Applied for a loan then got sent additional paper work needed so sent that but sent loan claim forms to sign the same friday I applied for the loan to sign and sent additional uploaded documents at 11am on a friday (which as stated quicker approval if done before 4pm Sydney time mon to Friday) and still waiting a week later 7 buisness days… Read more

Been trying for months to get a loan from fundo but can never connect to my bank. Been told if fundo don't support open banking but support screen scaping then they can't access my bank unless they swap it over anyone with Bendigo bank won't be able to apply through fundo.

I recently went looking for a payslip only loan and came across Fundo. After trawling through their “payslip only loan” only to read they still want my financials. I despise companies who bait customers for business only to waste their time. I understand responsible lending. But, when businesses deliberately nonsense to get customers, they lack integrity and only after their bottom dollar. Get in line with commonwealth bank!

Customer service is beyond terrible, they intentionally drag everything out as long as possible and make it as difficult as possible, they will also ask you to provide the same things again and again. The whole spiel on their website of funds “within ~60 minutes after signing a contract” is a complete lie. They should not be allowed to say this if it is untrue. They say within 60 seconds if your bank is on the NPP, which, mine is. And I have signed the contract. And I do not have my funds. The dashboard persists to display a generic message. … Read more
I applied online. I filled everything in and got “approved”. I got my contract which I signed. Then they started asking me for more and more details. They wanted payslips. They wanted photos of my license and Medicare card, but when I click the link in their emails to go to provide that, the dashboard says I’ve done everything and they’re “completing final checks” before my loan will be disbursed.
It’s been 48 hours so far. And counting. What’s going to be the next hurdle?
They note that they use AI on their website. The idea of AI is to improve things.
If you call them and try to get any answers 84 follow ups as to what’s going on, they just say they’ve made a note on the account for follow up.
Their AI assistant is useless and just sends you around in circles.
Terrible service that I would not recommend to anybody in a pinch.
The main point I want to get across is they state something on the website and then don’t deliver on that. That’s the main reason I am annoyed. If this was a simple process, like the website promises, great - but don’t advertise something and blow smoke up people and say they’re going to have funds within 60 minutes of signing a contract; and have them still waiting for said funds 48 hours later.

If you enquire regarding loan which I did they keep sending me emails everyday sometimes 3 timed a day I unsubscribe so many times. Absolutely over there 30 a week emails.

Every month I get an email saying “times up” you can apply for a loan, every month im offered a low rate and then eachtime its an instant decline, I dont claim to have the greatest credit rating but i dont think its right that you pray on people who are struggling abit just to data harvest, apparently you need “fundo points” to get a loan with these guys and the only way to get points is to spam your friends with fundo loan offers. Always make my repayments. So they are obviously looking at the wrong things as I've been nothing but a good customer in the past. Unless you live like a hermit you won't get approved. Looks like they only approve people who don't spend their own money.

Applied and they accessed my bank account with a transaction of $0.00 Not sure why they did this however when they did my bank block my account its the weekend now i don't have access and have to wait until Monday to rectify it I didn't go through with the loan for this reason they never notify you they are accessing your account and attempting a transaction My opinion go elsewhere
