The sunset rust colour was very different to what was advertised, more mauve with green undertones and faded pink. The return process took weeks unfortunately, and was disappointing that different fabric covers couldn’t just be sent out to me, rather I was told I would have to post back the entire lounge to re buy a new one. emissions to post such a huge lounge back and forth instead of just sending out a small box of new covers and returning the others. Not very eco friendly and not the best service either unfortunately.
Delivery was fantastic, easy to organise and track. We got the 5 seater couch and it came in 15 separate boxes and took a couple hours to put together but was all pretty straightforward. I’m obsessed with this sofa. The pink colour is even nicer in person. It's a soft blush but still makes a statement. The fabric feels really high quality, and it’s so comfortable to lounge on. The green is a beautiful khaki green, which is lovely! I bought this for my parents who’ve been having knee and joint pains so we were looking for a firm sofa. The sofa itself is quite a firm sofa. We’ve struggled with sofas that have lost shape and firmness in foam or pillows but we can already tell that this is not going to be a problem with the koala. We absolutely love our Bungalow Sofa! It’s the perfect fit for our family. It’s super comfy, stylish, and surprisingly easy to keep clean (even with kids and our dog Milo). It fits all four of us comfortably, and the design suits our modern home while being cosy at the same time. The colour is nice and neutral and forgiving of errand chips. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

Super efficient process from order to delivery. Assembly was very straightforward. Was glad I had help but it could have been done solo, just would have taken longer. wouldn't do it regularly but it is great to have the option. We went with the green and I absolutely love it.
We don't plan on moving anytime soon but if the need arises I can take full advantage of the modular nature and adjust it based in the shape of the new room by making it 2 couches or even bigger. I love that option
Koala Bangalow 7 seater is the best purchase I've made in a long time. Stands the test of 3 young children. Delivery was simple followed by an even easier assembly. One piece was incorrectly dispatched, a quick phone call to customer service and the issue was rectified the following day. After eyeing off the Bangalow sofa for months I finally took the plunge during EOFY and picked up the sofa and armchair. So simple to assemble and looks incredible - love the fact that I can add pieces to make the sofa bigger so it can grow with our life. Show details
The sofa is a good size and firmness. It was easy enough for me to put together on my own, but tough on my fingers pulling the covers over each piece. The colour is quite different to what I thought it would be from the pictures online. Online it looked more like a rust colour. In reality it is more of a dusty pink. I still like this colour though. My kids complain that it’s a bit itchy but I find it to be fine. Show details

Beautifully Designed, Incredibly Comfortable. The 4 seater Bangalow couch has been a dream for our family - comfy, sturdy, and super easy to clean with removable covers (a lifesaver with kids). The chaise gets used every single night, and it still looks as good as day one. Assembly was a breeze. We always look forward to movie nights and couch time on our Koala. Couldn’t recommend it more! Amazing couch, purchased without trying as we have confidence in previous koala products (I know risky) and did not disappoint. I love that you can buy different covers for this as well which is great to change the vibe without having to buy a whole new couch. Very happy and great for pets.

I know I wanted something that didn’t take long to come, was comfy enough to fall asleep on and big enough for 2 people laying down. I finally decided and committed to the 3.5 seater chaise in Morning Grey Bangalow Modular sofa. Not only did it come within 10 days, but the delivery service used were fantastic, getting all the boxes inside my multi-level apartment with no complaints. I must say though, my independent, can do attitude did find the assembly to be quite hard-work, but I managed to put it together by myself. It’s now been approximately 3 weeks and I love my sofa, and it looks so cute in my apartment.

It's alright – Yeah. It's alright. We had to get something modular to fit up our stairs, so it solved that issue. time because right now it's still just a little bit skew whiff due to the modular thing. Hoping it doesn't get any worse but there's a dip in the middle of the chaise when someone is on it. Not too confident in the durability of the thing.
