Initially I was going for an 8 series however appliances online kept delaying and extending delivery times "due to supplier" so I opted for a local store which had the 6 in stock as I couldn't keep waiting. There were a few benefits of the 8 series I would've preferred but figured I'd get away with out them. ( I think it had drying assist and automatically opened after a cycle) The 6 series is adequate, one of the selling points for me was the warranty and quality which so far has been great, hopefully it stands the test of time. In terms of cleaning it's nothing to rave about, a standard auto wash goes alright, quick 1 hour does the job for essentially clean plates but nothing more, The heavy/soiled wash modes are abit underwhelming, I've had lightly and heavily soiled plates and pans go in to the wash for 2.5 to 3 hours and still come out with food and debris stuck on them regardless of what cleaning agents I use. I over looked the necessity of a finishing tone which I regret aha, I often forget I had a load on and when I come back to it hours later I've got wet dishes unless I use rinse aid which smells horrible and chemical, so I need to rely on myself opening the door to get them to dry best. Also something I overlooked at the time but didn't consider to much is the option to pause the cycle, if I add items as the cycle is going it often sprays water out, it's a minor issue but would certainly be beneficial and something is expect when paying as much for this. Prior to this I had a 10 year old fisher and paykel double draw dishwasher which in all honesty was better, even the quick 1 hour cycle I used religiously was more efficient than the auto wash cycle on the bosch. I thought with the Bosch being newer and high end I'd get a better result which is not the case, if I had my time again I'd opt for something else. Likely the F&P however reliability was a bit more hit and miss with them, As long as this Bosch dishwasher lasts me 10 years with out falling apart I'll be happy enough. However I wouldn't flat out recommend this model for cleaning and quality.

years, and closer to 15 -20 years might be a reasonable expectation. Great. First and foremost we were after a durable appliance. We used the dishwasher sparingly but after 6 years experienced an F51 fault. On inspection the heater relay was found faulty and replaced with further faults indicating either a PCB or wash motor replacement or both needed. Hefty repair costs meant new replacement. Disappointed that the washer died after what would be 1/3 of its expected life.

What a horrid design, I inherited this dishwasher in the place I moved into but the Series 6 which I had at my old place was a different layout and never had this problem. after 4 years, service claims it needs both drain hose and inlet hose replaced (my plumber had previously assessed it and said only drain hose was the issue). Service quotes repair costs of around 50% of machine value and refuses to install it (i.e. plug it back in and put the hose back) after repairs claiming that is a separate service. I would never buy a product from this brand again. Both the build quality of their product and support provided has been miserable. Machine will now sadly go into land fill as I will replace with another brand.

settings. Yes maybe, if they’re doll sized. For adult sized china settings, on the left side you can load saucers or you can load cups but not both unless you’re happy to split the row into half cups and half saucers. Definitely not 14 of each. On the right side glasses need to be fairly short because if they’re taller tumblers or wine glasses, they will tip over. So on the right side, again you can load either saucers or glassware but not both, and there’s a 3” aisle between the rows where you could load long handled utensils but nothing else. Just not a good use of space.

plates and medium sized pots and pans. Cleans well, even when mixing e.g. glasses with saucepans, although I do use the heavy setting most times. Flexible enough internal configuration, and not too fussy about stacking methods - things get clean even when not stacked perfectly. Mine's set just under the counter, and it's easy to stack without bending down to far. I scrape off left over food, but don't pre-rinse my dishes. No clogs yet. Fairly quiet to run. Cons: be careful when stacking that nothing pokes down beneath the stacking rack, as it's easy to block the spinning spray arms that way. That means watching where you put e.g. Tupperware lids, as they can move during washing. The soap tablet dispenser has been shaped to only take proprietary tablets and won't fit any others. You can put any tablet or pod in the cutlery basket instead though. Takes a long time to wash on the heavy setting, but that's the nature of it: with dishwashers you can either save water, or save time, but not both. F&P opted for water efficiency.

