calls on my phone, which logs all calls. If you're going to be away or out of office, I would expect someone else in the team to be provided the account to move forward with. Instead, I received LONG delays (2 weeks), excuses, and in the end I was never provided the loan details I was told I qualified for. I looked into it, and it looks like their advice was wrong, the loan they put forward was not eligible for due to some of the criteria. So - not a good thing to say about the experience. When I was called back later to ask about their service, the woman who took the call did not seem to intend to do anything about my feedback.

Do NOT give them your phone number. They ask for it under false pretences “to secure your account” (even when you’re making a simple enquiry about loan rates). Then they call you 3 minutes later! Not good enough! Misuse of private data.

Don't waste your time, they'll never approve you for a loan. They will ask for your personal information over and over again. As they sell your information to scammers. NOTHING BUT A JOKE!!! Great job ripping off people that are already down, you pathetic degenerates. Show details
