Absolutely shocking customer service, I repaid my lease a month ago and have been chasing my refund of the surplus funds since then, I’m emailing back and forth and no one will answer, they just keep fobbing me off. They owe me over $500 and still haven’t refunded me, I’m going to escalate to a manager if they ever return my call. Do not recommend.

claim. Orix cost me well over $1000 in tax losses because of their incompetence. I advise anyone to stay well clear of Orix. They are just in it for themselves. Customers to benefit???????

I have had nothing but trouble since entering into a novated lease with Orix. I had no choice but to use them as it's all that was offered at my employer.

keep the consistency in extremely poor communication and service. Orix keep mentioning their requests based on orix procedures; as customers, I never receive clear guidelines and support from orix. I only get false statements continuously as 'read the orix email' (I never received in mailbox and junk mail).

On 30-DEC-2025 9.30am, I completed my bank transfer to Orix bank account. Suddenly there comes three new requirements: 1. My bank transfer have had to reach orix by 30-DEC-2025 midnight. The Payout account will change if the money did not reach orix by 30-DEC-2025 midnight. 2. Orix 'expect' my company to contact orix on final payment. Orix never mention this, nor take any action to contact my company. 3. My case suddenly not being follow by Orix Novated team and push to termination team (no one contact me).

This is exhausting for endlessly hit by Orix off guard. I am NOT ORIX staff, I did not have access to Orix computer and read their screen. Is utterly SICK to continuously deal with orix poor service.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Nothing but inconsistent answers, delays, holding onto money for MONTHS. Weeks and weeks to respond and refund. Took money after payout and “ forgot “ to cancel debits. Steer clear of this company!

No communication very bad customer service don't know why our company when with the company I have emailed and sent messages in portal and nothing. Refused my application even though it was through novated lease no communication on why and what was the issues for feed back. paid out the other lease early. So now they are expecting me to pay double lease payments for a month on the same car. Pretty sure its not legal to have two leases on the same vehicle.

According to Orix this is my fault so they are demanding payment. If you expect Orix to hold your hand and help you through the Novated Lease process (Which I was expecting) I would go find another company if I were you.

 Follow-up  · Orix support team still want double payment fot a lease that they started too early.

I have contacted Orix several times via email and phone for a quote on a lease. 2 months later I am still waiting for a reply. Having dealt with several leasing companies over the years, I am appalled at the level of customer service or care. I would not recommend them at all.

It has been the worse experience. I only used them because there onboarded with the company I worked for. Due to Orix incompetence I suffered major delays extreme uncertainty and completely loss in any of their systems. Just to take ownership of my car. I would have sent a dozen emails and made twice as many calls to get all of there simple mistakes fixed. Please never never use this company

Not sure why my employer only use them. Sent them so many emails, not a single response. Called them and was told someone will give me a call later in the day which never happened. All below reviews are true. Save your time and money elsewhere.

Worst experience I ever had. Used Lease Plan prior transferred to ORIX. Lack of transparency, Novated area is the worst and not responsive until you escalated. STAY AWAY.

Awful company, avoid like the plague. Problems from the get go. Despite being assured multiple times over a period of months, my contract was not set up properly and no deductions were being taken, causing me to receive letters of demand from the financier. they finally admitted the error, based on them setting me to a monthly deduction rather than fortnightly. Again, no deductions were made at all for 2 months.

When questioned what they would do to make good, they simply apologised for the inconvenience, stated they needed to recoup the funds, and put me on double deductions. No care as to whether this would cause financial strain or not, didnt even waive the administration fee despite it being clear there was no administration.

Avoid.

Waste of my time – My company uses Orix and I was excited to lease a vehicle as part of my salary package. Trouble is they never respond and I cannot get a quote via the website. Eventually I rang them and was confronted by a rude, arrogant pr*ck after being on hold for 30 minutes. I tried asking some basic questions and it was clear they don't deserve my business. All up a total waste of time. They don't even deserve one star. Avoid at all costs.

Very poor leasing experience – Terrible service, if you get a quote be warned that they will add on additional fees and charges later any time they want and there’s nothing you can do. Very very very poor service, their suppliers take at least twice as long to supply a vehicle. I’ll never use Orix again and will make sure everyone I know is warned off them.

Any other Leasing Company would be better… – Awful service and responses. If you get a response at all. When you request a quote you have to write it yourself they won’t even build the quote for you…honestly customer fleet and other providers offer much better service across the board for the same product.

don’t think they appreciated that. The financial aspect shouldn’t be the issue as my partner and I have our house paid off and earn well over what’s needed to pay the monthly payments of the car. Absolutely horrendous experience, that has helped me aged at least 5 years. If possible, stay as far away from this company as possible.

Taking our business elsewhere. You should too – We requested a quote on 8th of Jan, and still 12 days later, we still haven't yet received any quote nor been updated on its progress. We attempted many times to reach out for answers but just received empty promises. Taking our business elsewhere as we don't trust doing business with them if they are so unresponsive and untimely in simple requests. Can't image if we had to make claims

leasing half a year earlier, nightmare started, I have to pay more than $13K before I can terminate my leasing and sell my car, I've paid them right after they sent me the Payment Advice, then I need to wait them to calculate the balance of my budget amount (over $3K as shown in the Monthly Statements) before they can give me refund, but it took more than 1.5 months now, I still have get my money back, their excuses always "they are calculating and refund will be released back to my Employer soon (refund to my Employer not directly refund to me), I don't know how much long do I need to wait before I can get my money back, the balance has shown in the Monthly Statements which they have sent to me; they just find an excuses to delay the refund to their customers, this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable; now I think I need to contact Fair Trading to step in for me, hopefully I can get my money back soon.

If anyone consider to use Orix Novated Leasing, please do some research first, check on peoples feedback before you make decision, you might found that they only got 1 star feedback which might mean something!

new company, I was informed I had money owing that I previously was on top of all my budgets. I asked to see the breakdown and found a discrepancy and challenged this with Orix. Weeks turned into months and the matter was not resolved. I raised a complaint with Fair Work which finally got Orix to fix the issue and at least respond. Also watch out if you want to payout early. They throw on extra costs that you might have already paid and will NEVER tell you if the amount is in credit. Even now after paying this out, Orix has sent me another invoice for this same payout figure even though I've had this account closed for a month.
