Terrible experience. Purchased a canopy through their website. They provided tracking on the 3rd of March stating it had been picked up from their Altona location...10 days later...and with it only having to travel 1 hour as I'm located in Ballarat it still hadn't arrived. I found their customer service to be pathetic and slow in response to my enquiries. I will not be back and will recommend others don't waste their time....

Purchased a pair of San Hima Gen1 towing mirrors for a 2009 Toyota Prado 150. Delivery was prompt. Manufacturing quality of the items was just ok. email advising of the situation but after a week, no response. What a pity they don’t advise customers that the mirrors won’t fit all models. What a pity their customer service in this instance was non existent! Never using VICOFFROAD again!

Kiwi Master floor mats for current model Ranger - great fit, much better coverage of the foot/pedal area than Ford floor mats. Delivery and service from Vic Offroad was great, no complaints at all.

Item Return – Ordered part for my 2020 Navara that did not suit. This company was great to deal with. Gave me a total refund including return postage back to them. Good service and no problems with the return process.

Exceptional customer service – Had an issue with a folding solar panel so sent an email to their customer service section , received a response within 10 minutes and after sending images received a replacement within 7 days.

First time buyer. Poor service and misleading advertisement. They didn't mention that shower tent holding latch is optional. However, its shown in the ad. It was posted to me later. It arrived after my camping trip.

currently attending to other calls ........" No matter what time of day and even after hours you get the same message. Dont bother leaving a message because they wont ring you back. Have even sent them an email to their customer service - Joke! Ive purchased 4 items from them spending over $1200. Seems they are only too willing to take your money but forget about it if something goes wrong. I've more items to buy but there's no chance I'll spend another cent with this business.

Vic offroad review of the worst customer service – Unfortunately they did not tell me the truth about sending me the wrong product. I tried to resolve the issue but they are so dishonest. The manufacture company has confirmed that they had scope to admit their deception and resolve the matter, unfortunately I ended up writing a review about my disappointment.

Vic off-road San Hima review and poor conduct – Poor after sales support. The level of service was terrible. I won't shop there again, you can't trust that you will be looked after once your payment is made, especially with San Hima brand products. Very disappointed.

continue to wait, they don’t return calls and sent an email stating delivery would be mid May, still waiting….. I wrote a review for their site, which they failed to post. So disappointed to be dealing with such an unprofessional outfit, if you read this review, spend your hard earned coin, somewhere else, this mob will only give you grief if you have any issue, so surprised they are still in business if this is how they deal with customer issues…

Very very very bad communication – Very very very bad communication.will not answer back emails. Item description was a little over the top so was disappointed in product. Emails seemed automated as had the same beginning evertime..."sorry to bother you" and my reply was never read as they were asking the same questions.. they offered a full refund and now nothing...they are ghosting me

Good service – I bought a shower tent and there was a little scratch. I just sent an email to describe the scratch. They directly gave me another one without asked me to return. That is the decent company.

Battery Failed – We tested the failed Battery at the store, they offered to have it replaced with a Lithium without any issues., that's Customer Service., about to buy another Lithium battery from them

300w solar blanket is great – 300W solar blanket was tested on a sunny day - just laying across a table, so not perfectly pointing at sun - and was giving a reading of close to 14 amps, which I am very happy with, considering it is a well-priced blanket. new light bar – there are very few products that on the market that match the advertising, this one is the exception I would say this is the new light bar that raises the bar for the other products that claim to be the best. the two best features are the slim look and the center "laser spot" that outshines everything currently on the road. well done.

Awsome solar system – Solar ,bought my set up from them ran perfect for 3 days then quit so contacted vic of road responded immediately started to sort through different ways to check finally battery appeared to be the problem all good just sent me a replacement awsome service Bob battery arrived today cheers Andy sherriff

Update – I made an inquiry about an issue I had with some lightfox lights I purchased and the customer service was not only unhelpful but also seemed amused by situation. replacements did as well leads me to believe that either the company is selling counterfeit goods or that lightfox is also a company that is not to be trusted.

Vicoffroad has since compensated me for damage to my vehicle and made a refund for the lights, they have also updated the brackets for stronger ones so they have redeemed themselves in my eyes. I also commend the fact that they listen to complaints and actually remedy them, unlike a lot of companies.

Fantastic!! This is what service should aspire too – I purchased through VicOnRoad and a LED Lamp product with a "water intrusion" issue was replaced. Rapid replacement, fantastic. The replacement had a similar issue and a credit was issued. If I need equipment, they will be supplying! Show reply

Towing mirror best prices ive found good service – Purchase the towing mirror and the h4 headlight globe and both work well and best value of money,will defeinetly recommend my friend to visit

Wiring harness – The guys were a pleasure to deal with there service was very fast with nice friendly staff very helpful. Also have a great rang of product at very cheap prices. Will be back for sure
