I took out a Novated Lease with them. After running the numbers and comparing with other providers, they are near the highest in the industry. Since they are not competitive on rates and fees, I give them a 1 star. They also charge you with high establishment fees. Once I calculated all their fees, it works out to be more than 16% in interest.
Slow service. Took 4 weeks to process a receipt. Constantly have to follow up. Car insurance wasn’t being deducted only to have 6 monthly installments taken out in one hit. Made a mistake, has my money yet wanted me to refund them to reverse money being paid from wrong benefit, to repay me from the right benefit! Canceled my fuel card instead of… Read more
the meal card I never ordered! Told that they would pay to express post the new card to me only to tell me it was my fault and charged me the postage. Had to push to get the refund for postage, told me it was showing on their end, but had to screen shot to prove it wasn’t showing on my account. I have serious concerns about whether they are managing my money appropriately - very very dodgy

Very disappointed with Paywise and their lack of communication in relation to a "glitch" with transferring funds. Funds were due to be placed on my Paywise debit card (via the organisation I work for) by 3 March and nothing has appeared. I followed up with a phone call asking if there had been a glitch why hadn't they bothered to notify customers… Read more
via email or sms. If this had happened at least I would have been aware and would not have had to call the Perth office for an explanation. I was told that I should have received an email or an sms but hadn't. They couldn't explain why. When I pressed for more information, stressing that transparency in situations like this are essential, I could not be given any more information as the payroll managers were all in a meeting! I emailed a complaint and received a reply saying funds "should be swept on the card by today" with no other explanation. I am still waiting. This a serious dereliction of duty given the funds are taken out from my monthly salary.

we want to do the salary deduction. The amount is limited so I was told (by Paywise) to put notes for them to adjust it to match each individual. Firstly, they are working slow, slow to support, at least slower than our 1 member internal accountant team, take 3 working days (5 days through the weekend) for the register. They told us they will call us to discuss our individual needs before submitting. It wasn't the case, they just sent us the agreement with billing to them. When the manager came to advertised, they said it's 24/7 services, I doubt that is the truth. Anyway, if you haven't start with them or don't have to deal with them, I would recommend you not to.

We have been with paywise for several years, and we won’t be using them again. The service is appalling, actually woeful. You can’t even speak to a real person to organise insurance claims etc. I would never recommend this company

I was really annoyed and frustrated by not getting anywhere and wanting my money (691.00). i am also not good with technology. She helped me through each process step by step. This was from going to my bank and finding how to get bank statements, reassuring me I was doing ok, and she has all the time I need. After 70 minutes on the phone with this lady, we got it right. She assured me of the future processes needed by me and showed me the steps to link to my Pay Wise account. well done, please give her an award, she deserves one. thanks, Marianne Shaw, you made my day and stopped my Mental Health from deteriorating.
