Very disappointing and concerning experience. From the very beginning, the broker appeared to know that my current mortgage rate was already better than what the market could offer. This made the entire conversation feel unnecessary and uncomfortable. It raises serious questions about why so much sensitive personal data was required when the outcome seemed clear from the start. I left feeling that my time was wasted and genuinely concerned about how my information is stored and whether it may be shared with third parties.

Based on this experience, I find it hard to trust the overwhelmingly positive reviews here. The process felt inefficient and poorly managed, and overall the system at Aussie Home Loans seems broken. I would be very cautious before sharing personal or financial information.

Would not recommend as a home loan provider. I had a conversation with the first individual on the phone who was easy to understand, communicate, and develop rapport with myself; this is true customer service. and caused significant difficulties to hear and comprehend him. I could understand that he was getting annoyed with repeating himself and I felt the exact same way. I think the first step is to please improve your technology, so it is easier for consumers to understand what is being said and how to appropriately respond.

2. I have had an experience with another broker which was much easier and better discussion about rates, costs, and expenses. This personally felt like a job interview with no substance or support. Very much unsatisfied with the experience and how things transpired. I would highly recommend that an improvement in customer functioning skills is needed for all staff.

With combination of these two factors, I was unable to obtain a projected quote from Aussie Homeloans due to the concerns. I very much recommend the development of technology (communication) and customer service skills to be improved.

I wish good luck in the future, and I hope you can take this information into account.
