Only got 1 star because I can’t give 0 stars. Poor communication. Do not return calls and do not return emails. Very difficult to deal with and have now left their service.

Terrible correspondence, very slow to respond and you had to keep calling them get information. The website is unprofessional since the transition to FleetPartners (the new owner) with it not even showing a calculation of your finance repayments. Thus you can't calculate overall status of the lease and whether you're ahead or behind in vehicle… Read more

running costs vs lease payments. I was forced to FleetPlus by my company and the company has had a number of other complaints and is looking at alternatives. They are very high cost - shop around. I've had a number of novated leases with different companies and FleetPlus is the worst for correspondence, website, claim response, cost by a long margin.

I took Fleetplus to the Australian Financial complaints authority over them refusing to pay a legitmate claim. I had a decision made in my favor, after 12 months. I contacted fleet plus for payment on the phone and they said to email and they would pay the claim. I did, and didn't hear anything back. I emailed again asking if this was being… Read more

processed, no response. I called again and was informed this would be paid immediately. 5 days later still no payment. This was 12 days from original email. So I considered calling or emailing again but thought that would be a waste of time. So I put a complaint in via their website, and named the person I was dealing with. I was paid 25% of the claim within 45 minutes. I then emailed again asking how do i get the rest of the payment.

I was then contacted by XXXX, "Head of Customer Experience" He apologised for the initial delay, explained how to get the rest of my payment, but added,

I can appreciate the frustration of having this process drawn out and for the delays in processing payment of $XXX.XX, I apologise. What is not relevant however, is the singling out of internal stakeholders within the details of your complaint.

If you can't complain about the person giving you bad customer service, what is the point? Why wouldn't a company want to know this?

So basically told me, They don't care who is giving bad customer service, they don't want to know.

So I guess that is why Fleet plus has 71% negative reviews.

If you're listening FLEETPLUS, maybe the reason this is happening, is because you have a serious problem in your customer service department.

My advice, avoid Fleetplus like the plague.

They are fantastic, have not had a single issue – I've had zero issues with them. Send a query, get a prompt reply. Put in a claim and it's paid promptly. Discussed getting a new car and the person I dealt with was amazing. Changed my mind and change in circumstances, meant cancelling everything and starting again a few months later. They have been excellent.

Great support for service visits! – I have had several company cars manged by Fleetplus, I have always found them helpful and responsive in dealing with required servicing, maintenance and repairs.

Easy to deal with – Have dealt with fleetplus twice now when purchasing vehicles. Both times have been hassle free and any issues with car were sorted promptly and without question. Would Have no hesitation in recommending work colleagues to go through fleetplus to purchase vehicles.

Worst company to deal with. Terrible communication, they were overdrawing on our taxable income and didnt ever notify us. We've been left with a surplus at the end of the lease term which is great but now have taken over a month to process the release simply because they are "changing business names and this stops any account reconciliations". No-one there can tell me when it will be processed and I've been asking since the 10th February.

Pathetic service. Wish never went with them. For change of tyre had to be on hold 3 times for more than 30 minutes as I did not opt to go with their provider. Have asked for a payout letter and till now have not received. At the beginning of the lease had numerous issues including wrong deductions from my salary and am surprised they are still dealing with qld gov employees. They should be a banned entity. Avoid these idiots

that had passed my order to their Novated lease team for processing on the same day8:45am. Guess what?? I received an email from the sales later of the day 5:07pm that there was a system merger with parent company, could not process anything until 12.02.25, shocking!! He later explained that as my estimated delivery was all the way to 27thFeb25, so the system merger won't be an issue that's why he didn't spit a word from our very initial contact in Jan25. then I had to reschedule the delivery to18thFeb(2nd round), and got my old car sold and picked up on 15thFeb, managed to work from home on 17&18Feb, no much trouble. then again, Tesla called me to chase the final settlement on 17thFeb lunchtime, as the cut-off time was at 2pm on that day; that's when I called the sales again, where was the final payment??? 'System bug', could not go ahead!! what's the FXXX!! I had checked with him how was the new system going on 11thFeb, he replied that he was processing my order in their system, no heads up about system bug for the merger.....until now, almost one month since I placed my order with Tesla: no body from their Novated lease team bothers to call me or reply my email; have spent close to $1k for renting a car, don't when to stop; got wall charger installed>>> no car yet. Actually Tesla paused my order already and FleetPlus is still unable to settlement when another car is placed for order for me, they have to cancel my order ($400.00 spent on ordering). It's not I don't have alternative, it's just other option will cost more than continue waiting for this Novated Lease, and my company won't accept other Fleet company. :(

Think twice before dealing with fleet plus – Extremely helpful when purchasing a vehicle. Once purchased or in progress forget about any kind of assistance. Been on hold for 3x 30min blocks goes to a call back service and haven't received a call back from the fist call almost 6 hours ago

Worst Customer Service – Don't bother, if you can manage to purchase a vehicle you will be lucky to ever get a reply to a concern or a bill dispute. My emails to get new vehicles were even ignored. Even the vehicle I direct purchased after lease has failed the PPSR check so I can't sell it. Worst customer service I have seen.

