The person I spoke to on the phone was polite and professional and actioned my request immediately. I was told that roadside assistance would be arriving in 60-90 minutes, and they arrived in 10, identified the issue immediately, fixed it with no hesitation and left me with a fully functional care again. [Content Removed] staff left me hanging – Very rude when asked for help and stopped answering the phone. [Name Removed] is the most [Content Removed] person I have ever come across. While I was begging for help and wanted to stay safe, he rather got very angry. I would never recommend their service.

Did not send anyone to diagnose the problem - just booked a tow truck. Then I had to pay for another one – I had the misfortune to have to call this service after five years of paying for it. auto electrician, I had to pay for it to be towed again, because they only pay for one tow. If they'd sent someone, or simply asked me to pop the hood and send a photo, this extra cost and delay could have been avoided. I don't need a call centre for a tow truck company - I need roadside assistance, and that's what I thought I was paying for - since the company is called 'National Roadside Assistance.'

Terrible Service – Request roadside assistance to change my flat tyre. I was told wait time is up to 2 hrs. Happy to wait as my car is at home and I have my mates car to do some errands. 2 hour later received a call from person attending the site that he will be there in some time. 4 hours of wait no one showed up. Quick response – Had an engine starting problem and needed to get to an appointment. Rang and with appropriate questions asked by operator was determined new battery would be required.
