BMW discovered a water leak on my coolant pump and so called I Integrity. The lady I spoke to was super friendly and confirmed it should be covered. She sent me a link to provide the required paperwork, which I submitted on a Thursday. By the following Wednesday that car was repaired. Very impressed with the friendly staff and super quick claim time. Show details · 1

I’m currently dealing with this company and it’s been incredibly stressful to say the least. They use all the Integrity Car Care branding and logos in their emails, but then claim they are just 'administrating' the warranty and aren't under AFCA jurisdiction—even though they share the same Director and the same postal address. They’ve refused to… Read more
cover parts that are explicitly listed as covered in my PDS. When I challenged this, I was basically told I had to explain to them why they should be covered. To make it worse, they bypassed me completely after one 'ring and hang up' phone call at the very end of the day, then went straight to the mechanic with a low-ball offer without ever giving me a written breakdown of what was denied or why. Three days into an 'internal investigation' and I still haven't received a single clear answer from their claims team. I’d strongly suggest avoiding this company and finding someone more reputable. I definitely won’t be using them again

Integrity was absolutely amazing, they were more than happy to answer any questions, had approved my warranty and called me within half an hour after being told that the mechanic had sent off the paperwork. They understood my frustration and tried to help anyway possible. Show details · 1

The Integrity 'Reliance' warranty came with a used car purchase, as arranged by the dealer. Not too many vehicle components are covered in this basic policy, and it was only for 6 months. Car has had multiple issues (it was very cheap, so not surprising), and I was not covered for the radiator, thermostat, and oil filter housing/PCV valve that… Read more · 1
needed replacing. However, I was covered for the water pump (see image) that was leaking coolant. Integrity were actually decent people to interact with. First rejection was disappointing, but that was clear under the policy. For the water pump, Integrity approved the mobile mechanic I used, and let me know what evidence my mechanic needed to send to them. Claim was approved in about 1 business day. Integrity paid $1000 towards the repairs, and I paid the balance. So although the policy is very limited, I can't fault their customer service. Just be careful to read the fine print of the warranty - for example, it says the car needs to be serviced every 6 months (?) despite the regular service intervals being 12 months. They also expect you to send a record of every service to them.
I had a brake fault on my dash come up and rang intergrity and they were quick hooking me up with a repairer. Mercedes of course wasn't cheap to fix but intergrity covered the cost. Excellent customer service from intergrity. Show details · 1

Poor customer service they leave everything up to you and get off on delaying your warranty payment. They do not bother to communicate with the mechanic at all and warranty is capped at $1000 which basically doesn’t pay for any major mechanical repairs not even 50% of mine just a few days after purchase they’re an absolute disgrace it’s lunch time… Read more

I purchased an Integrity car warranty through Scarboro Toyota when I bought my Mercedes A45 AMG, based on assurances from the dealership’s insurance representative that major components like the gearbox would be fully covered and replaced with genuine parts if they ever failed. On that basis, I later purchased a second Integrity warranty for… Read more
another vehicle (an Audi SQ5) from an interstate dealer.
Unfortunately, my experience with Integrity has been extremely disappointing.
When the Audi SQ5 arrived, it had immediate mechanical issues (milky oil and oil in coolant), despite the dealer advertising that their vehicles undergo a 100-point comprehensive check. I also had written confirmation from the dealer stating the warranty covered “everything except tyres, batteries, light globes, scratches and servicing.” However, when I submitted a claim, Integrity declined it.
Integrity’s preferred mechanic quoted around $3,000 for work they said was not covered by the warranty, the workshop didn’t give me confidence that it was equipped for the level of repair needed. I paid for an independent assessment myself (around $1,000) with a European specialist mechanic and received a detailed quote of roughly $6,000. This was also declined by Integrity on the basis that the items were “not covered under their policy.”
The SQ5 ultimately wasn’t fit for purpose, and I had no choice but to trade it in at a significant financial loss.
Around the same time, my A45 AMG began developing unusual gearbox noises. After joining a Facebook group dedicated to sharing customer experiences with Integrity warranty claims, I became concerned and chose to sell the A45 as well to avoid potential further financial loss.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Integrity car warranty. Both vehicles ended up costing me far more than expected. From what I’ve been through, I would not choose this warranty again even though they ended up refunding $750 for the Audi SQ5 and failed to refund the warranty on the Mercedes A45 AMG.

