anyone, and would encourage them to talk to Mortgage House should they have difficulty obtaining a bank loan. The difference between Mortgage House and the banks is I found Mortgage House went out their way to find a way to meet my requirements when my circumstance did not fit their rigid criteria, even though there was ample equity to cover the full repayment of the loan. They are not the cheapest, which in itself is not a major issue, but they are an immovable rock completely unable to think outside their very tiny little box. Glad we never moved personal banking to them. Avoid them, there are more flexible and cheaper lenders out there! Show details

they say it’s up for management review. If there is a chance you going to move into your investment property I’d suggest you avoid Mortgage House! They are not a bank but seem to be able to determine your interest rate at their discretion. We are not having much luck at the moment.

Terrible experience. When we had so many interest rate hikes Mortgage House did not do anything to help. Removed] and [Name Removed] tell me I need to contact their solicitor to organise the settlement. I explained this is not something I do and they have Macquarie banks details. After getting nowhere with [Name Removed] but constant delays I ask to speak with the manager being [Name Removed]. She then continued the lie.
