had to get them out again because they said we get a 5 year “warranty” on the screen. THIS IS JOT TRUE
They came out and said my phone is unrepairable due to water damage and the motherboard is damaged and it’s not the screen. I had to pay a call out fee of $60.
Yesterday I took my phone to Mobile Palace who said they can replace the screen to see IF IT IS THE SCREEN. AND YES, my phone is working perfectly!!!
The fix2U Team Sent me an email stating they can’t help me because it doesn’t fall under the “warranty” but it was the screen that was faulty since day one after spending over $1400 getting the worst service and a broken phone.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL AS THEY SCAM YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU GET A PHONE BACK THAT DOESNT WORK!!!!
But Mobile Palace confirmed it was the screen that was faulty and I had to pay once again to get my old screen back to work after they told me my phone is unrepairable. All LIES LIES LIES

basically ghosted me after “repairing” the second screen. Customer service and management will not responding to any forms of communication since then offering no proof of the screen being intact when fitted and have not even acknowledged the second fault that still remains with the screen regardless of the crack being there or not. First screen flickered like lightning at the top of the screen. Second screen going nuts when scrolling and cannot be used. Poor products and even poorer service. Do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere. I can only upload one video but I have footage and correspondence from the first crap screen as well.

high quality protective case and smash-proof screen protector (RHINOSHIELD - expensive, but worth the investment). However, accidents happen.
Within a month or so my phone slipped out of my hand, from the couch to the floor, and the screen shattered. I was in a squatting position, so the drop wasn’t very far.
I looked at it VERY closely and noticed the screen had lifted away ever so slightly at the top corner, which is likely why it was so susceptible to shattering. The gap was less than 0.5mm - you would’ve needed a magnifying glass to notice it.
In the past I’ve found that cracked iPhone screens still work to some degree. This time, the touch screen wouldn’t register at all. The phone also stopped charging.
I submitted a claim under the 5-year warranty. It was rejected. I was told I should have noticed the screen defect at the time my device was fixed.
I’m fairly certain that under ACL, service providers are supposed take due care, rather than leave it to the consumer to identify any faults/defects and be burdened with the cost to fix it.
Nevertheless, I paid for them to replace the screen again. Thankfully, this one hasn’t cracked (yet).
Unfortunately, I’ve been experiencing issues with the screen registering touch. The issue is on and off, and ranges from needing to tap the screen a with a little more force, to not working at all.
My phone is only 14 months old and I’m still paying off the handset fee. I’m in no position to buy another one.
The issue has gotten worse over time. I submitted another warranty claim. Fix2U offered to replace my screen again. I told fix2U that I was reluctant to have their technician replace the screen for a third time in case it makes it worse. If that were to happen, I wouldn’t have a phone. It’s 2023 - I need a phone.
I requested a refund so that I could have it repaired by Apple instead.
Fix2U’s 5-year warranty supposedly covers parts *and labour*. However, my request for a refund was refused.
I was told fix2U doesn’t provide refunds for services already rendered… I’m unsure whether this meets the consumer guarantees under ACL, so I’m going to reach out to the ACCC & Consumer Affairs for more advice.

Apple Notification Surprise – I was surprised I’ve now got a notification on my screen about a non genuine part fitted. The technician told me it will go away after the next update. It’s quite annoying seeing it all the time so I hope he correct. In addition to this, I’ve now noticed that my battery is draining at twice the rate it did prior to the new screen being installed. Your phone number never leads to anyone, our voicemails and emails have not been returned and the website Live Chat doesn’t work. Broken appointments – I had the appointment changed twice at the last minute after making myself available. First due to delay of parts required and second the technician couldn't fit me in !! Finally the job got done no problems.

iphone battery – I had change iphone battery last year and complete 1 year now my battery gone off very fast and my phone getting very hot. only 1 year i use carefully with my charging -not over charge and not using much my phone.
