Please save yourself the trouble of needing support and getting instead complete indifference and needing to be on the pone for 3 hour talking with 5 different people who have no idea what they are doing or what the service they are offering is about. They are very good at charging you though, but don't care about service or costumer satisfaction.

Terrible customer service. Very unresponsive and not reliable. Not sure how they survive financially. Did have a fleet of 10+ vehicles with them. Thankfully not anymore.

Absolutely appalling they have no idea on how to manage leases , provide transparency and visibility regarding payments, and 8 months down the track I’m still not receiving any response from them. Avoid at all costs.

I will never use this fleet partners company again. You cant get a straight answer. They find underpayments that they cant prove you owe. They dont have the statements due to new computer system but still raised a debt from statements they cant provide. They take extra money out of your wages without warning And keep increasing it as they say you… Read more

I would give 0 stars if I could - shocking. Avoid at all costs. Didn’t think it would be that hard to make a payment but still trying 7 months later. No one has been consistent in information. Company has been reported.

They stuffed up the start of my Lease and then decided they were going to force me to pay 2 monthly installments in one go as they wanted to change their payment to pay in advance rather than in arrears. i objected and they agreed over the phone to extend the lease by one month. In the meantime they proceeded to issue an invoice to my company for 2 months collections "by mistake". - 1 months after they start my lease, they send me a renewal notice for my insurance which is $2k / annum more than they have just "budgeted" - no change in my circumstances. Went elsewhere and got a much better deal with YOUI and saved myself over $1800 for 30 minutes on the phone/PC - Currently they are having a "system upgrade" and have been unable to issues any "monthly" statements for the last 3 months - every time i query, i get a standard repsonse " we expect to resolve this by [insert name of next month here]"

Terrible – DO NOT USE fleet partners/fleet choice. Terrible customer service, terrible account management no one seems to know what they’re doing. The rudeness in their emails, the miscommunication, I paid out my lease 3 years early just so I don’t have to deal with them.

DO NOT USE aka Fleet Partners! – WARNING now known as Fleet Partners. Absolutely shocking, the worst customer service imaginable, truly useless at their job. At one point I had a debt collector at my door cause they hadn't made a payment or notified me about it. DO NOT USE.

As others have said. Dreadful customer service – Was lied to about invoice from dealership not being sent even though I was attached to the email with the attached invoice. Still waiting on car close to three weeks later even though the dealership has had for over two weeks. Just a genuinely awful experience. Seek alternatives if you can. Show details

the area to help me had left for the day but I can provide my details and they amended my contact information and they would have someone call me back... nothing. So next I contacted them through my app asking for a call back to discuss my lease and no response. I then called again and msg'd again and was transferred and hung up on. Out of frustration and this is my only fault I gave up for a couple of weeks. As I was discussing with family my next step I received a letter from CBA (not the leasing company) advising that they have taken the loan amount back which has been transferred by the leasing company. So 2 month later I am dealing with CBA who have been great, I still have never received an email, written correspondence or a phone call from Fleet Choice. Worst leasing company ever, I do not recommend to anyone. The entire time from moving employers was about 6 weeks and in that time they without any correspondence handed my contract back to the financier. Believe me they are happy to take their commissions but I did not feel they did anything for me as their customer whatsoever.

Poor communication, never return calls or emails! Dont use – I have cancelled my lease due to how hard it was to deal with this company, they never get back to you or can help.I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs!

Horrible service – Haven't been able to login to my account for the 5 months I've had the lease. Customer service is non existent, you are on call forever or wait days and weeks to get email replies if at all. I'm trying to buyout the lease and the fees they charge to do this are exorbitant If you ever need roadside assist they subcontract it to RACQ, and you spend hours on the phone to fleet choice before they call out RACQ AVOID at all costs!!!!

issue on the phone, but instead they continue to email me requests for payment.

On top of their abysmal customer service, I suspect they also have severe recordkeeping and admin issues, especially since as late as September 2022 they advised me they were sending me a new fuel card - MONTHS after I renovated my lease.

Avoid at all costs!

through to the terminations team to discuss, however they refused to speak to me. I've had no communication from them either by phone or email in the last 3 months and my business is owed money because we've overpaid!! I'd never use them again. Completely untrustworthy.

Was good, now rubbish – Have been with fleet choice for 8 years, not sure what changed 2 years ago, but in my rating they went from 5 stars to 1 star. Poor service, failure to respond to emails, phone calls never get returned, incorrect information consistently. If you have a choice for a leasing company avoid these guys

Terrible customer service – 12 weeks on and only one of two of my leased vehicles are activated. Managers are rude, staff complain about the workload as an excuse not to work on your case and complaints no unactioned. AVOID at all costs

Terrible customer service – Emailed Fleetchoice regarding expired fuel card. Still haven't received a reply for weeks even after following up. Phone options. Press 0 to speak to an operator. After pressing zero, went back to options, pressed 0 again, went back to options, after 3 times, l just ended the call

Was a really good company but they have changed their systems and it's all a huge struggle to get answers – I have 2 cars with these guys. One 3 yrs into its lease and one 3 months into its lease. I couldn't access the new car account as I was on the old system but the old car was there. Now the system has changed I can view the new car and not the old. I speak to the same people everytime I ring and they pass it on to their I.T dept who do nothing.… Read more

The staff on the phone do their best but can only answer what they can and pass the enquiry on. I had to ring 3 times for a fuel card for the new car and they didn't even have me on the system even though they had had 5 fortnightly payments. Seems like the new systems don't work as well as the old one did. As of 25.1.21 I can now access both cars. I didn't get a call back from the manager which is no surprise and found out by logging in a week after my call. Nothing unusual there.

