I am unsure why no one answers phone calls or emails at their company, it’s beyond me and absolutely ridiculous. I don’t understand how a company can continue to charge someone after the loan is already paid off, with proof of payments and contact attempts.

Paid off loan then go a email saying I owe $1400 – I paid my loan off as normal, three years later I get a email saying I owe $1400 send them statements proving I had paid it. Cigno Loans AT It Again – Cigno loans is lending again. Last time i checked they ceased loans. Once again illegal activity. And the debt i have never heard from them again not even a debt collector.

Worst loan company ever – After my loan was paid out, they continued to send me emails stating that I was still owing money. I emailed back every time and they ignore all emails and all phone calls. have meant paying over $300 with no access to the portal to make the necessary adjustments for a lower payment and when I stated the same complete disinterest and hit with a fee. Then yesterday my bank account was hacked. Spoke to the bank and it appears there was a link to cigno loans and the problem and advised me to cancel the direct debit and close the account however I was let with no money until the bank can do what they need to. I sent a email to cigno loans explaining the situation and this morning cigno loans as expected gave me a oh well response and hit me with another fee. The portal is still down and I am very suspicious now regarding the same that by giving me the information for a manual payment with no access to the portal is a way to force people to pay and when they are unable to for very real reasons you are hit with another fee. Truly unethical practices. I need to escalate this but I am not sure whether to email cigno loans complaints section or go somewhere else.

One final insult to customers – Cigno seems to be dead, and all I can say is if it's ever resurrected - or you think you've found it operating under a new name - stay away! I've endeavored to keep them on a tight leash to stop it growing more, but just as the end's in sight it seems every single aspect of this business has stopped working, except for their ability to keep taking your money.

First they change from a loan provider to an online lotto company overnight, no explanation. Fine, I'd never take another loan with them. But then it becomes impossible to reach them via phone, or to get a response to emails, or their online contact form. Checking out their various social media accounts reveals they haven't responded to anyone in months.

Now their members portal has gone offline, and gone with it is what minimal ability people still had to monitor repayments or make payments themselves to try and escape Cigno.

I wondering if they'll suddenly find it in themselves to communicate if I just make sure there's no money to take from the account linked to my loan?

How 'bad credit' lender Cigno has dodged ASIC's grasp⬅️⬅️⬅️Says it all! – $200 dollar loan ends up being a loan over $659 dollars. I had to get another loan to pay off this! A fee for rescheduling a payment, a fee for changing the amount, a fee for login onto the portal, the fees just go on and on and on. Dodgy big time.
