Non-existent customer service – Ordered part on 18 Nov and tracking confirmed delivery due 22 Nov. Its Now 5 Dec and still haven't received it. Darche don't respond to emails and I can't get through on their phones. Disappointing customer service and now we can't go away for the weekend as planned!

These Guys Are The Real Deal – I have purchased a number of products from Darche since 2020 and had cause to deal with them at their Thomastown base on a few occasions. Their products are amazing quality and Australian made. Extension, Eclipse Ezy Side Awning Extension and Kozi Series 6P Instant Up Tent. All of these products have been tested in tough and cold conditions and held up really well. I did have a self inflicted issue with the 180 Degree Awning and when I contacted Darche in Thomastown to negotiate a solution via spare parts, they offered me a free replacement part as a good will gesture. They were under no legal obligation to do so, but as the person I dealt with said, "We are here to help you!" I cannot recommend Darche Products or their follow up Customer Service highly enough. Now a loyal and continuing customer.

Darche service – I've had my darche dirt dee swage for a bit over a year and love it. Also have various darche products such as the 1mtr bunk to sleep on. Recently in transit to qld from nsw I broke a dome pole. Swag was still functional but not great. Contacted darche. Easy easy easy to deal with and friendly. receipt from the purchase place. Did it all online. And darche are sending my new pole kit ahead to mackay for my pickup. At the outlet of my choosing. So easy. I was worried I was having to buy a replacement kit myself at around 70 bucks. Doing this review as I luv it when companies are happy to work with us the consumer unloke many other outlets for camping products in oz. Also darche products are awesome. Im hard on my gear and there products handle the pace. It was my mistake with the pole but no arguments they helped me out. Well done darche
