beyond to help troubleshoot it with me, responding quickly, offering clear guidance, and genuinely caring about getting it resolved properly.

The repair itself was excellent, communication was prompt, and the whole experience felt honest and customer-focused rather than rushed. Thanks to Vivian’s support, everything is now working perfectly and we didn’t even need to use a 2nd replacement screen that she had ordered just in case.

It’s rare to find a repair shop that combines technical skill with great customer service like this. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vivian and the team at Dr Boom to anyone needing phone repairs.

Bought an expensive phone case (around $80) last November. They seemed super helpful at the store and explained that it came with a Lifetime Warranty. By mid December it had cracked in one corner despite never having been dropped. I wasn't fussed ..... because of that Lifetime Warranty!! I finally got around to taking it back today. exchanging it for another ....... BUT only one exchange allowed. So, I paid a fair bit for a rubbish case with a "Lifetime Warranty" that isn't really "lifetime" at all. What is the game here??? Charge double what a case is worth and offer a changeover if you remember to keep the receipt AND you can remember where you bought it?? AND you get to change it over for an identically rubbish case that now has no warranty. Dr Boom, if you guarantee the quality of what you sell, it should be UNCONDITIONAL. I certainly won't be returning to this disingenuous company.

takes time and within 3 business days he had it up and running and works as I first bought it. It’s amazing how thorough Isaac was in his service and knowledge, he done for me what apple themselves couldn’t do thanks again Dr Boom!

Excellent service, very knowledgeable, not too expensive and family friendly, definitely recommend!

for me he said he didn’t have time and it is easy to do myself… but I did understand and not really that upset about that. My gripe is the quality of the product. Fitting the product I thought sure I am capable of it and have done it successfully many times and recently for my iPad . He convinced me that the more expensive $50 protector is “unbreakable” which I know is total nonsense but I thought well it must be better quality at least than the cheaper protector @ $30. When I got home and started to open packaging I noticed that both products are branded DRBOOM. So I was immediately skeptical. Boy was I right even though I put this thing on rather well it still has a warp so there is a permanent bubble in the top corner. So I would have rather gone to Officeworks and bought the Cygnett as they are high quality and come with a frame guide for install if you plan to do the install yourself. It wouldn’t be a big deal to me but the fact that I opted for the $50 protector for something that was so basic in its packaging and it’s claim using fancy language like nanotechnology, anti fingerprint (which is not true), has its own company branding made in china it felt like my money could have been spent better elsewhere than buying a generic rebrand with less self install reliability. Otherwise their range of other products is fine and the customer service is usually pretty good.

Disposition – I was bought a screen protect for note 8 at Westfield Sydney I and got the problem with it at that moment the shop almost close they told me come in 2 weeks later and then when I come they said like that not they problem that the screen problem I was spent 50$ for that and have bad one.

Samsung part, which is not just a piece of glass (like an iphone) but a frame with shitloads of electronics nailed on the back, I bit the bullet, was told to come back in an hour and went to nearest pub to drown my sorrows. When I came back, a few beers later, they told me they had good news, it was not the screen that was cracked, but the screen protector (I have my fone in a life proof metal + rubber XHD case) and charged me $75 for a special HD screen protector, Fuck Yeagh! Bottom line is they could have put a new screen cover on my phone + I would have been none the wiser, that level of honesty in society today is extremely refreshing and I cannot recomend this shop and its staff highly enough, pay them a visit, they have shitloads of quality accessories for all types of fone :):)

Took 6 weeks and deceitful liars – I dropped my iphone 12 pro off to Dr Boom Communications at Parramatta Westfield lvl 2 to the staff there who seemed approachable and acted confident as though the phone could be fixed. [Name Removed] the manager said it would be ready next weekend as they couldn't take it to their office until Thursday (understandable). I rang them on Friday… Read more

asking if it was ready, and they replied with no not till next weekend. They repeated this statement for another four weeks before finally saying it was ready. When l showed up they said it still wasn't ready (just the start of the lying and blatant lack of care for customers). Now they are saying it will be another week at least. Low and behold next week rolls around and it still isn't ready. Finally after 6 weeks after dropping the phone off they say its ready for pickup and is completed. I show up expecting them to have finished the job but rather they say "we couldn't fix it". With [Name Removed] not present and only one person on who had no idea about the phone l was stuck. Despite the fact that [Name Removed] the manager who doesn't like to take responsibility and instead pins the blame on "somebody else" said the phone was done. [Name Removed] then proceeds to not answer any calls for another week before finally answering and basically saying something was wrong with the motherboard which they could have figured out in the first week if they cared enough about their customers. He then also blames it on other people who supposedly fixed the phone and said they went to great troubles to fix it. If they truly had they would have at least called me and let me know what was happening and perhaps if l still wanted to go ahead with everything else. Alongside all of this time wasting and lying I have also noticed that the large majority of the 5 star reviews are fake with fake accounts. Care to explain that? l fail to believe you are still in business after all this and clearly l am not the first to experience this crap with lots of other one or two star ratings. I would appreciate an in depth explanation and find out why you can't just be truthful with customers.

the time that he has in order to rectify a problem and make me feel a valued customer. While the issues occurred it seems it was not his fault but the supplier who did not supply the correct part twice. He has called me. Left messages and today I picked up my phone! It is completely repaired and as good as new. YAY. Not only that Fahim was very apologetic for the delay, he was very personable and helpful. Thanks to his excellent attempts at salvaging the situation I am happy to say that due to Fahim, I will return to Dr. Boom before anywhere else for any future phone repairs/purchases. I would like to commend him to you for truly changing the situation, taking responsibility, stepping up and proffering excellent customer service. Managers like these are hard to find in the retail industry.

They seem nice but use faulty parts – Do not trust them. We had our phone repaired just before boarding the cruise ship to New Zealand. When we tried to use the phone we realized it wasn't working properly. We had to find another repair shop at our next stop in NZ and pay again to have the same part replaced. 100% BOOM!!! – Today, we went into the store and spoke with Francesco and showed him our scientific calculator, which required a quick spot weld. Now, prior to this we had gone to different independent stores and no one wanted to help us. However Francesco was very eager to help us and said "come back in 10 to 15 minutes and it will be fixed."