Disgusting – Do not bother using FleetPlus. They were super helpful before I signed the contract, but as soon as I had signed the paperwork, they absolutely dropped the mask. I asked for accessories for my car (floor mats, dash mat, boot protector, mud flaps) and they forgot to add them to the contract. Mistakes happen, that's okay, except I have been chasing… Read more

them up for 11 weeks now to order the accessories we asked for. I have sent follow up emails and received no response. Eventually it was "escalated to management", and then another 2 weeks flew by with no contact from them. This issue has still not been resolved. If you can use a different company, I beg you to use a different company.

Don't touch this company with a barge pole – Both the set up and termination processes are a complete shambles. A few years of smooth sailing during the lease does not make up for the harassment and threats at beginning and end. I ended up out of pocket when setting this up because FleetPlus missed the boat on pre-tax deductions. They are supposed to know the tax implications of these lease arrangements! Isn't that why they exist in the first place?

Run as fast as you can – So unprofessional, they approved costs to be spent on our behalf without us knowing. the work was done without us knowing or our approval. They then waited 2+ years before they started demanding money and threatening legal action. Do not ever get a lease from these criminals.

to acknowledge their mistakes. Their business manager was even back paddling and he knew he fudged up and went silent. I wouldn’t even bother trying to deal with this dysfunctional business. There’s been more 1 star reviews than average reviews and you wonder why they’re bleeding as a business. Bottom line is stay way clear from these crackheads.

them I had picked up 2 days ago, they then advised me to take it back to dealer, after a few kind words to the lady I refused to return the Ute. From then it was all down hill with several budget adjustments to make up he shortfall in running costs. The last budget adjustment resulted in the lease repayments were based on fortnight salary not monthly for 11 months therefore there was a massive shortfall in lease repayments, they admitted they had made an error and that I still had to pay the shortfall of over 10k. As of today 3 years into my 5 year lease I have finally terminated my lease with FP. I would not recommend FP to anyone.

Absolute case of right hand does not know what the left hand is doing – In the 40+ years I have been involved or associated with customer service fleetplus are by far the worst..............Worse than telcos, yes worse. To have a problem resolved at one point I raised a complaint with afca (australian financial complaints authority). As many reviews have stated about fleetplus if you could rate negatively I would. There are a lot of lease companies out there that have a much better score.

This morning (1st November 2022) I checked the bank accounts to process wages and found that Fleetplus has deducted the entire $5127.17 with no notice.

Thanks guys, can’t pay my team now but at least you’ve got your money.

dealership was returned almost instantly. Finance was approved within a day. However, the Fleet plus settlements team sat on the documentation for days at a time. Very disappointed with the experience. It must be said that Gene in their front end sales team was great, as was his line manager, [Name Removed]. It is a shame the rest of the business were terrible, especially the settlements team.

having sought any form of support. Many of the low ratings seem to centre around lack of communication and unexpected/unsubstantiated extras. Have found the communication, limited as it has been, to be pleasant and efficient. Will have to wait a while to see where we stand with changeover complexity. Certainly not displeased at this stage.

Novated lease – I have had a Novated lease with Fleetplus for almost 5 years and never had any problems the staff are helpful and polite, maybe a little confusing on the termination but still very helpful

If I could rate in negative stars I would – - Fleetplus (FP) regularly ignore email requests about ending a lease early - Email response took 21 days. - Payments were continually taken and made to FP despite ending the agreement as FP refused to send a cessation notice and ignored 6 written requests to do - FP state they have completed actions when they haven't, their staff outright just lied on multiple occasions. - Complaint has gone unanswered.

I was dealing with definitely had no idea, it took 5 revisions to get quoted what I asked for. In the end I cancelled the upgrade quote but 5 months later I get a call from the car dealer saying Fleetplus just submitted an order for a new car on my behalf......seriously. After this we decided to move from Fleetplus and hooked up with another provided throught my wife's work, 3 months later, after ceasing novation with Fleetplus, I am still waiting for the balance of my novation account to be refunded to me. DO NOT USE FLEETPLUS

Excellent service second to none – Fleet plus have been my vehicle managers for over 7 years now and there service is exceptional swift responses well prepared documentation, and communications with my employer is always dealt with in a timely manner. 5 stars from me.

Save yourself the headache and go with a different company – 32 months into our 3 year lease and I'm still owed the Sydney to Brisbane transportation costs that were clearly marked on our vehicles purchase receipt and ignored by fleetplus. received no less than 16 text messages (the first in August 2020) stating fleet-plus's records show our vehicle is due for it's service, call today to book in.... OMG.

Seriously, if you have an option to choose who you have a novated lease with, give fleetplus a big miss, it's not worth the grief and frustration.

Oh well, at least we have a new vehicle.

calls from debt collectors because payment had still not been made. Fleetplus constantly telling me it’s all in hand and payment has been made. 2 months later and the first months payment had still not been made so my account was 49 days in arrears. Caused me massive problems as was in the middle of applying for a mortgage. Call takers were always very lovely and helpful but assured me every time the problem was sorted and it never was. Finally asked for complaints and she promised me she’s made the payments today and will call me next week and get me an updated statement…….. guess I’ll see next week. Hopefully before I loose out on my house purchase.
