Ignore the flashy brochures and advertising. Consider this experience before choosing a company with such poor customer aftercare.

The fact that it took 1.5 months to provide an answer, right in the middle of summer when the pergola is actually needed, just adds further insult..

Stratco at Thornton 3 times to follow up on the quotation and all I ever hear is "I will chase it up and get back to you" I have even sent them a copy of the auto response email and still I hear nothing, not even the courtesy of a phone call or email to say they are working on it. All I hear is crickets. For god sake, it's a standard bloody pergola kit. Sorry Stratco but I certainly won't be wasting "my" valuable time to call you again.

Purchased a 6 x 4 shed with veranda . Explained what we req and were installing ourself. FYI unless you are an engineer or a qualified shed builder Do NOT attempt to install yourself. attempt to self install or go to a better shed supplier who will give you detailed instructions . Clearly stratco don’t want you to install a shed but you have no choice if you live 6 hys away and stratco say they don’t have installers at this location. You have been warned .

Lonsdale stratco. For reputable company you wouldn't think it would be that hard to send someone out for a quote. Weeks have gone by phone calls even a visit to the lonsdale site. The key facts are these I payed a contractor which I thought at the time it was Strattco direct only to find out that they where contractors .. Just full of cr#p workmanship it took them over three months to put something together that looked like a pergola and it was cr#p .. just the workman where Indians and Pakistanis just absolutely hopeless… Read more

.. I Was supposed to get a light on each corner if the pergola and they only installed two lights only .. When I asked them in the contract clearly specifies 4 lights they said to me no they wanted another $1000 dollars to install the other lights that should have been installed part of the quote .. hopeless workmanship .. and when I complained to Strattco no one could be bothered fo come and have a look from Strattco ..very sad .. don’t waste your money buying Strattco products waste of time and money ..lets see if I get a reply from Strattco this time this review ?????

Just completed putting our new Handipod together. Instructions were great and it all came together really well. All the wall panels came with a protective film on them which was great. It would have been a 5 star review if the door had come with the protective covering as well as it ended up getting scratched. The Handipod looks great, I would highly recommend. Show reply

A big shout out to Natasha at headquarters in customer service. She was able to find the matching product I needed, AND have it delivered to my local Stratco for pickup! reputation for me as I was getting frustrated with the system which appeared to have 2 products under the same code, and no inter store deliveries! Thanks Natasha and all the lovely staff at Stratco stores!

We bought the handi pod shed. It's good quality and a very nice looking shed but installation and packaging could be better. Some of the holes on the panels didn't line up, with some off by over 5mm. managed to put everything together succesfully, and I'm very happy with the end result. Both barge panels were also slightly dented straight out of the box which was a bit disappointing, but it's not too noticeable. Even with these issues it's still a great shed and I can recommend it.

A couple of legends served me today right at the entrance, helping me find what I needed, putting it in my car so that I didn’t have to wake my sleeping baby and physically go into the store and get it myself. For an extended period exceeding five minutes, we remained unattended. During this time, the two visible staff members, engrossed with other patrons at the design desk, conspicuously avoided eye contact. When their gazes did intersect with mine, they offered nothing but blatant disregard. There was no acknowledgment, no courtesy of a 'Hello, someone will be with you shortly,' no apology for the delay, nor any attempt to briefly excuse themselves to process our transactions, which would have taken mere moments. One cannot help but ponder if my departure with the merchandise would have finally elicited a response. This blatant oversight extended to the customer behind me, who also sought a swift transaction.

Eventually, a young woman emerged from what appeared to be a staff area. After leisurely attending to her personal items, she meandered to another desk before her eyes met mine, a silent acknowledgment of my growing dissatisfaction. She then approached to serve, and despite my lighthearted remark about contemplating an unannounced departure, her response was not one of apology or empathy. Instead, she offered a defensive explanation regarding her absence and her colleagues' engagement with other customers. A simple 'sorry for the hold-up' or even a polite smile was conspicuously absent. Her demeanor, unfortunately, mirrored that of her colleagues, collectively devaluing my presence as a customer.

Given this thoroughly disheartening encounter, I can unequivocally state that I will not be returning to this store. The evident disregard for customer experience is truly remarkable
