him. June 10th 2025 picked up the Jeep left the yard happy until 100 mtrs down the road the car started cavitating. I returned to the sales yard and explained the issue Pablo came for a drive and then we got a mechanic to check it over. He replied it was old fuel and top it up with 98 octane and it should clear. I then tried that and returned home to show the family during this adventure I smelt coolant and oil. stopped the vehicle and checked to find an oil leakage. I rang motormall to report the finding and had to return it to there workshop which I paid to put on a tow truck leaving myself and family stranded on the side of the road. Two weeks down call came to pick up the Jeep its ready. Picked up the Jeep to get down the road stuck in first gear. I wasn't happy drove the car straight back and explained the situation. Another uber home. Six weeks in waiting on parts and repairs. Another call Jeep is ready to go. Picked up Jeep from work shop just to get home it over heated dropped all the coolant . Another tow truck back to the workshop. Frustrated at this point I kept my cool and thanked the work shop for doing there best. Another uber home. weeks down the track call come in Jeeps ready to go. Cool kept a positive vibe about it. Left the work shop to get down the road to retrieve my bags from the airport and the vehicle started back firing and stalling. Was a bit embarassing at the time. Got to the airport left there over the weekend then got it returned to the work shop. Bloods boiling but kept my cool. This time round they offered me a car to use. It's now the 21st November I got the call to say the Jeep is ready. Picked up the Jeep it seemed fine then half way home back fired continuously. At this point I parked it up. Approached Motormall to see what other options are available I was told that I could use the Jeep as a trade in for $16000. I paid in the end after replacing the exhaust system $1000 on top of a vehicle $ 25000 that I brought and never got to use and my family sat in once in Five months of waiting for it to be repaired. $26000 down and no family Jeep. The frustration me and my family went through to be offered this deal I know a little guy like me and my family dont mean much to all the high end buyers but where now a family with broken dreams. Waited five months had all trust in Motormall to rectify this issue I even offered to take any replacement at $ 21 K at a loss of $ 5k to me. I tried to negotiate by trading off another family vehicle with the damaged one and they wouldn't negotiate with me. I appreciate you Pablo as you did all you can for me mate. Motormall You need to look after the little man that works hard for what he earns and how he supports his family A bit of compassion dosn't go far guy's.

Please be careful if you are buying from interstate. I purchased a car with three months registration from this company and when it was delivered they had removed the registration plates which rendered the car unregistered. We also negotiated a tow bar to be included, and miraculously this did not arrive with the vehicle either. This deal has cost many thousand more than the purchase price as the earliest appointment to register the car in Melbourne is sixteen days from delivery, which will be lost work time and another cost for a rental car. Torin was very patient with my choices changing from utes to suvs back to utes. Very respectful and polite. Brad was kind enough to take time to explain the warranty of their vehicles which we have opted to pay for. Very family friendly place. you pressed the accelerator hard, blue smoke. The car is being taken into their workshop next Tuesday to assess the condition of the engine. Under Statutory warranty, the dealer is required to repair any engine faults such as a blown head gasket or burnt valve seals. These issues should have been dealt with before the point of sale but were missed but they have a high turnover of cars. The car drives well so hopefully it will be good mechanically providing they do the right thing. They are pleasant to deal with and l think they mean well. Will keep you informed. Allan McLean
