Ralph was really patient with me across this process from the end of my former lease to move into a new lease and new car. It was from the beginning in looking at new cars right through to before I got into and drove away with my new current car and lease. Highly regard Ralph but also the novated lease approach to acquiring a high quality car without having to stump up up front $50-70k straight up or borrow on your home loan. Show reply

I recently used Maxxia Novated Lease to lease a new car. The whole process from initial contact, explanation of how it works, selecting a vehicle, liaising with my employer, to delivery of the car was very simple and handled very professionally by my Maxxia consultant Traci Bianchi. Novated Leasing - Jordan Pearce was my contact and what an amazing service he provided. He was a wealth of knowledge and gave me clear and simple information about how it all worked. Jordan responded to emails quickly and supported me the whole way. Worst company to receive any sort of prompt response from. I have confirmation my insurance was paid over two weeks ago. After several emails back and forth to try and get this paid Maxxia has emailed me a confirmation that the insurance payment has been made. No receipt just an email. still uninsured!! Pathetic. Its been a nightmare dealing with this company from the start. The only way for them to take notice it by addressing issues on a product review website. You've taken my money without any hesitation maxxia and charge me admin fees each month, now what I am paying for? This lack of service and your incompetent approach to dealing with the customers that finance your business. What a joke!

The consultant I was dealing with, Jordan, was fantastic and very patient with all my questions. He provided me with all the information I requested and response time was superb. I was very impressed with his professionalism at all times. Thank you.

 Follow-up  · Only issue is trying to get through to someone via the MyCarAssist number. Today I waited over 40min, and previous 2 calls the waiting time was 20-30min. You need more staff to handle the enquiries. I also tried to email MyCarAssist, and they responded over a week later. Not good enough when it comes to customer service.

Long wait time, terrible service, I use to be with eziway, so much better on so many levels, I'm finding since as a company we all had to be transferred over to maxxia, our fund were available within the hour through eziway, maxxia has been taking… Read more

over 6 hrs each time, there customers service just keeps shifting the blame to a third party. I will not be staying with Maxxia very long no salary sacrifice is worth struggling and waiting

 Follow-up  · Has not improved what so ever, they started sending a text the day after the money deposited stating that it has been transferred, a major improvement would be that after money sent be available within the hour of deposit but they have not fixed that

They were fine until I signed up, then customer service disappears. They had the option of using their insurance which was very expensive so I arranged my own. I had to pay for that, and the first year of registration, out of my own pocket with the understanding that Maxxia would reimburse me. What they didn't tell me was that the reimbursement… Read more

only happens after I have paid enough into the account to cover it. After several emails it is clear that they just don't care and have no interest in helping me. I truly regret using Maxxia for my lease.

My novated lease consultant Traci provided absolutely stellar customer service! Any questions I had she knew the answer, and on the rare occasion where she didn't, she went and found out for me. Once November comes around, ill be saying good bye to maxxia and will never lease again.

I would rather get a car under finance where I can deal with it all and skip the 3rd person in the middle.