insurance. Called the hotline and service staff wasn’t too friendly. Gave us a mechanic within 20km but not a good one. Replaced the compressor (insurance only paid for a 2nd hand one and labour). Paid for re-gas $220 and less than 48hours, aircon stopped working again. Went down to mechanic and he mentioned condenser broke. Again a bad feeling! Looks like the insurer does not vet their mechanic. Apparently this one is not honest. Leave us wondering if the compressor was really broken!!!
We called after the Xmas break and got a friendlier service staff. She gave me 3 mechanics though 25km away. After some reviews research, we went for one. Felt better this time with this one at Clayton south. Still in progress as issue not fixed yet. But repair for my radiator (cheapest!!! From insurer) was approved within a week. Reasonable insurer but would think they need to really do routine checks on their mechanic as some of them are just ripping us off and wasting the car owners time.
Follow-up · Still 3 star as not totally satisfied! It’s been 3 weeks. Have to pay for the aircon pipe which is over $1,000. Not sure how the previous mechanic managed to top up gas with broken pipe. you’re supposed to do—keep your logbook up to date, retain your receipts, and complete the required inspections—they absolutely look after you.
I paid around $1,800 for the 5-year warranty, and they have already paid out more than four times that amount in repair assistance. Hopefully I won’t need to use them again and can enjoy trouble-free motoring, but it’s extremely reassuring to know that if you do the right thing, they genuinely stand by their guarantee and help cover repair costs.
In the past, extended warranties often weren’t worth the money. However, these days, with the right company, you’d be silly not to consider one—especially for a car like my i30 N, where parts are very expensive. It’s reassuring to have coverage after the manufacturer’s warranty has ended.
Thank you.

I wasn't really expecting much from this warranty. I paid an extra $500 for it when I bought my car 3 years ago and then forgot about it. Claim for broken Turbo pipe on a Renault Megane RS275, was denied as according to Integrity Extended Warranty Services, it: 1. Is a serviceable itmem, and 2. It's not a mechanical item, (even though it serves a mechanical function) Initially, the excuse they provided was that the turbo pipe is deemed to be a serviceable item under the "Vehicle… Read more
Maintenance" exclusions section of their policy document that covers items such as brakes, spark plugs, belts, filters and hoses etc. However, when I indicated that Renault do not consider a turbo pipe to be a serviceable item that requires replacing at certain intervals, they backtracked and advised that the warranty covers mechanical and/or electrical breakdown and that a cracked turbo pipe does not serve a mehanical function as it doesn't have any moving mechanical parts to it and that no electrical current runs through it either. However according to the definitions in their own policy, they state that:
"Mechanical Breakdown.... means the failure of the Components and Parts causing sudden stoppage of their function necessitating repair or replacement and arising from defects in material and/or workmanship of the Components and Parts".
A quick google search of a turbo hose revealed that: "A turbo hose is considered a critical mechanical component within an automotive or industrial forced-induction system. While it is often made of flexible materials like silicone or reinforced rubber, it performs a mechanical function by transporting high-pressure, high-temperature air between the turbocharger, intercooler, and engine intake".
Furthermore, Intetgrity Warranty would cover a radiatior, even though according to their reasoning, a radiator would not be deemed to be a mechanical component as it does not have moving parts or an electrical current running through it, even though any mechanic would tell you that it is classified as a mechanical component.
In conclusion, this unscrupulous mob will use any trick in the book to find reasons to deny a claim, and in the instances where they do approve a claim, they insist on second-hand/used parts to be fiited to the vehicle even though there is nothing in the terms and conditions that states that used parts must be used.

excluded as per the contract. No response. I filed as dispute as per their dispute policy. No response. I have filed a complaint against the dealer for selling a product that is not fit for purpose. I'm doing the review now so people don't fall for it. Here is where it has failed significantly: 1) "Your claim will be assessed by Integrity within 4 hours of receiving all the required information" - took 3 weeks and my constant chasing. 2) "Up to the Market Value of the Vehicle per claim" - Not true - less than 30% approved. 3) File a complaint - "you will hear from Integrity’s Internal Disputes Officer within 20 business days of making your complaint". Not true - Never respond. Their contract means nothing. They sell it so you have "peace of mind". This has been nothing but stress and to think I dropped $10,000 for this headache. Really do your research before parting with your money.
