The guide gave me a much better understanding of the process and helped me feel far more confident when speaking with dealership sales staff.
Once we had decided on the electric vehicle we wanted, including accessories and EOFY offers, I called Tim and explained exactly what we were looking for and our budget. He was very responsive, asked a few questions, and within a day came back with a couple of great options.
After discussing the alternatives, we settled on a dealer we were already familiar with, which made the process even easier. Tim also assisted with selling our old car, which was an added bonus.
Overall, I was extremely happy with the entire experience. Motor Scout took much of the stress and uncertainty out of buying a new car, and Tim's knowledge, responsiveness, and support were invaluable. I would highly recommend Motor Scout to anyone looking for a simpler and more confident car-buying experience.

I found out about motor scout from a face book group relating to the car I was purchasing. A person mentioned they had a great experience and recommended motor scout. I decided to give Motor Scout a try and can honestly say I was impressed with the overall experience and the knowledge of the vehicle and the speed of the Quotes that the representative displayed. Wanted to buy an EV, and was almost about to pay dealer rates with a delivery in about 6 weeks. Saw an ad (for motor scout), clicked on it and got a call from them the next day. They told me they would beat ay price. I was skeptical. 1 hour later I got an offer over $2k cheaper. Ordered today. Amazing. Should be 6 stars

insult to the ute and my intelligence and I told them so. $20 was hard to swallow. I knew I didn’t want to handle the sale privately even if I would get more $ that way. I’m 45k out of town and you don’t know who I was inviting onto the property. I also really didn’t want to be patronised by the sales person as many salespeople do. Chris found the right ute, the best trade in and apart from the foolish girl I dealt with in the beginning everything Chris and Oscar Wholesaler from WA were brilliant. minor issue, from the show room floor, has turned into my car being off the road for 2 weeks, and a dealership which is egregiously unprofessional. I received a text shortly after my purchase from the Motor Scout representative thanking me for my business and saying "if you need anything, please reach out to me". I have reached out, seeking help with the lemon that I bought, however after an initial apology regarding my experience with Redcliffe MG and that their behaviour is a surprise to the motor scout representative, I have received no help at all. Please do not send such text messages ("if you need anything") to your customers if you do not mean it. I am very upset with this whole experience of using a broker and the dealership recommended to me by Motor Scout!

pressure, it was a case of talking through my requirements and the various options and the outcome was better than I'd hoped, both saving over $3k off the best price I could achieve, (which was already over $3k off quoted retail), and enabling me to trade up to the Mazda CX-60 I wanted but was originally beyond my budget. Dominic kept me fully updated throughout, there was absolutely no pressure to buy through him whatsoever and he saved me a pile of cash with no fees or out of pocket expenses, what's not to like?! On top of that, Dominic also facilitated a colour change on my new factory build car order a couple of days later, result! I was a little hesitant at first not being very confident at using Motor Scout but once I gained confidence after liasing with Tim I went ahead with him to do all of my searching for a good deal on a new Subaru.
