

Terrific service from David. The price was fair for my Windows 11 computer. One criticism. There is a lag in the gaming video speed. The refresh rate is too slow for a new computer and my old computer was smooth and not jerky like this one.
Cannot thank Joel enough he not only rescued all our files but also did a recovery so we could work and then cam back and reinstated all our files drivers etc. 100/10 for Joel
WOW great service. I booked the appointment and I was given updates constantly on when Ben would arrive and he was right on time. I can't praise Garrett from Super Geek high enough. He attended the work I needed to be done with patience and total knowledge. Also Aaron was a great help with some constructive advice. Highly recommend. The only criticism I have is talking to "Emma" the computer for booking purposes. Would like to have a "human" answer the phone to take details please.
