short period of time I was fully expecting some push back, which to be honest I would accepted without too much fuss. Much to my suprise, I received immediate approval for the car to get checked out and within a few hours of getting the diagnosis from my service centre, approval for the full cost of the repair.
For the three claims I've had on a vehicle where parts difficult and costly to get, AWN has been incredible. Super fast with their responses and when I've raised an issue, they're really fast to get things sorted out. I would 100% purchase another warranty through them for future vehicle purchases.

The AC Compressor in our 2019 Santa Fe stopped working. It was about $2300 I didn't have to spend out of pocket! When you buy a $35,000 car the last thing I wanted to think about was spending more cash and with AWN I really didn't have to!

Not long after, we received confirmation that the repairs had been approved, which was a huge relief. The communication and support throughout the process were excellent.

pick it up. To my utter surprise, I hear a loud knocking noise from the engine when I turned the ignition on. The Service station then replaced the the engine mount assembly the following week but it did not resolve the knocking noise. They subsequently recommended replacement of the transmission mount to address the knocking noise and charged me for diagnosis as engine mount and transmission mounts were not covered under the AWN plan. I reported this to AWN and complained against the dealer that poor workmanship by their service station had caused me unnecessary trouble. AWN advised me that the dealer was correct as these parts are not covered under the plan but decided to reimburse replacement of transmission mount by another Auto service station. AWN staff had been really helpful to me in this saga and quite prompt in their responses and reimbursement

I’d like to say I was disappointed, finding out almost all of it was outside the warranty plan definitely made me sigh in the way only a car owner can. But Jamie — now, Jamie was a game changer. She could’ve easily just handed me the bad news and left me to stew in it, but instead, she went above and beyond. Not only did she help me navigate the maze of approvals for a brand-new condenser unit (and as we all know, we need that in Sydney for the upcoming summer — hello, heatwaves!), but she even managed to snag me $500 off the total repair bill! That’s right, folks — $500 less for Kris to keep her cool, literally. To sum it up, while I was initially disappointed to hear that my warranty didn’t cover most of the repairs, Jamie made the experience feel like a breeze. (Okay, one more pun. Promise.) Her customer service was top-notch, and she turned what could’ve been a miserable situation into a manageable one. Would I recommend AWN for roadside assistance? Absolutely. Claims team contacted me in record time to confirm details of incident prior to claim and after assessment from Ducati. There are implied costs when repairing engine components like oil and coolant which were mot cocered and at my expense. Absolute scam. Do not even think about buying this product. Be warned — when something goes wrong, they’ll do everything they can to wriggle out of responsibility. My 5-year-old Mercedes suddenly developed a coolant system fault that caused a burnt cylinder — all in a single moment. They flat-out denied the claim without even asking for any… Read more
