Fast delivery of VERY POOR QUALITY products Once they fail which they will customer service and warranty lodging as disgraceful. Slow and ignore requests for refunds and just make customers wait and wait and wait. Just spend the extra money and get a branded product that will be better and will offer better service if something goes wrong. You get what you pay for - cheap…..!

Ordering from Edisons was simple & easy! With the sign up voucher, I was able to save more money on an already discounted Unimac Vacuum cleaner! Shipping was incredibly fast with tracking & arrived earlier than expected even around the peak Christmas season! Quality products at better prices than any retailer, I will be purchasing more from Edisons in the near future! Show reply

I have been ordering from Edisons for 4 years so far buying many items without incident. I ordered a toolbox that arrived badly damaged obviously from rough courier treatment. I contacted Edisons Support and after reviewing the photos and talking over email they agreed to supply a replacement toolbox. I was very happy that they stood behind their customer service guarantee and will continue being a happy customer due to this interaction. Show reply

This Trex jockey wheel is a well built fantastic product. Plenty of grunt to move my 1.2T camper trailer. OFI - it'd be great if it came with a steel plate pre drilled to use with the two bolts that go through the draw arm for more strength. Show reply

Absolute joke. As to the previous review given on the Baumr Ag 24" ride on mower. Edisons have now requested me to take the machine to a repair shop for an "unpaid quote". How is this possible when the machine needs to be dismantled to find the problem? Edisons have not accepted any responsibility for warranty and now have requested that I take… Read more

the mower to a repair shop, have it repaired, pay for the repairs and send them the receipt so that they may give a "partial refund". There have been 89 emails to Edisons since 7/10/2025 trying to keep the machine operational (it had been used for about 20 hours) and still no responsibility taken by them. Hi [Name Removed], thank you for your response. I respectfully disagree with your statements regarding your assessment and warranty procedure. All of the faults that had occurred were initially assessed as "normal wear and tear" even though it was impossible for me to bend the brake lock without dismantling the machine, damage the catcher safety switch (switch seized and failed), physically detached the steering wheel grip from the wheel, broken the chute rubbers (when they had only been fitted on original assembly) - etc. Had there been any competent assessment, it is highly probable that his would have been solved prior to the situation that we are in now. Also, I had complied with ALL OF THE REQUESTS FROM EDISONS/BAUMR AG to resolve the problems without escalating any costs to you to do so. This is NOT NORMAL PRACTICE for a customer to be required to do this. Your company had made a "FINAL NON-NEGOTIABLE OFFER" for me to dismantle, pack and ship the mower to Sydney (which I rejected due to the time, cost involved to me, not being able to have access to the mower, and having to wait for the "ASSESSMENT AND REFUND" based on your opinion. AFTER NO RESPONSE WAS RECEIVED FOR SEVERAL DAYS, I made the decision to make the mower usable and arranged for repairs and modifications (because it was more cost effective and less time consuming for me) - I would consider this action fair and acceptable due to the lack of response and my requirement to have the machine working. ONLY AFTER I HAD ALREADY ARRANGED THE REPAIRS (around 5 days later), you then made another "FINAL OFFER". Was this a "FINAL NON-NEGOTIABLE OFFER"? You have now attempted to push the issues/responsibility back on me. Initially, if there was a diligent effort made by Edisons/Baumr Ag, the issues would have been resolved months ago, and this situation would not have arisen.

I purchased an online Plant Craft Shed from Edison. Upon opening it, I discovered that the shed was delivered by Mytopia. parts, including the crousel component, which is not clearly illustrated. The roller parts for the sliding door, are made out of soft plastic and totally not suitable to have the doors sliding on them , I had to purchase some other rollers and modify it so it works. The manual is also blurry, making it difficult to follow the assembly instructions. Furthermore, Edison/Mytopia does not have a customer support team that can be contacted via phone. The provided phone numbers only connect to an answering machine. This lack of support is frustrating, as it makes it difficult to resolve issues. The incomplete instruction manual significantly complicates the assembly process, making it almost impossible to complete the shed without professional assistance. I cannot recommend this product from Edison. They are selling a product that is that bad designed and not functional as they suggest, very bad designed. See the video on who the sliding doors work when installed. The supplied rollers which the doors roll on is made of soft plastic and does not glide inside the rail absolute pure engineering! What a waste of Money and the support does to seem to have no clue either, Terrible customer service.

