year, and OK with heating down to the -8 degrees we've seen (although it had to turn off for up to perhaps 20% of the time to defrost the outside unit). The unit has weekly timer control as well as daily, but it is clunky and tricky to set, and needs resetting whenever there is a power failure. HOWEVER it failed after 5 years and 10 months with a seized compressor. The repair cost was about the same as buying a new one, and the warranty service was unable to offer any support as it was beyond the 5 year warranty. Using a moderator service did not produce any change, so it was a waste of my time. To me, such a major equipment failure after such a short time is poor, makes the value for money really bad, and not what a reasonable person would expect. These are why I have given it a low rating - essentially, the company is not prepared to stand behind its product once the 5 year warranty has expired, when you are on your own.

options around, and the Optimum was the only one at the same price, however after receiving it, the parts and construction are very light, everything is plastic except for the jug, in fact it's so light it needs suction cups to hold it on the kitchen bench. Performance was really no different to the Magimix, even though it carries a much higher wattage motor. And after trying it a couple of times, I was convinced this thing was not going to go the distance (flimsy plastic clipping mechanism to lock in the jug, these are prone to breaking over time). There's a 10 year warranty you can purchase for an additional $110 (Magimix has 30 years included), but that would have made it much more expensive. So ended up buying a new Magimix instead.

I went through the warranty and they sent someone out (who used to work for Mitsubishi and has since started up his on aircon repair business) who couldn't see the problem to start, then saw one small bit of mould and said "ah, that'll do it". He did say it was a bit odd that mould is only in the one area (also this machine is regularly cleaned like all our others) and he basically blamed the sparky for not filling in the wall cavity and that's how the moisture/mould is getting in and what has caused a piece to break?

I have never known mould (which every machine accumulates in QLD regardless how much you clean it) to break a piece inside the machine before. So, I had to pay the call out fee. Now for him to replace the part, ANOTHER call out fee would have to be paid and the labour/parts.

Anyway, its left a sour taste in my mouth and won't be purchasing another Mitsubishi aircon unit again.

We purchased our house in 2023 with a Daikin unit in the living area that must have been cleaned for id say 10 years and that works perfectly, even more so when we had it deep cleaned. Disappointed that a unit so new has developed a broken part due to apparently one spot of mould...

Honestly sounded like the guy just wanted money for his newly started business... never again.

multiple uses every single week, it helps me immensely in chopping, salad making and dough making. I am so glad it has quiet technology which saves me from having to remove children from open kitchen space… something I value the most above all other features. Lastly, I have recently started buying products consciously so I am glad this product is made toxins free. This only downside I can think of is blending feature doesn’t work well on small quantity of food for baby meals.

processing, but as I’ve previously posted the heating feature doesn’t work at all. For anyone interested it appears to be heating on the screen but zero heat is created and no errors. (multiple tests and all trouble shooting done.)

It’s not in demo mode we’ve double checked everything zero heat.

Extremely disappointing to have no meaningful response six days later. This is an expensive appliance that is essentially non-functional on arrival.

Getting rid of the phone line and being this slow on email is appalling customer service. I sincerely regret making this recommendation.

14.3.26 still nothing. The product was sold and delivered by Magimix. There is absolutely no reason even if some states had a long weekend for the delay or to be so slow for a brand-new item at this price point.

This is not a reasonable timeframe for resolution as you are required to provide under the consumer laws of Australia.

Magimix claim they have streamlined customer service by removing the phone line it’s the absolute total opposite.

The functionality is excellent. The service is appalling and on that basis I will never be recommending you again. I look forward to an explanation and a swift response. I will be sure to post here and elsewhere the outcome.

Other Facebook group members (dedicated to the MM CE) are experiencing issues with service and extortionate diagnosis fees if they even get a reply.

As I was unable to fix it, the extremely helpful people at MOD (Sally in particular) helped arrange for the return and fixing of this juicer. Unbelievable customer service that you don't see these days. So grateful! Although in the meantime I bought another well-known brand juicer for the interim and saw how economical it was to use the MOD Juicer! So much waste in the cheaper option. I was already thinking about getting the TM7 but the price, the plastic accessories, size of the bowl, the additional accessories that I needed to get just to be able to use it how I wanted was hard to take the plunge - until I found the ThermoCook. people (presumably paid for their posts) are raving about it. DON'T FALL FOR THE HYPE.

Reasons not to buy: * this vacuum is LOUD. It's much louder than the previous vacuum and the sound is so annoying, it's horrible. * Charging is unreliable. Hit and miss and doesn't last as long as you'd think so you stop what you're doing and put it on to charge again. * Suction sucks. In fact if it sucked up dust etc as much as it sucks (cr#p), we'd be laughing. But it doesn't, so it sucks in a bad way. * OVERPRICED AT HALF THE PRICE. We paid more than you'd pay with the 50% off sale. But if you buy it, you'll still go, WHAT THE, THEY CALL THIS A DYSON.

It acts like a KMART ripoff but with the Dyson price tag. In fact it's so bad, I just bought the aldi stick vacuum so I had something to work when the Dyson is charging. Guess what? THE ALDI STICK IS BETTER. YOU MIGHT STILL GET ONE so save yourself $300-750 and the ALDI stick vacuum. It has a light too.

high humidity area in Aus. Easily lowers humidity from 80 plus down to 45% in large rooms....down to 30% (lowest) in smaller rooms. Turns out it’s called a blender. Apparently it's not for storing office supplies?? It's for turning solid things into snack soup. Which is honestly insane if you think about it. I’ve since blended: • Ice (it yelled) • A shoe (not recommended) • Some strawberries (very good) • A spoon (it lost) Also, I forgot to put the lid on once and it decorated my entire kitchen in blueberry.