like washing machine and there is no tap adaptor or anything. Unfortunately I live in government housing and in apartment and they said they will make a hole into kitchen bench I refuse no way. This why I bought linarie benchtop dishwasher which I love it I love omega too but it’s useless if you can’t connect it to the tap so I am returning it back I love omega benchtop . I wish they make it two option and make it useable like linarie benchtop dishwasher like people who Has no hose connection they can filled water manually like linarie and Medea benchtop dishwasher where you don’t need tap connections. This why it’s called benchtop. The day they make it two option honestly I will buy it in a heartbeat even if cost me $1000. I am today very sad the Harvey Norman guys going to take away my omega benchtop dishwasher and I am Getting refund. I love it so much because I had this ten years ago. I request omega please make your benchtop dishwasher by have two options one hose which connects to the tap and one of people have problem with water inlet hose connection they should put water manually and they should put little screen with a timer and which shows that if people choose to put water manually at least the dishwasher says it’s full like linarie. I love my linarie dishwasher. I hope omega think about it not everyone owns the house not everyone can find tap connections it’s better one fill the water themself into dishwasher it’s not need hard though. So please dear omega think about what I said if you want people to buy your product. Also if you decide to make it so people put manually please make it like little tray where you pull the tray like linarie benchtop dishwasher and fill the water manually in the bottom not on the top because a lot of people have arthritic . I hope you consider my request as soon you make this change I will get omega benchtop dishwasher .

years and have always loved them, so I replaced my last one with another Bosch - big mistake! I want my old dishwasher back. Here are the problems: 1. You practically have to break your finger to push the button hard enough for it to register that it’s been pressed, as the buttons do not depress they’re just meant to be touch sensitive. 2. The new cutlery drawer is useless but luckily you can remove it and throw it away. The problem is that if you use the cutlery drawer there’s not enough room on the regular top row for tall glasses or drink bottles. 3. The sections in the cutlery basket are much smaller because they have to go over the prongs as there’s no dedicated cutlery basket area any more, so the walls in the cutlery basket are so wide the pockets that the cutlery sits in are much smaller, for example, I can’t fit the immersion blender bottom in the cutlery basket any more. 4. The dishes seem to come out much wetter than my old machine, even after selecting the “extra dry” function

unreliable piece of junk. Problem is once you have one, a single one, there is little or no option but to replace it with another one or you need to redesign your kitchen. The main problem is the lid that closes on the top of the drawer, the fundamental design is terrible with its lid actuators and lid sensors. The lid only has to be a few mm out of wack or you put something slightly too high in the drawer and bingo F51 (flood sensor call the service guy). All the electronics gets wet and corroded. Added to that it doesn't do a great job cleaning the dishes. Then there is the full size DW60FC1X1. Holy moly! How can anyone design a dishwasher in the 2020's that half the time the powder or tablet stays in the automatic dispenser! You basically can't put anything in front of the detergent dispenser or, no detergent is used for that wash! Even item stacked lower down if something blocks the water stream that sprays the dipenser tough luck no detergent that wash. If you want something decent and cheap get a Beko or spend a bit more and get a Bosch.

that happily accepts all I load into it, only chunky stuff removed, and it cleans and dries it perfectly - and on the express cycle of 24 minutes. A cuppa and I'm ready to unload and start again. Have done up to 3 refills on my big cooking days. Plus I don't hear it at all. Plus I can open the door and add extra forgotten items without it drowning me (like my old one). I like it perfectly holds my wine glass. Girl needs a tipple at the end of all that cooking. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it has enough cycles (that I'll probably never use) and a delay timer so that I can set it to start when the sun's up (I have solar). If I do have one niggle it's that the bottom tray when pulled fully out, that is fully, needs some lifting and realigning to go back in. Not a problem, really. Probably the same as all dishwashers. Oh! I forgot. My handyman had to cut out a bigger hole for the pipe thingy because it has some waterstop thingy. Boy stuff. All in all. Pretty chuffed, Bosch!

We loved our beko washing machine raved about it , so we thought we would have the same luck with this machine . I was sent a review after registering the product and no one contacted me .
I’ve purchased Beko products before and I found that there products were nice and sturdy. Unfortunately this one is not the same. I found it not to be quality. We have previously had a higher quality brand and thought that this would be an equal as it had a lot of the same features. It’s quite flimsy the drawers. I don’t think it wash cycles do a good job sometimes you have to wash them twice. I find that the screen on the front is not great not clear and the selection of the door opening is hardly worth it. This was expensive to buy at almost $1.8K but we feel that this reflects the good design and build quality. We are sure that it will last us a good time.

It deteriorated earlier this year (2025) to such an extent that the top drawer became unusable. As it was then outside the warranty period we were obliged to pay over $300 for a service technician to diagnose and replace the failed water pump. We were NOT happy given how much we paid for this appliance and that the issue started while it was within the warranty period.
F&P subsequently agreed to reimburse the cost of the part and the labour ($134) but were not willing to cover the call out fee for the service technician to diagnose and quote for the repair ($199). We have accepted this, but NOT happily.
