Dishonest Scumbag - AVOID – Have stolen my parents “deposit”, couldn’t come up with the goods. RAV4 Hybrid – Anyone can contact them? Anyone able to find them? They took my deposit for RAV4 hybrid I put two orders May 2023, Got the Corolla Hybrid in November 2023 no problem. Car is coming in July. I couldn't get him anymore and get deposit back. Does anyone know what is going on? dealership. I can't take possession of the vehicle until the amount owing from NCB is paid. I tried calling NCB to find out what is going on. The 1300 phone number gives a ringing tone as if the line has been disconnected. I tried calling the rep's mobile phone number but get no answer. The dealership is experiencing the same inability to contact NCB including nil response to emails. I'm wondering if NCB has shut up shop and taken my (and other people's) money. If you are able to contact them, be very careful in dealing with this company!!!

WARNING – Cancelled my order after 18 month wait and after a further 4 months my deposit has not been refunded and refused all communication. Do your homework people many are losing their deposits and the owner breaks promises and lies. Chris David has been stealing deposits for over 12 months! He is now working for another broker beware!

broker is neither cheaper or more convenient, my experience so far with this particular broker has resulted in a vehicle that is ordered from the dealer 'who won the bid for my sale', zero feedback from that dealer and zero feedback from this broker. The price given when I ordered the vehicle turned out to be the exact price I could have received from any dealer (the recommended price) but then I had to pay the brokers fee which actually made it more. I have been waiting 7 months now and contacting the Australian office of the brand I ordered (with the Factory Order Number) they tell me they have no indication of when it will even be allotted a production date. Brokers? no thanks, I've been had and unless I want to loose my deposit I just have to wait. **UPDATE**After 12 months waiting I finally have my new vehicle, but not before I was ripped off $5k of my money that I put forward as a deposit for this vehicle which I then had to pay again to finally get possession of the vehicle. Seems the manager\boss\chief thief at National Car Brokers had taken off with my deposit and it appears from others doing reviews on this site that he has become a criminal who takes your money and runs. Do not under any circumstances use this broker.

Failure to deliver car – Ordered a car, we were told it was 3 to 4 month lead time for car we were happy with this wait, 3 months have now passed and have been told it will be another 6 months maybe 12 months or longer. we said who would order a car with an open ended delivery date, we have asked for our deposit to be returned along with their fee, we have been told by the broker that the deposit wont be returned and we have to wait for the car with no delivery date.

The easiest way to buy a car – This is such an easy way to buy a car: a phone call, a couple of emails and the car gets delivered to your door for a great price.

Don’t have to deal with Dealers – The whole process was just simple. I told them what car and spec I wanted. 4 days later they gave me a price that was much cheaper than I could negotiate. I paid a deposit and then waited for the car. Easy.

Highly recommended – They offered good advice and provided excellent service. Highly recommend.

Saved me thousands – I hate the frustrating exercise of going around car dealers and National Car Brokers did all of this for me without any fuss and saved me thousands. I have used them twice and have been very happy both times.

[Name Removed] returned with his offer which was a $1k - $2k less per car than the dealer, however this deal was only if he could get all 3 cars sold. I consulted with my friends and 1 of them pulled out. I advised [Name Removed] promptly and his attitude changed immediately and he was upset accusing me of wasting his time.

When [Name Removed] asked me if I still wanted to go ahead with my car I said YES, to which he promptly replied "Actually go directly with the dealer because I am too upset to deal with you and you have wasted my time". I should also add that [Name Removed] spent 1 day calling around to get us a good deal. We did not haggle and there was no back and forth. He gave me his offer yesterday and I called him this morning with my response.

I would think in a sales driven, commission based business you would understand that customer service is key and nothing is guaranteed. There is a level of effort required if you are to secure someone’s business. Becoming disgruntled because you could only sell 1 car instead on 3 seems that the business practices are perhaps lacking.

Thank you [Name Removed] for showing me your true colours, I certainly dodged a bullet here. I am leaving this review to share my experience and for other prospective buyers to review my experience and other peoples experiences when deciding whether or not to engage this business.

Finally a message to [Name Removed] and the management team at NCB. You walked away from selling a car and turned on a prospective client with unprofessional and combative language. This is poor customer service which has led to this bad review. Even if I wasn't willing to buy the car from you, if my customer experience was good I would have left a good review. I HOPE YOU SEE THE VALUE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WHETHER THERE IS A SALE OR NOT.

UPDATE: I just received a call from [Name Removed] about 15min after leaving this review swearing at me for sharing my experience and threatening me with legal action for defamation. Again, another demonstration of poor customer service.

I then had to deal with was lets just say the total opposite of Conrad. He didn't respond to numerous emails that I sent him, even though I got 'read receipts'. During telephone calls, everything seemed like too much effort for this person and I felt like I was fobbed off and didn't receive the service I expected, nor the after sales documentation that I needed. In conclusion, I would deal with National Car Brokers again, as I did get a good price on my car, but this would be on the proviso that I was assigned a good person to deal with.

It was a novated lease purchase so I asked the novated lease company to give their best price, as well as Private Fleet (who I used for my last car purchase), and lastly Chris at National Car Brokers. Private fleet was $44,500inc GST after countless phone calls telling me about their current best price. The novated lease company was $43,500inc GST which surprised me that their first price was cheaper than Private Fleet. And National Car Brokers were $42,755inc GST. That's a saving of $7,197 off full retail.

I paid a $500 refundable deposit and purchased the vehicle through Chris at National Car Brokers. I was happy with his service, and would like to recommend him to others. I preferred his honest and straight method of doing business. Having purchased my last car through Private fleet 5yrs ago, and again dealing with them a couple weeks back I found their business strategy of continually calling you with various prices trying to hook you a little annoying. I must admit 5yrs ago Private Fleets price did save me about $3,500 off a $33,000 car, but this time their prices didn't match NCB, and I actually think they were sourcing the car from the same Hyundai dealer.

Car purchase – Would use this firm again and recommend them to others. The only complaint we have is that the car was not delivered to our home address with a full tank of petrol as we had to travel 90kms approx. to Toowong to pick up the car and drive it home at our expense and time.

Excellent customer care – National Car Brokers did an excellent job of maintaining the agreed deal through an alternate dealership when the originally successful dealership reneged on the deal. Calls were answered promptly & helpful suggestions given for optimising the deal.