Don't use Fleetchoice if you value your time – I left a job and had to be renovated and nearly 3 months on I am still waiting so have gone with another fleet company who have been able to renovate me within 48 hours. I must have called Fleetchoice 8-10 times to get things sorted but they kept coming up with excuses such as they have changed systems and the sales manager has a backlog and will get to it when they can.

Stay away, they do not return money if you have overpaid – They do not allow you to transfer your lease to another employer so when you tell them you have finished but to wish to transfer they simply cancel it without proper notification. The notice I received was that my cat has been uninsured for a month because I was in between changing jobs. That was even though I had funds in my account. The lease was terminated in July 2021 and now we are in mid September and they stIll havent paid me back.

DO NOT USE – We completed our novated lease in April 2021 it is now July 2021 and they still haven’t paid us our refund of over $2000 of additional maintenance allowance paid over the lease.

I'd use them again – I haven't had any trouble with these guys, fuel cards work everywhere, call centre staff are responsive and have been able to resolve my queries, simple but functional customer portal

SHAME ON YOU FP!!!!! – This major company flatly refused to pay for products provided. After many approaches to resolve the issue, they refused to make good on paying several hundred dollars to our small private business. SHAME ON YOU FP!!!!!

Even when you do everything right, they still get it wrong – I paid for my registration via BPay on my bank app and submitted the receipt and a copy of the registration form through my Fleet Choice online lease account for reimbursement to my bank account. the lease account and saw that an amount similar to my registration fee had been removed from my lease account balance as a payment for registration.

I called Fleet Choice and told them my story. The Fleet Choice guy checked my submission and then confirmed that I had done everything correctly yet it appeared that FleetChoice had curiously paid my registration to VicRoads for a second time.

I was sent a Vic Roads refund form. I have since completed it and posted it off to VicRoads. Also, VicRoads will be 'helpfully' be sending me a cheque rather than depositing it directly into my bank so that'll be another trip to a bank and a further delay.

I was told later that Fleet Choice requires some kind of tax invoice receipt rather than the receipt you get on a bank phone app. Where do you get that from when you pay (like I suspect most people do) from their bank app? I could find no where on their lease account platform that states this requirement but that still that doesn't explain why they used my money to pay for the registration a second time after having received my payment receipt! I still have no answer for that mystery.

The transaction was fairly simple. I will continue to stay with them for now but this interaction does not fill me with confidence.

I'm moving to a different lease company – The original budget was hugely underestimated and a I've had a few incidences of not enough funds being available, so have had to pay myself and await a refund. lease agreement is five (5) years and she has approximately just over 1 year remaining on the lease.

For four (4) consistent years, she has made payments to Fleet Choice without fail; an amount so far totaling to over $100K for a car that is worth less than half; specifically a current generation Honda CRV, top-of-the-line with the exception of Android-auto.

She had a car accident, her fault and paid the comprehensive insurance premiums and the vehicle was a write-off which was also a Honda CRV at the topping range. The car was replaced with a late 2018 of the current shape CRV. The vehicle has some issues, but that belongs to another review elsewhere.

My partner pays an amount that covers, fuel, registration, insurance, maintenance and all the mod cons that you normally get with a novated-lease vehicle. And she was doing it in the first place so that she could pay less tax.

But because of the onslaught of COVID-19, issues have started to emerge since June/July this year.

This has ranged from: - reduced fuel coverage - registration renewals (some how made excuses that they did not have enough funds to pay for renewals); - insurance we recently found out where the vehicle was uninsured since August 2020??? - mysterious outstanding payments???

And yet despite all of the above issues, my partner has consistently paid her novated lease obligations.

User Experience Contacting Fleet Choice is like playing Russian Roulette or the tagline from Forrest Gump: "life is like a box of chocolates, you're never know what you're going to get". So irrelevant to whether you're contacting them by email or phone, incompetence is absolutely ridiculous? Some times, you feel that you're talking to a child; and other times, the way they talk to you, makes it sound as though it is YOUR fault.

I have no idea how this company manages to operate the way they do and get away with these unethical business practices? Absolutely shameful.

Conclusion I feel that this company has breached the novated lease agreement countless times as mentioned earlier and there should be more advocation to protect consumers like us who use these kind of services.

We are seeking advice with the ACCC and we may seek legal proceedings against Fleet Choice to have this ridiculous matter resolved.