On Sunday I placed an order for an item I needed urgently & paid for delivery between 1-5pm yesterday. STILL says pending shipping & no change to tracking. Both yesterday & today I sent screenshots documenting all available info. This morning at 9am I got an email saying the matter had been passed to logistlics & they'd keep me informed. At 2.55pm I've heard nothing & they close at 3pm. I followed up with Startrack myself & they confirmed they DO NOT have package. This issue could easily have been resolved by sending a new item instead of making me wait indefinitely for them to find a lost pkg. I need this item URGENTLY yet 24 hours after delivery was due nothing has changed. No action, no contact, no explanation. This fiasco has fruitlessy wasted 24 hours of my time & caused me an extreme amount of unnecessary distress so if you expect efficient processing, delivery within a charged timeframe or a decent standard of Customer Service I do not recommend purchasing from Edisons.

decided to write this. the mower I purchased is {MOWSFPBMRA203} and within 6 months developed fuel leaks on the hose due to cracks. Being under warranty I was sent a replacement which again lasted under 6 months with the same issues. manage to source a proper fuel competitive hose that fixed that. Now within 3 years the self-propelling system stopped working due to wear and tear within the gearbox system. Enquired about replacement part and informed that it is nil stock. Very disappointed with the whole experience as I now have a mower i can't use. looks like i am up for a new mower. Previous mowers of other brands lasted 10-15 years with no issues.

Follow-up  · Unfortunately no success and resorted to using a borrowed mower and still very disappointed.

I have a range of battery powered garden equipment for domestic use and both battery chargers failed within 2 weeks of each other. One was 3 years and other 2 years old. consumable parts such as batteries, tyres, belts, brushes, and similar components are not covered under warranty unless they are faulty straight out of the box" and directed me to their website to purchase one - that ironically does come with a 12 month warranty "In addition to your statutory rights, Edisons offers a 12 month warranty on all products used for private household use from the date of purchase." Industry standards e.g. my other battery equipment -

"WARRANTY EGO WARRANTY POLICY 3 year warranty on EGO Power+ System battery packs and chargers. Please contact EGO customer service on Australia 1300 000 EGO(1300 000 346), New Zealand 0508 000 EGO (0508 000 346) any time you have questions or warranty claims. SERVICE WARRANTY FOR THREE YEARS from the date of original retail purchase, the EGO Power+ System Battery Pack and Charger are warranted against defects in material or workmanship. Defective product will receive free repair."

The tools and batteries Edisons sell are of good quality and function well in a domestic setting, but their "Sync Series" battery chargers are a threat to your home and potentially your life.

I’ve purchased from Edisons several times previously and those transactions were trouble-free, with the understanding that these are budget tools sold at very competitive prices. That trade-off was acceptable — until this experience. I ordered a BAUMR-AG 1500W Pro-Grade Electric Rotary Jackhammer Hammer Drill over a month ago based on the… Read more

