Processing time is ridiculous and they're not in any rush at all, I had to wait for over a week. The least they could've done was to process the application before the weekend, so I cancelled the application on the very next Monday!

"Expired" in my members History

Will be lodging a formal AFCA complaint against this company for fraudulent behaviour They request the same information time and time again - ignore the customer Waste your time and send you in circles only to go back to the same emails about "Need X or Y"

Do not waste your time with them - heaps of better options out there who actually are quicker - more helpful.

I applied on 19/12, didn’t receive any emails until 24/12. On 24/12 I got about 7 requests for documentation and information which I provided all of it. Account said application was being reviewed. Then got an email on 26/12 saying that my application had expired. Replied to that email asking why it had expired when I had provided all the… Read more

information and it said my application was under review. It is now 30/12 and they have not even bothered to reply to me. Absolute waste of time and asked for a heap of personal information and then just ignored me. Will be lodging a complaint with AFCA

news’ your loan is paid, as a valued customer you are eligible for a new loan….apply here! In my opinion these lenders are scum and prey on young vulnerable people. In my sons case, almost costing him his life. I am in the process of reporting them and making them accountable for preying on vulnerable people.

days to get $500 dollars demanding answers to bank accounts. I rejected the loan but it was too late. They had every bit of my information WARNING. PLEASE DO STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Applied for a short team loan for $200. Got rejected but no reason given. They make all these claims and then say no. Beware of them. They have access to personal information and now I don't know what they will do with it. This company is a total SCAM and should not be in business. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM.

Question is can I top up if I got a loan already ? No you can not get a top up if you owe already for a loan in place with cash train. As far as I know I couldn’t and I’ve had to pay out the loan first and wait for the loan to settle and clear then reapply after that.

Approved despite very poor credit score. They listen to the now not the past – Actually helped me out even though my credit is very bad. Listened to my story and approved my loan of $1000. Interest rates are fair and so are repayments i recommend this provider if you are trying to fix past history but are not paying off old debts due to age and or potential frauds

Loans – I have used Cash Train Bendigo Branch on numerous occasions..and I have always found the staff to be friendly, courteous, professional..I have not had any problems with the loan payments..no hidden costs etc..and it has always been deposited into my account without fuss or delay...I am extremely satisfied with them and will always deal with them...

TRASH. worse than pulling teeth – 5 days of waiting to be told to check emails for application updates that never arrived. 20 minute plus wait time in queues to be hung up on. this happened 4 times over the course of the final 2 days (3 of those times were in a row on the last day) so yeah, 60 mins of crap hold music for nothing. Rudeness! – Terrible company. Had 2 loans this year both paid on time with no defaults. Applied for another loan as my 2nd one was finished and my pays increased slightly And not only was it declined but they made me wait that long I had to contact them back. It's rude customer service. I had went in the office to make final payment I assume the worker didn't like me for some reason. I'll take my business elsewhere. Shabby ,dodgy, up themselves company

Never again . Did not listen to my gut instinct – I had taken out loans before when it used to money 3. I was impressed at first at Werribee branchMelbourne $800 was approved very quickly. 8 saw -1000+ on my account basically I was overdrawn 1k and had pay coming through but because of this persons incompetence and stupidity of taking it out the day before when I clearly instructed twice i.e 2 times to take out on Thurs Mar 9 and funny enough they i.e the werribee branch took out on Wed 8 March cant even follow a simple instruction and reminder.

Consequences

Although I work full time it has left me short for 2 fortnights because of the wrong date taken out. People make mistakes but these mistakes cannot happen. The analogy would be like could I request a copy of my personal or health record and the agent sent out to a wrong email /wrong person attention to detail. It has caused unecessary hardship. Area or Branch Manager of Werribee Branch take note.

documents was rejected , this review is not cause i was rejected this review is due to the fact that noone from this place even contacted me to tell me i had been rejected and it took them ove 6 days , communication goes a long way, if they cant even be bothered to give a phone call says alot for the company ,their online support is basicly unsupportave and will tell you to call their branch, isnt the whole point of a online support so i dont have to make a call , and to add insult to injury the rep on the online chat support basicly in not so many words says he cant help and that they will hold on to my details even tho i requested them to be purged from their servers and databases blatent data collecting. People are doing it hard already and having a loan office not contact you to advise you of being rejected is ridculous, made it to the funeral by going thru money3 tho and they at least worked with me after being rejected by money3 for my first application.

Not helpful at all – They claim i was rejected for my $800 loan as there was multiple gambling deposits,hahaha there was 6 deposits of $10 in a 4 week period big deal,i could have easily paid $800 off in 6 weeks.

They helped me when I needed it – I’m currently on Centrelink payments and they gave me a fair go when I needed a small loan. I know they make a profit from customers, but I am grateful that they helped me when no other lender would. As long as you make sure that you can afford the loan you are taking out and make sure you leave the money in your bank for repayments, you won’t have a problem. Show details
