Lendi, by way of Aussie Home Loans and their Moonah Tasmania Branch have acted in an unethical and illegal manner. They have taken our signatures twice and applied them, fraudulently to payment authority forms in order to facilitate draw downs on our construction loan. left undone, before the builder became insolvent in 2024. Lendi have been entirely unhelpful and have refused to accept responsibility for their illegal actions. We have been left in a terrible situiaton that we cannot resolve. I would never recommend them again.
