Salary packaging is fine. Single card is convenient. App is abysmal. Salary packaging services are a commodity. They are a middle man who helps you dodge some tax in exchange for taking a monthly fee. Their app experience however is abysmal. All I want from the salary packaging app is to check my balance. This requires 12 clicks and SMS verification. For an app that is read-only the ancient, inefficient and unnecessary security measures they put in place are an embarrassment.

third call . I spoke with Amin this time went above and beyond. Not only was he incredibly patient and attentive, but he also took the time to explain every detail with genuine care and clarity. I could truly feel that he was sincerely trying to help me—not just doing his job, but actually making sure I understood and that my issue was fully resolved.

apparently I got overpaid in one of my pays and given two weeks deadline to pay it back.I am not the one who lives paycheque to paycheque and rarely check my payslips therefore it’s gone unnoticed.However in my next pay cycle access pay underpaid me to adjust for the error they’ve made without no communication whatsoever?! I’ve spent a couple of hours pulling up payslips and bank statements from two years ago and without too much difficulty found what has gone wrong,sent an email asking to explain and received no communication!! To me it’s a matter of principle not the financial side of things,but this company trying to make money and covering up for their own mistakes is an absolute disgrace!! Own up to it access pay and at the very least give a formal apology for the time taken away from my family looking into something that isn’t my problem to begin with!!!

have excellent phone manner and are prepared for anything or any type of personality on the line, your call control and I can also tell that this treatment extends to every caller/ Call back and potential customer that you have.
- 2. You are very good at explaining the products and packages in a bright and highly presentable manner that made me want to sign up to FULL SERVICES on the spot. I am very very happy to now see that not only were you giving me great info but you also didn't mask anything or leave out any important information that I would later have been disappointed to discover on my own doen the track.
- 3. You wrapped up a call that I could have kept you on well past the time I and yourself actually wanted to be on the line given the information I provided earlier when you made initial contact and later when I requested a call back.
- 4. I have more than 5 years of Service Delivery Experience and proven success and I could not have handled that fast and brain dead approach I initially had and turn me into a happy, excited and informed enough caller to have accepted the call continue and agree to hear about the details of products/services provided.
- 5. I didn't get to my review for you as fast as I had hoped, but, Manish I know you are just as bright engaging and genuinely interested in assisting members/Customers and all callers as professionally, yet interpersonally and successfully as you did mine. basically theft.
I had many services linked to the card with auto pay or auto direct debit that was scheduled to come out of the account as well which has really impacted my life now.
I have attempted to contact your customer service team by phone and email but have received no response since.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! The only way to submit your entertainment claim is via the website only or you pay a fees to get a special card. My other job uses MySalPack - you can use a free app to submit claims so easily (no fees charged). AccessPay wants you to pay for the card that they don't develop an app. I submitted the claims on the portal… Read more
(done it many times before) but the claims didn't go through - I believe it's due to their IT issue as I couldn't access to their next pay date on the calendar, I felt the portal was a bit weird. I asked for confirmation via email - said it was rejected or not submitted. I sent two invoices asking to accept the claims but I was told to submit them myself ! No help at all.

year. So half my wage for the past month is sitting in an accesspay account that I have no access to. It keeps being taken from my wage, I can see the balance growing every fortnight in the app, yet I apparently don't exist! I'm told that if I have excess funds in my account I'll be able to access the money when it rolls over to the next financial year. Meanwhile I'm short more than a months worth of mortgage repayments while it sits in their account, probably earning them interest. I regret ever signing up with this company.