advertised description and imagery, which implied genuine multi-use capability. The item supplied is labelled and documented by the manufacturer as an Electric Demolition Jackhammer. While it may be usable for that role (I have yet to put it to use due to the discrepancy and the time taken attempting to resolve it), it does not align with how the product was presented at the point of sale. The advertised accessories were included; however, the advertised carry case was not the case supplied, further diverging from the listing. This is not the core issue, but it was cumulative. More disappointing than the product mismatch has been the after-sales response. Despite providing clear, documented evidence of the discrepancy, the correspondence was slow, generic, and circular, and the issue has not yet been meaningfully resolved. Over time, this created the impression that problem-solving responsibility rests primarily with the customer rather than being actively shared by and resolved with the seller. I no longer expect to return the tool. While its jackhammer role may still be required in the future, the experience has diminished my confidence in pursuing further resolution directly with the seller. As the product did not align with the advertised role, the cost of express delivery was effectively wasted, and I was required to purchase a separate, fit-for-purpose tool to fulfil the other advertised function. Edisons openly references having a dedicated social media / reputation management function, which suggests a stronger focus on managing perception than on resolving customer issues when something goes wrong. In that context, it’s also notable that many Trustpilot reviews appear to be unverified — understandable, as I’m likewise not inclined to provide identity documents simply to validate a review. My experience is that Edisons can be fine when everything goes smoothly, but when a product doesn’t match how it’s advertised, resolution, accountability, and customer care fall short. That’s something prospective buyers should factor into their decision-making

UPDATE (24 Feb 26): Following ProductReview mediation, Edisons has processed a partial refund, which I’ve now received. I accepted this as a goodwill outcome and have retained the tool for its demolition capability, as outlined in my original review. Progress was only achieved once mediation commenced, after an extended period of circular correspondence despite documented evidence being provided. This update reflects that a resolution has been reached; the substance of my original review remains relevant context for prospective buyers

I thought Edisons.com.au was legit, but it certainly doesn't seem that way especially when they do not allow negative/truthful reviews on their website. job done. In the time of owning it I would have used it about 5 times around the house. In the last time of using it, it just stopped working. It happened to be a broken piston rod, which is unusual so I tried to order the part through Edisons. Even though the unit was out of warranty, Edisons were going to order the part for free, because it shouldn't have broken. I subsequently cancelled the order due to the piston rod causing more damage than I originally thought and wanting to do the right thing.

While I appreciated the effort from Edisons, I still had a broken pressure washer for which I had paid $450 and only used 5 times. A whopping $90 for each time I used it. These things happen. What I will not tolerate is when I leave a review on Edisons website, to warn others, and they will not publish my review and seemingly want to only accept 5 star reviews. Disgusting!

So I will preface this with the good points. Ordering and shipping is pretty good, fast and hassle free. The issue is one of quality and value, especially their obvious fake "RRP Price" they seem to pluck out of thin air. They also do not post ANY negative review to their products from what I see and my submitted review was never posted to the… Read more

product page so that is always a red flag.

I purchased a simple garden shed, 2m x 2.5m and I already own a similar one I got from Stratco which is decent and sturdy, the one I ordered from Edisons is comparable to a tin can box and is the thinnest, flimsiest construction I have even put together, with 100% seriousness, a cardboard box is sturdier and more stable than this flimsy cheap chinese POS. It is just all screws and small bolts, material that is actually thinner than a soda can and a reliance purely on the metal forming and fact it makes a box to hold it together. I was actually shocked at just how terribly thin and poor quality this product is

The RRP suggests $699 while the cost of purchase was $520 but I would say this would be a TEMU shed with an actual value of maybe $100 at the most. Now I was also in the market for a portable washer, log splitter and portable evap unit which I was keen to purchase from these guys however I have now decided to never use them again due to the poor quality of this shed. If it was $300 then I could understand but I feel this is purely a design to see how absolutely cheap it can be made while still barely forming a workable solution. For comparison, Stratco sell a similar shed that is FAR better quality, has material easily 10x sturdier and doesn't use plastic cheap parts to fix things together and is $720 so the claim this is an RRP of $699 is laughable!

Just be prepared for the product you receive to be as cheaply made to barely fit the application enough. Issue is I am sure if I bothered to complain I would have to send this back at my own cost. I will simply take my future business needs elsewhere for future. Be warned, this is just a hardware version of TEMU.
